When I had to bond my boyfriend out at 2am for driving with no license, they were the only one that would help me right then because the bond was only $200. Then after he was out they worked around our schedule to get his paperwork done and kept us informed of his court dates. The man was very courteous and helpful. Thank you all for everything.

I had went to another company first because I had a warrant and they took my money and then told me, because I had a previous failure to appear on my record from another case, they couldnt do my bond. But they kept 100 dollars for what they called a processing fee. So then I called J&E. The girl was upfront and told me that because I had a failure to appear, Id need some collateral. With my car title they bailed me out and even kept in contact with me after my case was over to make sure I was staying out of trouble. These are really some good people that work there.

Wish i could give half of star. The lady i spoke with had us waiting outside for 25 minutes after i called get and told her ill be there in 40 to 45 minutes. She was very rude and money hungry. No other places charged me $300 for a $500 bond. I got it handled soon as i left there. We were threatened to fight by another female who put her hair up in a ponytail and tried to intimidate 2 pregnant women me and my sister by staring at us as we stood outside waiting for our lyft. Everyghing was processed then i was asked about other bond places charging extra only 1 place charged 10 percent which was a $10 fee not $200 but She immediately raised the price after she asked me and i was completely honest with her. If hes a fta first time offender there shouldnt jave been a sudden 200% fee charged. She also had a very nasty attitude from when she walked into the office. I wouldnt recommend no one to do business with these people. She was too lazy to go back down to the jailhouse today which she briefly indirectly spoke about and also was trying to get extra money out of me. Which i had but not for how unprofessional they were. I found a place 10 minutes later and everything has been handled for $100. Dolly is the people to go to.

My son used his vehicle title to get a friend out of jail.Everthing has been cleared.But he cant get his title back from J&E.They keep giving him the run around.And for the last 3 weeks havent answered their.Minus - 5 stars!
