We lost our daughter and needed your services. We did all you asked of us and got you the insurance policy our daughter had through USAA. I have spoke with USAA. They are shocked you would not bill them. You instead bill my card for 4k during this AWFUL time. We were also told a much lower number than you charged us. :(  I feel like you were unethical with your business practices. I gave you our credit card as a LAST RESORT to cover any potential insurance shortage. You didnt even attempt to bill USAA after we took the time to go get you the policy before you even began working. You have made a horrible situation even worse. PUBLIC BEWARE if you are vulnerable... Spaulding Decon is just after a buck... and they dont care who they take it from. :(BTW ... Our daughter was a Veteran. You got us because you are Veteran Owned. Shame on you!

Very unpleasant management. Like REALLY unpleasant if you have a comment or concern.. To the point I was scared. And if you post a negative review or comment they will come at you hammer and tong, will call you a liar, try to figure out who you are and make you very uncomfortable (at best). After hurricane Sally had hit my hometown, it had left much destruction. For my family, the damage was mostly to our roof. My insurance company had actually scheduled Spaulding Decon to come to my home. They placed tarps on my roof, removed an area of drywall that had already began to mold, and applied fans and a dehumidifier to areas that needed it. They came 3 days in a row to check the progress. Each time Fiona and her crew were very respectful, professional, and cordial. They always well informed me of their daily finds, and eagerly answered any questions I had with knowledge and know how. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone that is in need of these types of services.

My parents had a death in their house last month that required an area of carpet to be removed. I will not go in to any further details as they are disturbing and quite graphic. Spaulding Decon was referred by another crime scene cleanup crew by the name of SERVEPRO of West Pasco & Hernando Co as they were unavailable to come out and provide their services. While Spaulding Decon came to the house and were very kind and professional; their exploitive nature of business is not.To my surprise and might I add, shocking surprise; we came to find out that their Instagram page posts pictures of crime scenes they cleanup in an effort to sell their services. These pictures are before and after their jobs, exploiting traumatic events that any family member or friend directly involved can look at. I find this to directly affect their ethics and practices as it is completely unacceptable to post these pictures without the persons affected consent. Just know this should you decide to use them.Again, I did not personally use their services but my parents did and I was there the day they came out to rip up the carpet. A month later and the carpet still has not been replaced.

Spaulding did an EXCELLENT job on my townhouse. I had a slow leak in my kitchen ceiling which led to mold and ceiling tiles falling to the floor, cabinets and countertops totally ruined. Not only that, but I had also accumulated an overwhelming amount of clutter, trash, and things I simply no longer need in my home after my daughter left for college 6 years ago. They helped with EVERYTHING!Complete Demolition and cleanse of the kitchen, eradicated the mold, washed walls, appliances, and furniture. Not only that? They cleaned every single other room in this house, and even spent an extra day helping me with my porch, shed, and garden! This team was very polite and understanding to my mommas needs. She isnt always okay with new faces. I asked if they could please send out the same guys when they come to clean the home. Spaulding Decon did just that. I know my momma was being a pain the days they were here cleaning but they were patient with her and at some point were able to help detach her from items. 3 whole days this team dealt with my momma, kudos to you guys. Notice anybody who gives them a bad review gets a response from the owner. The owner has to get the last word. And the owner is always right. This company owes me money for a job very very very well done. They didnt pay, I left a review and look at the response. Its a total lie and this is how they are over there. We discovered a suicide in an apartment on Friday evening, before the Memorial Day weekend. I made a call on Sunday, (of the 3-day week-end) and in spite of the Holiday, got immediate guidance from Spaulding, followed up with a 7 am estimate and assessment. The team is professional, knowledgeable and did a great job of clean up. Highly recommended..but I hope you never have to need them:-)

Over a year ago someone in our family hired this company to clean up after my grandfathers death. They cleaned up in more ways than one! I was excited to inherit some of grandmas jewelry. Instead they stole it all and even had the temerity to post disgusting photos from the death scene.

After two years of cancer treatment that left me in a cognitive funk, I hired Spaulding Decon with the intention of living by the maxim of create a place for everything and keep everything in its place. The people would have been terrific if my goal had been ‘don’t worry about sorting or helping creating a system, just put where they will look tidy but don’t sort them and don’t organize and call it a day.’ But no, I needed them to help me create a workable home environment where I could understand, in my impaired state, the best practices to follow. I was desperate. They didn’t create anything—nor did they organize anything. Royal Maids could have done just as good a job as all they did was put things away without caring about creating a place for them. Did the place look better after? YES. Had they created any kind of order or system or sorted things? Or put me close to my expressed goal? NO.Things were left undone as well—on Day 2 the crew changed; the new person didn’t know what the previous person had left undone and then continued to leave those thrings undone.I was weak and vulnerable and not up for conflict while they were in my home—and in the months after. I was not after. When I eventually followed up I found them to be dismissive. They clearly did not care. I wasn’t in good enough shape to take it further then. I wish I had been. And I wish I had not hired Spaulding Decon.

My husband and I hired Spaulding Decon to perform meth testing in a home my daughter was about to purchase. This townhome was listed at $350,000 in a very nice neighborhood - who would have ever thought...During our final walk through it was disclosed by a neighbor that the townhome had been used to cook meth. When I called to schedule an appointment with Spaulding Decon, Karina handled the situation with complete professionalism. Because time was of the essence, Laura came the next morning to do the testing. The house had been renovated and painted making it difficult for accurate results. Her thoroughness and investigative abilities resulted in a positive meth test. We received the report and she followed up with a phone call to make sure we understood the results. The levels were extremely high. We were able to cancel the contract and get a full refund of our deposit which is nothing compared to the well being of our daughters health. Since mandatory meth disclosure IS NOT a law in Florida, we would have never known. Laura’s expertise found what the seller had tried to hide. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Spaulding Decon. I could not be more pleased with the way they handled what could have been a tragedy on many levels. A million thanks...

I found Spaulding Decon less than honorable. An estimate of $2-3000 became an invoice for over $5000 with no call or explanation. They acted like they were the injured party when I asked WHY??? They overcharged my insurance provider almost double their estimate. Unfortunate, unethical business practice to be carefully avoided PAY ATTENTION!!!!!
