Sorry i need to leave them a 1 star review. I hired Terminix to screen in my block foundation to guard against rodent. They subbed the job out to this company. I was told they would trench to stop borrowing, not done. I was told that rats can collapse their rib cage and i needed to close every hole that size and larger, not done.Fasteners are every other brick, plenty of room for something to sneak behind.Tech showed up and then needed to leave to go to Home Depot for material for over 2 hours. Even though Terminix supplied them with extremely detailed measurements.Attached lumber to the blocks, who knows why this was done!Dustin was no help.Over $1800 dollars gone, now I need to hire a reputable company to do the job right.

The tech was very kind, thorough and quick. he went out of his way to spray everywhere and followed up with roach bait where necessary.We are very pleased with the service.

We love McCall for our bug control. Our usual guy, Paul Boyd, is very thorough and efficient. He always answers our questions and explains what he is doing and he is a pleasure to talk to. As a result, we never see bugs in our home!

They are always on time and do a great job. My technician is Kevin he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and keeps my lawn green all year ..

Our lawn technician Robert is terrific. Very detailed and great communication. We also use the Termite inspection service and Perimeter Pest Control with Paul as our technician and and couldnt be happier. In Florida, lawn and pest can be challenging but all I have to do is give Josh , our area manager a call and he reaches out to our technicians and they solve the issue, sometimes telling us something we need to do or changing their process. Paul is very thorough in his inspections and treatments. He always asks if there are any additional needs and is always friendly in his dealings with us. They are responsive when called for additional pest control.

I had them service my yard for 5 years . Paying about $1600.00 a year. My yard looked so much worse than when they started. I sprayed my yard myself just one time. Amazing how everything is looking so much better. Just goes to show what using the right chemicals instead of them spraying water. Would never recommend them ever

We had an issue with an increased amount of palmetto bugs due to a recent painting and moving of furniture. Alvin Walker was the tech who came and was OUTSTANDING!! He explained what he was going to do and gave us a update after he was done along with the report. He was very professional and I would just like to thank him for his work. Alvin is a great guy!!!

We’ve had McCall for a few years and have always been happy with the quality of service for the price. Our new technician was kind enough to notify us he was on the way to our house and gave helpful advice on reducing pests besides just our service he was providing. I appreciate how they always walk the home and sweep all pest debris from the roofline.

We have been using this company for several years, since it was Nelsons and now that its McCalls. They are always helpful and professional. Weve had both Robert A. and Bob F. come out to do pest inspections and both have been great. They are both always happy to answer my questions and take a little extra time to make sure our home is pest free.

LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES!!! This business was previously Nelsons Pest Control. Back then, it was professional. The new owners changed the name to McCalls and theyre absolutely terrible! My yearly contract expired when they took over and McCalls new online system was too difficult to use. I sent them an email stating that fact but never got a response. Given those 2 factors, I didnt renew my service, but they kept coming to my home and sending me bills. I contacted them several times via email to ask why they were providing service when I had never ordered it from them. No response!!! Now their collection agency is sending me notices for an amount past due. There are better companies out there! Dont use this one!

Always friendly staff and excellent service.

We had rodents in the attic and McCall cake and took care of them. Dustin came often to trap the critters. He was very professional and answered all our questions. The man who sealed up our house was very friendly and even answered all our kids questions. I would highly recommend this company. I hope I don’t have critters again but if we did, I would not hesitant to call them again!

McCall was easy to do business with from setting up the service to execution. Service person showed up on time and completed the job quickly and with high quality. Happy to do business with them.

I called to correct my auto-pay and had the greatest personal service.

Good service when it was Nelson. When it became McCall, I wound up with a brown front lawn and chinch bugs everywhere. They can’t even diagnose chinch bugs. It looks so bad, I thought it was fungus. They appear to put chemicals on, but who knows.. Then the “manager“ will call you and tell you everything that YOU have done wrong to make your lawn brown while you were paying them. He will also tell you how smart he thinks he is. I fired them, and would have done so twice if I could. I would not do business with them. All they did was screw up my lawn, and refused to even give me a refund for one month. Photo below is what you will get for $56 a month

I started using this company a few years ago when it was Nelsons Pest Control for my landscape chemicals. I had been very pleased with them and was concerned McCall would not be as good. My concern was unnecessary in that this company is excellent, as well. I am very pleased with the lawn/shrub tech that comes to my house. His name is Robert Ayock and should be the poster child for customer service. I am very allergic to chemicals and Robert is very careful with his applications of those. I feel confident that Robert knows what my lawn needs and is willing to take the time to discuss the grass and shrubs with me. The women who answer the phone in customer service have always been helpful. Today I had some difficulty with logging into their web site. Kelly in the office had to fix something on their end, and I needed to log on and off a few times until I got through. Kelly was very patient and tried a few things to get it correct. She was great! If McCall Pest Control continues with their high standards, I will be happy to stay with them.

McCalls service my flower beds for pests as well as fertilize my plants. They also are my pest control. Both gentlemen will knock on my door and we can share concerns. I receive advice on best plant practices as well as pest control.

For the past few years weve been with Nelsons Pest Control and when they merged with McCall, we werent sure if that excellent service would continue. It has been just as great and we are very happy with their service. The techs are very nice, arrive within the time frame and respond to requests to spray inside, when needed.

They were great to work with! I had a short time frame I needed it done and they were able to come quickly. Also everyone I spoke to was very nice.

I have waited, not so patiently, for the day when I would find and hire a company to care for my lawn as much as I do...when I hired McCall, my search was over! My lawn Tech Kevin Mitchell is such a breath of fresh air, he is professional, enthusiastic and my lawn has NEVER looked so good! Ive had 10-12 different lawn service companies over the last 26 years, but I wont ever need another one! The cost was a little more and I hesitated until I talked with my Sales Rep, Justin, who assured me the extra cost was worth it because my lawn would be everything I wanted it to be...he was absolutely right. Kevin actually told me, when he came for the 2nd monthly treatment, this is my lawn now too...I got this! Thank you, thats all I can say. Have recommended to several neighbors, including 2 who stopped out front just to ask who did my lawn.

Been with Nelson’s since 2010, never had any problems. We found out at the beginning of this year that Nelson’s sold to McCalls. We trusted Nelson’s enough to continue our quarterly pest management with McCall. What a mistake.First, we keep getting double charged for treatments (happened 3 out of 3 times this year)! Then, when you call the office to speak to someone about it, it’s always at least 10+ minutes to talk to someone and then they tell you that you will have to be transferred to their billing department, which is another 10-15 minute wait. Usually after waiting all that time, you will then get bumped to voicemail where you are prompted to leave a message and “someone will get back to you.” The 3 times that this has happened, I have never had anyone call me back. Which is what prompted me to write this review. Today is day 3 of waiting for someone to call me back, and I’ve already called their office to follow up twice already.I’ve had it with having to keep correcting them for their billing mistakes, I’m tired of waiting around all day for their technician (Nelson’s used to give us a time reference of when they will come so we can be home), and lastly, I’m tired of wasting my time on the phone to speak to someone if I need to reschedule a treatment, to ask a question, or to speak with someone about correcting a billing mistake!Needless to say, we will be seeking a new pest management company.

Excellent customer service and communication! They sprayed my apartment and responded to a note that I left, which I greatly appreciated and they took the time to explain the process and chemicals to me which really put me at ease. Dean and Darryl are extremely pleasant to deal with. :)

Kizzie came out today and she was absolutely fabulous! She explained so many things to me and made sure that I was totally informed. Whenever our hotel has to call this company they have someone out right away. I would love to give them 10 Stars!

As a new Florida Resident coming from N.Y., had very little knowledge ofmaintaining a lawn properly. On my first Appt, with Robert A of McCalls,he explained in detail the problems my lawn was having and whathe thought would need to be done to resolve them & restore mylawn to where it should be.

Best pest service experience we have ever had. Kizzie, our tech, was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the bugs in our house. She was awesome. Five stars. Want to use for our commercial property too!

We have been using McCall for just over a year, we had one tech who was quick but good for the first six months or so. We now have Francisco/Franky and he is a pleasure! He goes out of his way and above and beyond every time he is here. We had a small issue with rodents come up last month and they were out the very next day. He has since come to check up on us twice and just came again for our regular service. Franky is not only great at what he does, he takes the time with true care to service your location. 10/10 would recommend!

Anyone who knows me also knows how much I hate bugs-the pesky kind. To have them invade my brand new home sent me into DEFCON mode. Kizzie, came to my rescue (same day) with a smile and a can-do attitude! She treated my place inside and out and all the while, educating me. She helped me to logically understand some of the habits of the invaders and patiently allowed me to follow closely behind her. Still abhor the creatures, but at least now, I know why!

Kizzie did a great job. She is very thorough and stays in touch, so I know if I have a problem she will be there when I need her.

Excellent service, Kizzie came out and sprayed for mosquitoes. She was very friendly and helpful explaining the chemicals she used and how safe they are once they dry in 20 minutes.
