Ladies & Gentlemen PLEASE take the time to read this review.Tampa Singles is the biggest SCAM that I have ever experienced.Approximately four months ago I decided to give this a try because the other dating services were not working for me.I was hoping that they were able to match me with my dream woman and according to Sally the sales associate and she said and I quote a successful man such as yourself and keeping yourself incredibly fit this will not be a problem.I went on one date and it was satisfactory however that was months ago so I called them today February 6, 2018.I was told that I was in a passive program meaning that because I did NOT spend thousands of dollars I was NOT a priority.According to Matching Department the more money you spend the more likely you will meet someone.The woman on the phone had audacity to tell me that I would be the last resort if they presented my profile into their system.REALLY?I have no words to say to this disgusting company. If I could give them a zero star I would.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.Thank you.

I love them. They are so helpful not to mention how encouraging they are when you’ve had to miss a date bcuz of an unforeseen bronchitis. So, Kitty she is wonderful she asked me ...”do you really want to meet this gentleman,...” he is quite upset with you.” Well I’m a little stubborn and although he is upset with me for missing our date I just want to make my wrong a right. I felt so empowered by Kitty’s pep talk we are trying this gentleman one more time. What company would be so patient with a client. Tampa Singles was amazing to do business with. I had an angry divorce a couple of years ago so they sent me on a few Practice dates before I met the love of my life. The client services department was very helpful and listened fully to what I described as my future partner. Since I joined in June 2017, Tampa Singles has arranged four dates on my behalf. All the dates have been very enjoyable dinner partners. Along the way, I have connected with several staff members regarding questions. In every case, the response was very timely, very courteous, and very well informed. I believe my feedback has been helpful because each first date has had greater compatibility than the previous date.

This service makes false promises to lonely singles. They will offer a world of services until the very large check clears, then they have very little offer. The match maker does not reflect your desires/interests/preferences in the people they set you up with, you are more capable of screening people on online dating apps. Please save your money, this service prays on lonely people.

Its really hard dating this day and age. So many online scammers or simply people nothing like their profile out there. I would never do online dating again. I was frustrated and needed hope that there were still a few good guys out there. I like the background checks and screening that goes on with Tampa Singles. What a difference using a professional dating service. Ive met someone special! Be open minded to the process and give the matches a chance. You might be surprised to connect with your soul mate. I have also recommended the service to 2 other individuals who are also finding great matches.

PLEASE READ: If I could give zero stars I would. Pretty sure everyone giving this a 5 star is a friend of people who work for Tampa Singles. Made an appointment at 7:30. Lady made me wait an additional 45 minutes in the lobby. Hated the pressure that this company put you under before you walk out that door to make a decision on whether to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. They do a detailed deep questionnaire but I went on two BLIND dates and both girls couldnt be farther away from what I was looking for. Nice girls but physically not for me and we had nothing in common at all. Not sure what they do with all the money they suck out of customers but Im sure its not spend on providing a good product.

This is such a great company! Matchmaker Bri made it such a pleasant experience! She made me so comfortable and valued as a client. All of the employees are very professional and devoted to helping with all of your needs! Very impressed!

Worst experience I had. They pressure you to enroll and after payment was sent on 3 dates. Dont know why I bothered with the questionnaire, none off the dates met my prerequisites, had nothing in common with them, hell one showed up late and literally said that she was shopping at Walmart and didnt bother to dress accordingly. Save your money, better to go on a blind date set up by a friend. I did and currently in a relationship with her.

I joined this service in March 2014. I had a lengthy review with Sheri. She sold me on this service. The first date did not respond. I was connected with a person that was not anyone I would date if they had not connected. The same with the second. The problem with this agency is they get your money, you sign a contract and then your pretty well stuck. I contacted an attorney as I owe them money but they will not release me from the contract. They are a waste of good money. They do not tell you how many men in your age group they have available and they connected me with a person that hasnt used their service in a long time. A person would be better of using E-Harmony then this service. There match makers do not have any idea what they are doing. They prey on lonely people. RUN!!!

They charged me $8000 for 12 dates and only set me up on four over the last 11 months, all of which were awful people that I had NOTHING in common with other than they were single and within six years of my age. Two of them were narcissistic bigots. You do not get to see a picture of the person, so all the dates are blind dates. It is worse than online dating and outrageously over priced. They lie on their website when they say they “hand-select” and “fine-tune” with feedback. They send you an email, they call you and give a very vague discreption( age, likes to go to museums, sports, etc) and they tell you scored similar on a combadibily test. I’d sue them but because there is no deadline on the contract, they would just argue they are still looking for the right match. I am going to talk to a lawyer and see if I have any grounds.

Just awful!!! At first speaking with the woman was great and I felt comfortable. However, in the middle of my session she left and her boss came in. After countless attempts of trying to pressure me into paying for a package in which I couldnt afford right now due to recently dealing with a death in my family. Rebecca (the boss) then threw in my face that she was going home to someone at night. That was the most inappropriate comment that she could ever say. Not to mention extremely unprofessional. I left there in tears. I cannot believe that this woman would hit below the belt like that. This is the same woman who stated to me that she needs to lose weight and refuses to wear certain closing because she doesnt want people asking her if shes pregnant. Now with that mind frame, what gives you the right Rebecca to be rude and inconsiderate to others. You should be ashamed of yourself. Youre a disgrace to the company. I do not recommend anyone doing business here.
