I was going to take the CNA + Hospital course just to prepare me for the test (Ive never taken the CNA exam before). I called and I guess the lady that owns the corporation, Arianna, answered. She was VERY rude, talked over me, interrupted me, EVERYTHING. She hung up on me once too and when I called back, her excuse was I thought we were done talking. She was probably done talking, but I didnt get a chance to speak. She was more interested in trying to make her business sound so good rather than answer my questions with a simple yes or no. But thats not all that made me upset. I saw on the website, they had St. Anthonys hospital at the bottom of their page. I called St. Anthonys HR and questioned about the Pinellas CNA course at the Lewis Medical Training Center on Tyrone Blvd.... She said she has never heard of it. They usually hire people that went to accredited schools like Ptec and UMA. And she told me that having St. Anthonys picture on the website is called Phishing and they arent allowed to do it. Needless to say, with Ariannas rude attitude and what I found out from St. Anthonys, I saved myself $350.You have complaints on the BBB and your way of resolving their complaints, is pathetic. Also, I did not tell my life story. All I said was I was wanting to transition from the legal field to medical and I asked your advice on the best way to go about that and what the difference was in programs. I also did not interrupt you. YOU wouldnt let me talk therefore all I could do was listen to your BS about your program that isnt even accredited or recognized by the Board of Nursing. I understand youre a private tutor, you said that 1 million times on the phone along with other things I didnt ask or care to hear about. BOTTOM OF THE LINE is that, yes I did not attend your program because of your poor attitude and incapability to answer a question properly without trying to solicit your unrecognized program on me. And I will make sure everyone knows about this too. Have a good one.
