Clarence and his partner Marcus were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the system they were installing. They even took my crazy kids in stride. 😂 They showed up earlier than their scheduled time. They installed everything in short time and took the time to explain the inner workings of the entire system to me. They truly are a credit to the HVAC industry. I belong to the Total Home Care membership plan and I love it! Easy payment arrangement. Gordon D came out today and performed the maintenance on my A/C. They wore masks in this COVID time for my protection and explained to me what was going on with my system and what to prepare for in the years to come. Love Performance A/C, Electrical & Plumbing!

Gordon was great, came later on a Saturday evening as my AC unit was not working. Once the issue was identified he was back Monday morning to make the repairs. While Monday wasn’t ideal, the parts weren’t available any faster, clearly nothing he could control. Would definitely recommend

Anthony & Shawn came and searched everywhere to find out why it was getting hotter in here. They found the problem and they showed me then they said this is the solution gave me three different examples of solution for me to choose they were so kind polite listen to all my questions answered every question. They did not treat this grandmother like she didnt understand they were so respectful to every question. They will be back this team period to come fix what we discussed they would fix from their findings. I really appreciate how they made sure I knew everything they were doing with clarity. I loved how my dogs were at peace as soon as they walked in . That doesnt always happen. I would recommend Anthony and Sean for all my air conditioning problems.

I was so frustrated with Performance A/C.No repair at 8 days and 1 day before my closing on the property. My estimate on repair of $998 was now to become $5,500 to repair. I called repeatedly to talk with a manager and after hearing no less than 25 times how can I make you smile?, I was ready to scream. Finally there was Ben, who was helping me even though he was in pain from a back injury. Ben promised to get this taken care of and he did. He sent Gordon. Gordon is my A/C superman! He fixed my A/C and it only increased the original estimate by $250 instead of $4,500! He fixed it time for my closing and saved my day. He even had a sense of humor...which I really needed at that point. So, ask for Gordon. He is an A/C genius!

Shaun S. Performed my bi yearly covered maintenance on my home ac. During this he found a major problem and spent the time needed to fix it. He also did the maintainence on the unit drain hose and made sure it was perfectly cleared. Shaun was on time .He was professional and explained all that he was going to do.With Shauns expertise my AC is now quiet, inside and also the compressor outside.Shaun found mold on the sides of my inside unit and found that the original company had put in the wrong mold prevention ultraviolet unit. The uv bulb had also broken, so I had no coverage. Shaun cleaned all the mold off the surfaces and gave a thorough explanation of a replacement unit.I am very pleased with Shauns service and will ask for him to take care of my ac unit in the future. I can recommend Performance AC.

Plumbing for bathroom remodel in a stall shower. Donnie & Pasquale were beyond our expectations. Performance is lucky to have them, exceptional people skills, a pleasure to have in our home!!

This company is a lying sack of scammers. We signed up on a service club membnership agreement with them for plumbing inspection and service. When they came to inspect our hot water heater, they informed us that it had scales in the pipes and needed to be flushed. They then informed us that this was not a covered part of the maintence service. Charged us over $200 to performa a de-scaling. In August, I called their office and instructed them to cancel my account and to stop withdrawing the monthly fee from my credit card. I was assurted my account would be cancelled and all fees stopped by the next withdrawal date, September. It is now October and I see that they have withdrawn another fee from my card.

Gordon came in and seen the problem right away and fixed it right away. Told me how to not fix this problem so I dont have it again. He found a small leak of a tube that carries the purlon. Very professional
