Quick service and good customer service, fair prices!

Locksman Security provided me quick and professional service. I called the company when I was in need and had to have my locks changed and they showed up at my house in 30 minutes and changed my locks. In a very challenging time they provided me the safety and security I needed. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I am grateful for their work and professionalism.

The way they treated people that work for them is appalling. My cousin who is disabled worked for Anthony for a short period of time. I guess he could not discriminate against a disabled person. My cousin is a diabetic with a bipolar disorder. Anthony didn’t give him time to have a proper lunch. My cousin could have gone into a diabetic shock. He’s on disability and was only aloud to work a certain amount of hours per week. He tried to make him work past those hours. He is a terrible person to work for.

Wow! The service was quick. My keys were in my hand in no time. Very affordable, if you need any lock man please don’t hesitate to call. You will not regret it. Thank very much.

I called on Wednesday and spoke to the owner Anthony, who said he would call me in a few minutes.I AM STILL WAITING 2 DAYS STILL NO CALL. I chose to call A Acorn Lock & Safe they fixed my problem. Much better customer service. I will never recommend LOCKMAN to anyone.

Very professional and prompt. Richard came out to fix our warehouse bathroom lock and our back door lock as well. He worked very quickly, did not leave a mess, and performed high quality work, at a very reasonable price.. I will save their information and use them again for any of our lock needs in the future.

A couple of months ago I had called these guys to come out and change the locks on my new Mobility Scooter Store in Deerfield Beach off Military and SW 10th. Good service, reasonable prices

The service and the locksmith himself were five stars, the price was one star. They came out immediately and were done quickly, so if you are in a jam I would definitely recommend. I just needed five locks re-keyed, and each lock cost me about 4x what I would have bought a new one for at Home Depot. The point of re-keying was to be less expensive not more.

Friendly and proffesional.

Lost the last key to my motorcycle, had two different locksmiths come out to my home and they couldnt get it done. Brought the ignition to the Pompano location once I figured out how to remove it. Bernie figured it out and made me a key and actually met me to drop it off to make it more convenient. Couldnt be more satisfied, I was shocked at the charge as well (in a good way). Bringing my bike back to Bernie so he can figure out the saddle bag key which I also lost! Thanks for the great service!

This morning, I walked into Lockman with two broken Honda Pilot keys- one even missing parts! Anthony took my keys and didn’t quit until he had them both fixed! He was pleasant, professional and and tried everything in his “bag of tricks” to help me- and he did just that! He is very knowledgeable and takes his work seriously. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars, for a more than fair price! I previously went to a different locksmith and was charged more, and left with less. This guys mean business!!I spent 2 hours contacting locksmiths in Broward and most of them were busy and not friendly. Found these guys in google maps and drove there, good location, great service, very professional guys. Gave me tips and suggestions that were on point for me.

I was looking for a locksmith to program a keyless remote for my truck, found this place and sure glad I did. I called ahead to see if it was possible to program a spare remote that I had, they said it was so I went in. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Anthony, he got me hooked up in a matter of minutes!!! If your looking for a locksmith, you’d be insane not to give this company a try. What a nice phone call! This guy felt that my job was too simple to come out, so he walked me through jigsawing the door, and putting the privacy lock in myself. Not many companies would take the time to spend teaching someone to do what they charge to do. Ill keep their number!!!!

Boy where do I start... The guy that came to our business to open a jammed safe was disgustingly rude. First they send some novice guy to see what was going on, which he stated “there’s nothing he can do, it’s impossible”. It needed to be drill to get the things out according to him, he gave us a quote which we agreed. The next day they send some rude sarcastic a-hole to open the safe. Just to drill a TINY hole he charged us $300, when the other guy that came before said another price! I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody, go somewhere else where they’ll appreciate your business. These people will rip you off when you have an emergency.

My car door lock remote and key stopped working and I asked them to fix it. They quoted $75.00. They fixed the keyed lock but the remote still didnt work. They only spent 15 minutes on it and still charged $75.00. They claimed that the remote didnt work because I needed an actuator for $400. I googled the price and they are $125.00. This place is just a rip off, bait and switch, over priced, liers. I do not recommend you use them for any service.

This place has the best customerService, they are very efficient in their work. I received excellent service from they did not give up until my problem was resolved.

Had to replace the ECM in my vehicle and needed new keys coded. First attempt was a failure but on the second day Anthony personally came out to my vehicle, got the keys coded despite my vehicle having the wrong factory programming, and didnt clean out my wallet. Anthony really came through for me and I would call him again if needed!

These guys are complete professionals. They come totally equipped with a van that has every part you need.Thank goodness they answerd my phone call because i had another locksmith here at my home quoting me $365 for the same job. When i spoke to the locksmith off McNab road in Tamarac he told me the same job was $135.I told the other so called locksmith to leave immediately, These guys had foreign accents and i would strongly advise before anyone comes to your home to get a quote.Thank you Lock Man at 8435 West McNab rd in Tamarac.You do a great job and are honest.
