I contacted Mr Rooter about installing a new vanity turning in existing single into a double, and addressing a repair on our toilet. They were great to work with, answered their phone when I called, kept me updated when they would be showing up for their appointment, and went above and beyond to do a great job. At the initial bid appointment he even helped me take the vanity off the truck, and when installing took look longer than expected stayed after hours to ensure the job was complete before leaving. Finish product turned out professional, well done, and looks great.

Chris and the rest of Mr. Rooters saved us from a pinch. We were in the middle of two bathroom renovations and our intended plumber back out. On a Monday I called Mr. Rooters and Chris came out the same day to give us a quote, and on Thursday and Friday they installed a tub, replaced and installed water systems, and replaced the drain from a tub to a standing shower. The work was professionally and timely completed. We are very happy with the work and with fact that they were able to get it done within the week.

We recently bought our first home, unfortunately the previous owners didn’t exactly keep up with maintenance on it. We knew that we were going to need a new hot water heater before we even moved but the more we ran the water the more we noticed that stuff just wasn’t right with our plumbing. Eric and Ontario came and installed the hot water heater. Since we live in a rural town were here we asked them if they could take a look at the other issues we were having. They did with no hesitation. It took them literally all day to fix the issues but they did it. They were super professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Started out searching for diagnostic prices and stopped when Mr Rooter did not have one. Made the appointment and Mr. Jonathan Barnard was perfect as far as I’m concerned. He was very professional and informative. Answered all of my questions in detail and actually had an answer better than I just work here. Replaced my shower valve due to leaking and also performed a pressure check that I did not request and found it was a little high 110psi to my surprise so he potentially saved me future headache with that information (I will have them correct that issue).Actually coordinated w/ him while I was on the road headed back to Tallahassee and it was as if we were standing face to face. I will definitely be using them again and will request Mr. Barnard when I do. Was signed up to the Rooter club so now I will get discounts on future work and they also accepted my military status for an added small discount. I very admire the way staff works here, from the moment, they picked up the phone by ashley, they were all courteous and professional to the actual technician. Jonathan and Christian were very professional and courteous, they were the one who done the estimate and I explained to them what needs to be done, drainage from the closet to outside, from my perspective it was nearly impossible and yet they came with a plan and not just any plan, they measure and discuss with each other how and where they can place the drainage, thats the very reason i choose to go with the estimate of Mr. Rooter and they always mind their shoes when going in the house, they always explain to us beforehand what they will do e.g. shut the gas or water, start drilling. With this kind of service and staff, I know now my regular plumber and technician and will definitely recommend them to our friends!

I received a prompt response from the owner regarding my dissatisfaction with the situation that I had with being told that the company would come out in the afternoon to only find out that they moved me to an after hours spot which I was going to have to pay more for. The owner was very prompt in reaching out to me and tried to rectify my complaint. I found that very professional. However I still used another plumbing company because I felt that I was misled. I do not believe it was the owners fault but the scheduler who made no attempt at preserving customer service.

Any repairs on my house never turn out as simple as they should be. My recent plumbing issues were no exception. Poor Kris had no idea what he was getting into when he answered the call for what we thought should be a simple problem. He did a fabulous job and I was extremely pleased with the results. As I have an inquisitive nature, I appreciated that he also clearly explained what he was doing and answered my questions in laymans terms without being patronizing. I certainly hope I do not need a plumber again soon but if I do, I know who Im going to call and it wont be Ghostbusters.

I cant say enough good things about these guys.First, their price was the most competitive. Second, this is covid19 time, everyone from this company were in and out the house with face masks and shoe covers. And other companies didnt. Third, these guys are good and knowledgeable at what they do, they are polite and courteous. Last but not least, their office staff Ms. Cassi was fantastic too.My house had water leak in the foundation. Eric and his team re-piped the whole house within 2 to 3 days. On the second day, they finished up around 10 or 11 pm. These guys are just so great.I rated the the company before their third party dry wall guy came (drywall was included in the job), sadly to say, not happy with the dry wall service. Overpriced and bad job. See pictures, its not even smooth.

These boys love their job. They work hard to finish it on-time and make you have a good experience. Last year they worked from noon to past midnight to remove a 6-foot root from my sewage. The root was so big all the equipments fail. They literally hand-dug to get it out. Since then, I did business with them four more times, the last one the tanker you find in the photos.

Jonathan and Ontario came out to replace my garbage disposal and were courteous and did a good job.

We had a wonderful experience today having a hydro scrub performed on our entire house drain lines. John and Clay were fantastic. From explaining all of our options in a way we could understand what would best suit our needs, to performing the task, we were pleased start to finish. We now have “brand new” drains and have peace of mind. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with drains that clog (like a shower) or have seen bugs in the sink drain like we have. Had an issue where my plumbing was backing up into my tub. Tried to fix it myself but it proved to be outside of my abilities. Called and made an appointment, they were here within an hour. Showed up with face masks and gloves which is nice. John Aaron and Clay were the technicians and they were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. If you want to get ripped off, go with Mr. Rooter. Price gouging and lack of transparency is their specialty.I was never informed of a $75 fee for “non-van stock item,” like it is the customer’s fault that they come unprepared to do the job.The manager goes by what the GPS shows as the total time on the job, “innocently” assuming that this means work time. The employees spent more time parked outside the house doing nothing than inside doing the actual work.Last, their customer service is just bad. I called three times in three consecutive days to talk to the manager about the itemized bill he sent at my request, and he was not able to return my calls.I would not even give them one star if I could.
