When someone backed into my new Jetta GLI with less than 1,000 miles on it, I went to VWs website to find a shop approved by the factory. Advance Auto Collision is one of two VW Certified shops in Tampa Bay. After reading reviews of both shops, Advance had far better responses; After going with them I can definitely see why. They worked with me until I was satisfied my car was like new again. Recently they were also able to fix 2 approximately two foot scratches to the roof caused by a tree the same day I brought the car in; They even washed the car! Im glad I went with Advance.

I had my 2020 BMW M4 rear bumper repainted and passenger door dent fixed. I received quotes from two shops recommended by the BMW dealership. Advanced Auto Collision Center bumper painting was 20% less than the other center and they recommended removing the door dent instead of repainting the passenger door(which the other center recommended). They matched the bumper paint perfectly and the passenger door looks great. Awesome job and they saved me over a thousand dollars!

My vehicle has been under repair in this shop for 8+ weeks. Parts were not ordered timely, and I have no definitive date regarding when I might receive my car back. Timeliness does not seem to be one of their priorities.

I dropped off my brand new Tesla model Y on the 7th of this month. Tesla has me in a rental ever since, it shouldn’t take more than 4 weeks for a paint job and to align a door. I Called Patrick who works there last week and was told it would be ready last week. Never heard a word from him. Very very unprofessional from their part, called today June the 30th trying to get info from Patrick and he couldn’t be located. Unfortunately I have to give them a star in order to write this review. When asked if somebody could give me more information on the car I was told no, that it has to be the guy I’m dealing with. Please people if you own a Tesla and need body work, have Tesla send you to the other body shops they have. Even if you don’t own a Tesla avoid this spot. This place really sucks, I haven’t even received a courtesy call from them.

Took my Tesla in on a Monday for a small ding on the passenger door. Was to be done by Wednesday. Could not get through by phone on Friday but the following Monday they told me it would be done Wednesday a week later then the original completion date. Car basically sat there untouched for the whole week. They were recently bought out by another auto repair businesses.

Junior and the rest of the Advance auto collision team were absolutely amazing! They fixed my car fast, with great detail, and the cheapest quote I found. They were so nice and accommodating! I was so pleased and have no complaints.

There were no hidden costs and if adjustments needed to be made to the estimate, they were clearly conveyed. Jay and the rest of the staff are professionals that care about the work they do and the clients they service. Not only was my vehicle completed in a timely manner, they even washed my car inside and out before I picked it up! Ive had work done on a few cars and this is the only shop that actually goes the extra mile for their clients. Fantastic and professional business. I had an issue with my Ford truck and unfortunately, Ford parts were backordered for at least 6 months and other Auto Parts stores didnt carry the correct sizes. On a whim, I went to Advance Auto Collision Center and asked if they, by chance had these small plastic push pins. The business exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only did the manager go into the shop and personally locate the correct size pins but he provided them to me at no cost. This is a local business which will be receiving my future business. Jay and this shop are by far the best shop in town. I’ve been to Gerber, Caliber, and a couple of other shops in the last 5 years, and no one compares. This shop holds a “Gold Class” Rating and it shows. The paint work they did is better than any shop I’ve used, and there’s no telling the bumper has been repaired as it looks that good.Additionally, Advance Auto Collision has the best customer service of any business you will work with. I had an unrelated issue to their repairs, and they picked up the vehicle and looked at it for me. The part just coincidentally happened to fail at the same time I revived my vehicle. Most shops would have shrugged and sent me on my way, Jay replaced the part and even picked up the vehicle for me.Really can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had my 2006 Range Rover HSE completely restored here. They did an amazing job on the body and paint, the car looks brand new! I have had multiple compliments from random people on this vehicle since it has been completed. The owners are very friendly and make sure the job is done perfectly! So helpful!! Got in a car accident and needed to get back to school (family lives in Tampa but I go to UF in Gainesville). They were able to get my car back to me super quick and at a very reasonable price. They also seemed to genuinely care about my car and me.

We needed a part on the car to be welded for our windshield to be replaced. I called Jay on a Saturday where they have limited hours and he got us in same day. We will be forever grateful for his patience and kindness. He and his team fit us into their busy schedule and were very hospitable while we waited. I’m so glad I found this place to fix my Model 3 Tesla. They fixed the dent, replaced the mirror and other minor things. They went above and beyond my expectations. I’m not sure if this is the norm but they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car! The staff was also wonderful especially Jay and the lady at the front desk. They were all very professional. I took my Porsche 911 Turbo here for some body work and paint for the cabriolet tonneau lid panel. They were able to fix the dents and match the paint perfectly. My primary mechanic re-installed the panel but it wasn’t lining up right. I brought it back here and the guys were able to get it adjusted almost perfectly. I recommend them because they seem very dedicated to getting things done right and making customers (even picky ones) happy with the results.

This place did an Amazong job on my 2013 Audi. I was very hesitant about leaving it anyone’s care but when I called the Audi dealership they referred to here; and they made it look like the damage never happened. It took time but they got it right and did very well communicating, not to mention they were open for short hours on thanksgiving day and I was able to pick my baby up. Good shop for sure.

I own a Model 3 and this body shop was recommended to me by the Tesla Tampa Service Center for some body work I needed done after I clipped a wall in a parking garage. Jay was upfront with how long the repair process would take since Tesla parts take a while to ship, but it was worth the wait. Jay and his team did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They were very quick to start repairs once all the parts arrived.

I brought my car in to Advance Auto Collision Center this week after a minor accident. The customer service was outstanding from the staff (Jay and Damaris in particular)! My car was fixed within two days and looks as good as new, plus they detailed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside which was an added bonus😬 Hopefully I don’t get into an accident again, but I would definitely come back here if anything happened. By far, the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. On time. Car looks better than before the damage. Car disinfected, washed, and vacuumed prior to delivery. Two people dropped off my car when finished so I didnt have to go back to the shop. Replacement of my bumper, but I paid the original estimate, which was only for a bumper repair.To me, Advance Collision is up there with Amazon in creating a new standard for customer service--in auto body work. Jay and his team were AMAZING! I have had 3 vehicle repairs in 2020 alone with them!! 2 on my Tesla Model S and one on my BMW X7 (wife caused that one lol)To start the shop is CLEAN!!! VERY NICE!! Not your typical body shop. Jay the co owner met me personally EVERY TIME! He handled a rental car for me when my insurance would not. He met the repair date or earlier on ALL 3 repairs!The quality of the work was BETTER than factory! I had my tesla 80% repainted and I sear the paint job is BETTER than the factory. He worked with my ceramic guy after as well!My Tesla MCU had to be replaced as it went bad while it was in the shop w Jay and he personally took it to Tesla to get it fixed at no charge to me!!On the BMW he was able to save me over $1000 by not ordering extra unnecessary parts that BMW wanted me to pay for!!Jay and his entire team EXCEEDED all of my expectations and I would recommend them to ANYONE no matter how big or small the repair was.

My vehicle was in an accident and Advanced Auto Collision fixed it! Came to pick up my vehicle and tire had a nail in it, they fixed that too. While they had my vehicle my tags had to be changed they put that on for me too. If you need a great auto collision place hands down bring your vehicle here! From reception to auto body to everyone in between customer service is hands down 100%! Friendly, helpful and gets the job done quickly and correctly the first time. Called Advance ACC based on the reviews after the dealers shop screwed up our brand new Wrangler, and I was not disappointed! Jay was great to work with. I was most impressed when we had an issue with the phone on my first contact, and he took the time to call ME back. The work they did was top notch. Jay also agreed to buff out a scratch on my other vehicle. The work was so good, I avoided a repaint - saving me $300! Prices are very fair and the folks were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was super happy with the team at Advanced Auto Collision. They were recommended by Reeves Automotive where I bought my Audi. I had extensive body damage from hitting a wild hog as well as mechanical damage. Dee at the front desk and Junior were on top of working with Reeves Automotive in coordinating the mechanical repairs in between the body work. They also helped move the adjusters from my insurance company along when they were slow to respond. My car looks like new even though shes 6 years old! I would use them again in a heart beat and I live over 2 hours from their location!

Very professional service, allowed me to buy my own parts, technicians go above and beyond to ensure quality assembly. The paint match was immaculate. Car looks like it was never in an accident.Thats all I could ask for. Areas of improvement:1. Quality control - to make sure all required parts are on the car (before customers pickup) and to avoid discarding important parts which still maybe needed.2. Complimentary car wash - avoid heavy water flow from pressure washer jets near seals on doors and roof. They are not designed to withstand extreme water pressures and will leak on all cars, new or old.

AMAZING!! Simply put - amazing experience and SO happy!! Someone hit our minivan and caused damage to the front bumper. Showed up at Advanced Auto Collision and spoke with Jay who is the coolest guy ever! So easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! He had a full estimate in my hands in minutes! Assured me of the time schedule and also how the process worked. There is not a shop that can come close to this one in quality, service and integrity. I ran a body shop for over 10 years. These guys are awesome. This place was wonderful. I found it on my way home from work and stopped by for a quote. They were very professional and clean. JR told me he could start on my car the following Monday and have it done by Friday. He did exactly that. My car came out flawless as if it had never been hit. It was extremely easy to get the professional results I wanted on my Nissan Sentra. I went in, received a quote in only a few minutes from Junior. Great work at a fair price! I actually was recommended this shop from a guy who details cars. Their paint work was so much better than I have had done in the past. I live about 35-40 minutes away but it is well worth the drive.
