These people harass medical centers even when you tell them their patient never treated with you. I received over 20 phone calls with different zip codes had to unhook my phone, but that did not slow down the representative he proceeded to spam my fax machine with the same request over 15x Had to also disconnect the fax (Mind you ... the Fax included social security and Patient Information which is a Violation of HIPAA and was Not authorized by the patient.) AFTER he noticed he couldnt fax anymore He proceeded to call with a blocked number and even pretend to be a patient.... But it did not end there left fake reviews at our company google search.

They are horrible to work for. Yesterday, about 20 minutes before my shift, I had to inform them that I was just assaulted (someone attacked me and hurt me and the cops got called) so I couldnt make it in. They fired me for it.
