One time, I forgot to reply back to a confirmation email from them so they could begin making a banner we needed for an event. I found this out the day before our event. Excellent service, this was a last minute thing I decided to do for my daughters graduation. Every place I looked they wanted about twice as much for a smaller banner. I got an 8 x 4 banner and created my own design that I sent to them. My concern was that the file I sent was to small to get a good print out, but the rep on the phone said if they do not believe it will be a good print they will let not do it and let me know. I got the banner the next day, it was perfect, a lot better than I expected for such a low rez image, no pixilations or any gradience effect. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to do a banner, I will definitely be using them in the future for any printing needs.

Great company! They have such a quick turnaround on products, great prices and such a friendly team. I use them for all of my companys yard signs!

We have been doing business with this company for years. We run a free Food pantry and serve 1ks per month. They have a new employee who gave us a quote. Then lied and said that he didnt. In addition he offered to have the product done by Friday 5pm. In writing. We recieved an invoice where all the prices were raised as high as 45%. Then we spoke with Juan who said he was a co owner, he informed us that they are slammed and have no availability for at least 1 week. In addition he discounted our conversation with his worker as if we were unstable, unreasonable, exaggerating people. I have never been so disappointed & dismissed with any company that we have done any church business with since our founding.This was unacceptable and we will not return.Historical business, character or clientele service is no longer available for us.

I called them and they have great prices. I gave them my email address. She said that they would send me a form and when they got their money they would make the order. An hour later I never received an email or a call back. Thats a bad sign for me. No pun intended. I think Ill try some other people for my t-shirts Maybe. If it takes them an hour to just shoot a basic f o r m to my email for me to do all the work, how long would it actually take them to get what I need done?
