There was a gal there all by herself today and she worked harder and did a better job than any others have EVER done there. I didnt get her name, but it was September 2nd at about 3:30 pm. The boss ought to give that gal a raise, bonus or paid day off!! Its the best customer service experience I have ever had there and I go there a lot, over the last eight years!

This is an excellent place to just knock the dust off your car. And for the cost you cant go wrong If youre looking for a very detailed wash this this is not the place.

Customer service is on point, keep it up. Some of the staff is very helpful. The younger employees need to greet the customers with a smile and speak to people. Put them cell phones down and work.

The staff seemed irritated and couldnt care less. They dont offer glass cleaner and or a rag to wipe your windows after paying nearly 18$for a car wash. Half the vacuume cleaners barely sucked, place was slightly dirty, Trash cans full...... To top it off my SUV came out slightly dirty on the hood. One of the irritated workers came over to clean marks off the hood. After we asked to go back thru wash

Broken vacuums with no where to put them up. Outside of van wasnt completely clean, but Def better than before the wash.

Great place with several wash options. I did the ten bucks one and it did a pretty good job but my car was rather dirty. They offer free vacuuming but several had little suctioning power to pick up much.

Car wash left my car dirty and the vacuums barely work (I tried a few). They barely have any suction. No place to hang your carpets like other car washes. The place is old and run down. Would not recommend.

Vacuum is meh but worth the $6 with a wash

I paid for the $10 wash and my car looks like it was just rinsed off. I couldnt vaccum my car because there was no pressure or suction to the vacuum,horrible job. They were barely working and i used two different hoses. I will not go back there...this is why i would rather someone do it by hand.

Paid 18 bucks for my car to still have gunk on the windshield and soap on the back at the end. Vacuum has almost no suction.

It was good just a car wash

I have been there 8 to 10 times over the past year or so. Never thought much either way. But my recent experience is remarkable. Wishing I had photos to share. When I first got ready to pay, I saw several large signs posted letting me know that it was going to be going through major renovations in the near future. I was there to wash my 16 year old Nissan. Besides its age, this car was sitting many months under an oak tree. Needless to say I used the brush and bucket before going through the machine. ( Knowing that the employees are only able to get the 1 side of the car before the machine pulls it through) I paid extra attention to the passenger side with the broom cleaning. I did spend more time than usual with my part of the cleaning. But once out of the machine. I was extremely impressed with how clean my car was. I had no problem with the vacuum. I wonder how much more could I ask for from a self service type of facility. And seeing the signs that improvement is coming, lets me feel like the owner cares.

Its is an okay car wash, Easy and quick. The vacuum pumps arent great and powerful to suck all the dirt from the car. There were still some spots left on my car. However its better than paying 20$ for a same job done somewhere else.

Both my Camaro and BMW both went in and came out with MANY scratches. We went to speak with the Owner Chris. He is bald with tattoos on both his cars and calf. He was very unprofessional and actually tried to physically fight me claiming that we are doing insurance fraud. I have video evidence of everything and will post it. Unsafe environment with an ignorant owner. There was another car there and complete stranger and we asked if her car had new scratches after she came out and she said “Yes actually I did see some new ones”. When you guys come out of washing your car pay attention to new scratches.

The free vacuums have poor suction if you dont choose the right one.

Some vacuums are better than others they dont pick up as much as trash at you would like it to pick up and you have to move your car either to your right or to your left... if you go too early or too late they like to close down almost all the vacuum and leave only two or three vacuum spots open.

One staff working and I feel like the service I pay for I am getting my truck was still dirty.😠😠 wont be back!!!

This place is nice. I mean I was feeling lazy and stopped by early this morning. Been coming here for years. It did the job but they removed the carpet cleaner. There was a time when you can run your mats thru a machine to clean them. Other then that, the vaccum cleaners are free.

Absolutely terrible service. I get here at 8:30 to a sign that says Temporarily Closed for Maintenance Will Reopen shortly. I waited around a bit. At 8:58 I asked the bald head guy what their expected time of open was. And he said with an attitude Im not going to open. Confused I ask Youre not going to open?, Like at all today? He says I dont know. Probably Not in a very sarcastic tone.I get that people have bad starts on the job but dont take it out on the customer. Im just trying to get my car washed. No need for attitude.9:48 17 customers come and gone. Still not open. Due to cleaning.Finally opened at 10 AM. Been here quite a few times. Prices are decent. Makes no sense for them to dust one side of your car...never understood that. Vacuums either dont work or barely suction. Have not been there since the supposed renovation. Hopefully its better.

Basic wash is $5.00. Upgrades extra. Very LOW PRESSURE vacuums. No pressure sprays.

I paid for the highest car wash. I literally had to leave there and go some where else and pay to clean my tires and vacuum. Their vacuums wont pick up and I might as well pay for the cheapest car wash because the results are the same!! Today was probably my last time there

This was my first time here and the only time I will pay $14 girl my car to look worse when I came out if wash than when I went in. Water spots everywhere and s piece if my chrome from back window is missing. Theres no phone numberNo phone number to call about missing chrome so Im letting whomever is in charge that this is unacceptable and I will be by tomorrow Friday May 17 2019 to retrieve my property. BTW vacuum doesnt work.

This has been my 3rd AND FINAL (LAST) time that I will come to this hole of a place. My vehicle has NEVER been dried up thru this machine, BUT, WORSE of all, the so-called manager (black-bearded) told me to NOT COME BACK AGAIN, after I KINDLY expressed my concerns about the wash. He was with a rude, challenging & disgusting attitude and should NOT BE working here. There is NO customer service skills. His attitude is provocative. This place doesnt deserve even a 1⭐.

You get either or, never both. Either a great wash or a great vacuum. Today the vacuum sectioning absolutely sacked! The attendant said hey at least you got it washed when I told him the vacuums where not suctioning properly. The drive thru car wash on Fowler is much better I was just closer to this one.

The guy that pressure washes and soaks the vehicle just before you enter the wash only got one side of the vehicle (the ones before mine and after were the same,) which just slaps you in the face because we all know the car is a rectangle...I mean why make the effort unless it’s real. Also, the dancing dangling strips of cleaning fabric inside the wash didn’t dance. The place needs a little more attention.

We visited the location on Saturday to wash our new car. The service was good except there wasnt enough spaces to vacuum or prewash the car but do you expect on a Saturday. Good experience.

I used to come here a lot and it had been some time since I visited. I liked the place as it was a great wash, with friendly staff who were helpful.Recently I went by there and there must have been ownership change or something as you are met with signs posted everywhere that tells you how safe the wash is, how they are not responsible for anything, no loud music and cameras are recording.Signs everywhere is a sign that there are issues ahead, for me an instant turn off, and maybe the establishment is not safe.I noticed that the day to day upkeep was not the same and half the vacuums did not work. The vacuum that did was not very powerful.I would also suggest that there is some retail items to purchase as I wanted something to wipe my dash, clean my windows, shine my tires and a towel to wipe some of the soap that did not get rinsed off.I write a review so that hopefully someone who manages this business notices that we the customers notice a change and not for the better. This is a business that seemed to get on the level of the bad clientele by putting up signs that tells them how to behave.

Bucket of sudz car wash not a bad place to go if youre in a hurry and just need to get your car basic wash they have a unique system as to where you wash your car you have for selections to choose from you wash your car and then you can dry it off and vacuum it out yourself all this free the drying out and vacuuming but the car wash is very reasonable and have a very good array of different selections to suit what youre looking for in your vehicle the lines are always quick and its always enough space there

I went to the car wash March 31st at 9:15 a.m. paid $10 for a car wash where the kid took his wash broom, washed half of the windshield and ran it down the side of the truck and call it good never even walk to the other side of the truck. a bit lazy its not like they were busy I hope the owners read this

Best wash around vacuums are not very good but wash is excellent

Nothing really special wanted to get in and out real quickly and I was able to do so with no problems winning for quick wash was in and out in less than 10 minutes didnt use the vacuum so cant speak to those

I give this place 3 stars only because when I came today, there was someone at the entrance to the wash with a tub of soap and water and a big brush. He proceeded to sling the brush to my open driver window, slinging water and soap all over me!! This forced me to go through my morning with soaking wet shirt and pants because I was on a tight schedule. Other than that, this place has great prices and usage of free vacuums and many covered parking spaces so great when its raining or really sunny.

I purchased a car wash and when it came down to the free vacuums they cut them off in the middle of me vacuuming my car. No warning just cut them off and said we’re closed! I then asked may come back and finish tomorrow and the man told me no I can’t allow that! I’m extremely disappointed with this place. Will not return horrible customer service.

This used to be a very good car wash now it’s just a place you would want to go if you absolutely can’t find anywhere else to get your vehicle washed and the workers are lazy. They close whenever they dont feel like working although business hours state otherwise. This car wash have became upsetting

So this place upgraded its carwash services and its worse! Car is still wet after drying, and the windows leave ugly spots because of it also. The old version was way better smh.
