I needed a new AC. I called Healthy Home to have the work done. I told them my air was broken and they were out to my home as quickly as they could get here. The initial assessment was thorough. I was presented my options in a clear and concise manner. Anthony and Paul were professional and on point. They are very knowledgeable in their fields and know their product line very well. When I spoke to the office manager, she was very professional and handled the financial aspect of my deal with professionalism and in a very timely manner. Healthy Home was out to my home the very next day installing my new system. Installing a new AC take s along time. The installers were Paul and Charlie. They were clean and professional and generally just all around good people. When the work was completed, the area in which they were working was left more cleanly than when they began the installation. I would recommend Healthy Home to anyone. A very dear friend of ours had an a/c system installed by this company. She has had nothing but problems since day one. The house has major humidity problems due to the fact that the system has not been sized properly. They installed a larger system than the one that was there originally so now there is no run time to remove the humidity. After having a proper load calculation performed on the home (which admittedly was never done), it was discovered that the a/c system is twice the size required. So she paid more for a larger system that doesnt work, pays more for utilities because it is over-sized and her home is as humid as it is outside! She has called them out several times and they have not fixed the problem, although they have tried to sell her a new duct system in an effort to fix the problem (thats not the problem!). We have tried several times to work with them and they refuse to do anything about it. They finally stopped taking our calls and are washing their hands of the whole thing, so basically she is screwed. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They do not back up their work and will leave you hanging. So sad people have to be this way.

We had a very professional employee named Garrett Davis to service our three units in our home today. He is without a doubt one of the nicest young men in this profession. He was courteous, wore protective booties for his shoes, respectively and worked the entire time while still explaining every thing he was doing. I will most definitely ask for him every time I get service.And while I am writing this review I also want to express my thanks to Pat for also being professional and so friendly. Two gentlemen from the Healthy Home Inc. came to our house and demonstrated The Pig the new Tristar vacuum system. I have to say here, that they have one super machine that they were demonstrating, but that is not the most important part.The two men, Mike and Jesus, showed up on time, were very professional in their presentation, answered all our questions and took all the time needed to make sure that we understood the intricacies of the machine. I really appreciate their time and effort in making us understand what we were thinking about purchasing. We were sold.

We received a “free quote” from a big shot AC company for regular maintenance and after their technician left, our AC unit stopped working. We called Healthy Home and they had Paul at our house the same day. Turns out the initial technician switched two wires so we’d call him back out to pay to have it “fixed”. Paul was honest and delivered excellent customer service. We’ve since acquired several of their products and we love them. Thank you Healthy Home!

Our older AC system went out in 98 degree weather. Called Healthy Home, they got someone out right away to look at it. They sold an old lady an air purification system telling her she would no longer need to dust her home AND no longer needs her O2! As an RN, NO ONE can tell anyone they dont need their O2 unless you are their physician! Healthy Home didnt even fire that salesman who obviously took advantage of her!

So. I have a RO water filter system installed about 3 years ago. Last year, a technician inspected my filters and said I needed replacement filters. Cost was more than 200.00 dollars. I bought the filters for 50.00 and put them myself.Last week. My unit water flow was weak. I called HH. They sent a technician out and told me that the tank needed a replacement bladder for 259.00. I declined the purchase and went online to learn more about this.All I did was drained all the water out, and with my bicycle pump, pumped air in the bladder, filled up the tank and it works like a charm.I think this company recommends unnecessary items and overcharges it’s customers.

I dont know why these people wrote these reviews about an allergy relief company. I have been buying my filters for my a/c unit and air purifier for 10 years. I live in Oldsmar but it is worth the 30 minute drive, trust me. After I had them come to my house and clean my air ducts and air handler, my daughter, who has severe allergies is able to breathe again and my family and I are so thankful to be breathing clean air in our home now! Horrible company to deal with... stay away from them and take your business elsewhere.We had to use them through our warranty company. We paid for a air coil cleaning that was not covered by the warranty. The tech did not perform the cleaning because he said it was not needed . The company refused to refund the money that was paid for a cleaning that was never performed. Company office employees (Tricia & Matthew) never call you back, I had repeatedly called regarding the issue, to find out that the employee that was researching my issue is no longer with the company and then having to start over all again. They apparently dont keep detailed records. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. To add insult to injury they actually called me to today to find out if I would like to enter into a maintenance contract with them? Really!

Thank the lord for this company ! They sent out specialist tech Paul Montero , he did an amazing job on a botched job from another AC company out of Sebring! Thank you Paul for coming out quickly to help us out !! You are our AC guy now and forever !!!

Rob did a great job at informing me about my water. The water softer and RO work extremely well . I am incredible surprised about what was in my water and I would like thank him for informing me . Again this is a wonderful product and I will suggest it to many of my friends .

Beware of their sales tactics!Had Healthy Home install new air compressor and air handler in my home in July of 2015. At that time they indicated the system came with a lifetime compressor warranty, 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty. This is reflected on the receipt.On 2/15/2016 they came to do the 6 month free checkup on the system and indicated that it did not have the complete protection package installed which included a biocide unit and a compressor saver kit. They indicated that without these accessories, the manufacturer could void the warranty. The cost of these would be $2495 but I could get an Energy Star Rebate for $500 if I applied through them. I said of course Id like the rebate so they indicated that they had applied and I was eligible.At this point I began to get suspicious and question why this wasnt explained to me when I originally purchased the system and that I would like to talk to my lawyer before committing to pay them another $2,000. They said that if I didnt order and pay for the components today that I would lose my Energy Star rebate. I reluctantly signed up after they offered me an additional $475 off. After they left I did some further research and found the cost of the components to be about $400 and could not find any documentation regarding Energy Star rebates. I believe they used fraudulent and strong arm tactics to sell me the components.UPDATE 5/31/2016. After filing several complaints, the owner contacted me directly and apologized for the sales tactics used. He offered me an additional 2 years of service and a coupon for use in their retail store. He generally cares about his reputation and indicated that the people I dealt with are no longer with his company.

I bought a Water Softner and a Reverse Osmosis from Jonathan about a month ago. He educated me on the difference between the water I was using Vs. the water I could be enjoying. I immediately asked him what I can do to change my results and with just a phone call away I was able to get what I need to get my water in a better quality. They came and installed at the time agreed... The staff is very punctual and knowledgeable as well. The process was very easy and the results were noticable the first day I started bathing with soft water. We were surprised in the difference in the quality of water immediately.The Most amazing thing is that I was able to wash my clothes with just a spoonful of detergent. Zero stars!!!!This company called saying they were doing free water testing in my area so I figured sure I would love to know whats in my water. Well as it turns out. It is just a slimey tactic to get in your house and sell you stuff. I already have a water softener and a RO/DI unit providing soft and clean water. The guy basically told me I have soft water and then used a TDS meter to test the total dissolved solids in the water coming from the RO/DI. I told him I have a TDS meter attached to the unit already. So basically they did not give me any information about the quality of my water that I already didnt know. And I still dont know what is in my water which is what they said they were gonna tell me. They then tried to sell me an air conditioner purifying system for over $10,000 but tried to make it enticing by showing me all the freebies and knocking the price down to about $4300. These people are scam artists do not do business with them! You will be sorry! If they have to lie to do business there is obviously something wrong with what they are providing! A good rule of thumb is to sleep on it, dont be pressured by crooked salesmen!

I personally know the owner he is very humble and caring individual. I purchased my Tri Star in 1996 since then I have been a loyal customer because they are one of the few companies out there that truly kept there word with their maintenance program.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home and had Kirby come out and give us an estimate, which doesnt have a date on it. We were needing the companies W-9 information for our lender and after almost a full week of calling this company requesting the information with no return communication, we were told that our job was not worth their time because of the cost and that they were declining the job. My husband became upset and yes he did speak adult language to the GM but this company was not holding anyone but us responsible. We were planning on repairing the ac unit and once in the house hire this company for a complete new ac unit. I had made multiple calls not only to the main office but also to Kirby the repair guy and not one person was professional enough to return a phone call or email. I would highly stress to anyone interested in this company to reconsider and go somewhere else. They stated they have the right to refuse business and they are correct on that but to not even let the potential customer know they are declining the job is inexcusable. The most professional person at this business is the nice lady who answers the phone and they even tried to hang her out by having her tell me they were declining the job, not even a manager could tell us they let a person who answers the phone tell us. We plan on following up with the BBB as this company needs to go back to customer service skills 101 and learn that every dollar matters to a company and your employees represent you and how you run your establishment. Buyer Beware.

A/C tech arrived and promptly spent 15 minutes in out bathroom which he blocked up. He annoyingly kept calling me Buddy.He looked at the a/c unit and said because I had removed the Thermostat my insurance coverage would not cover repairs. He then told me I needed a part in the unit and said he could repair at a cost of $2,200. This was not acceptable to us and he assured us he was giving us a good deal. I paid the call out fee and asked him to leave. Because he had said my insurance would not cover the cost I contacted a local company. They arrived within 2 hours, had my A/C running in less than an hour and charged me just over $200 this included a new Thermastat and a 2 pole contractor and a fuse. He was polite and respectful not like Healthy Home techWill not recommend Healthy Home in any way shape or form believe they tried to gouge me.

ZERO STARS!!I am in the same boat as a few people in the recent months. We had Healthy Home come out last month sent by our warranty company to fix the cooling in the a/c in a home we had just purchased. Chase was our technician as well and did EXACTLY the same thing verbatim as with the reviewer Erin. They basically took advantage of people who had just moved in only knowing the inspection status of the a/c system as well as the fact that it was working the day before in our walk through. After finding out we were not going with the up-sell of the great deal on a new a/c unit they found another way to screw us and we were told the repairs we had done, all $1900 worth, were required to get the system back cooling. We were today informed after battling with our warranty company that our costs would not be reimbursed because we had non covered services done, when all they were sent out for was to have our system cooling again, which is obviously covered. We will be going after both this company (for obvious reasons) and the warranty company for sending out non-reputable companies to their clients!!! I will never allow this company in my home again and I have had our realtor remove the warranty company from their office and will be using another company. If your warranty company says they are sending this company out REFUSE, REFUSE, REFUSE!!

In my experience with Healthy Home I have found their products are a little pricy but are very well made. Ive been a customer of theirs for about 4 years & Ive always been treated well. I have really bad allergies & have a number of their products. I would recommend Healthy Home to others.

Be EXTREMELY careful with this company. Their promise of a $100 gift certificate for demonstrating their product - a $3,000. vacuum cleaner - does NOT materialize. Complaining to the manager, a Mr Garcia, is met by denial and rude treatment. A very unpleasant experience!

This company is a fraud! First, they hound you calling you phone over and over, even when you say you dont want them to. Then when you do finally listen, they trick you into believing that you will get a valuable prize if you let them show you one of their products. Then they send some convict looking, rapist-like punk that will push you into listening to the sales pitch... then when you say no, they wont leave. The ONLY reason I even did all of this was for the valuable prize and big surprise, that NEVER came... they make you jump through so many hoops and pay for all the postage yourself... these are the companies that make telemarketers look bad. They are a bunch of LIARS and SCAM people all day. The product that they are trying to sell you is a $3000 vacuum cleaner.... seriously? JUST DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!
