The service manager is really knowledgeable. Techs do a good job installing, setting up. They dont leave you with a big jumble of wires. Very neat

If you want to hire a company that doesnt show up or respond promptly then Supertech is for you! Weve tried time and again to work with them (which what I believe to be a team of 2 plus a lousy receptionist with an attitude problem). Work is said that it is completed and then when checked it isnt, which means they dont check their work to verify. They tell you they will be there on a given day and we hear nothing and get to return calls from our messages, etc. Dont be fooled by the Supertech Communications van, they are far from professional!
