Todd, my service technician was an absolute delight. I had two issues that needed to be dealt with today. 1. Ants. He took the time to figure out where they were coming from and going to and baited them accordingly. Issue 2 was one neither of us had ever seen before. They were LARGE flies. Not the kind that usually lay eggs in pipes but large ones that really appeared overnight. Todd took the time again to narrow down the possibilities and treated accordingly. Before he even left the house the flies were dropping. Todd also picked them up and disposed of them so I didnt have to.The office staff was fantastic too. When I explained my issue, they were kind enough to send the tech out....same day! Kudos to Hoffer. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been using Al Hoffers for about ten years and 2 homes. Besides being professional, they are incredibly accommodating and persistent. They don’t nickel and dime you and they make sure everything is done correctly. The technicians that come out are incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working for the company. Highly recommend them for putting your pest concerns at ease.

My experience so far has been excellent from dealing with their representative Julio to dealing with their crew on scene. they arrived on time with several vehicles and proceeded to work diligently through the day we are awaiting the results but I’m sure everything is going to be much better. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

Kevin is the absolute best!!! He is always on time and takes such care keeping all the bugs out. I feel he treats my house and property as he would his own home. All but one technician are professional, responsible & knowledgeable. When I called about the 1 that wasn’t, who created a problem, they rectified the problem. Very accommodating. Anthony, who is now the technician that comes to service my lawn & shrubs, is now determined to get rid of the scale infestation that has taken over my crotons.

Mr. D. Latendresse was excellent during the initial visit and inspection. The company was very professional and took the time to explain all of the options for termite removal. I would highly recommend them.

Had an amazing experience. Found them on google and based on the great reviews hired them to check my new house. Michael called me the next day and ensured a technician came to my house the same day at a time that was most convenient for me amd my family. He was professional and courteous on the phone call. Marian was our tech and he truly excelled in customer service. He check every aspect of our house inside and out. He cleared our back patio which was engulfed in spider webs, sprayed all of our trees and put bait down in the garage as I had seen a roach there. Hoffers service is great. Their technician Marion was very knowledgeable on all types of ants and even though I couldnt find the ants trail, he patiently searched inside and out of the house until he located the big head ants. Now after he effectively treated the ants, they are gone. Love these guys the service is amazing!

The supervisor, Zach, is just amazing. He really knows what he’s talking about. I dont have extensive experience with exterminators, but if you ever had a picture perfect exterminator in mind, this guy was it! Marian (not sure spelling) was prompt, efficient and professional. He contacted me a couple times earlier in the day to make sure that we coordinated the right time. He was right on time and went right to work when he got here. As he was doing his thing, he even gave me a whole tutorial on ants and the different types of colonies and stuff... it was so interesting (maybe because I like discovery channel and all that). Anyway, if the other technicians at Hoffer are like Marian Id strongly recommend this company!
