Lee then rudely talked over me as I attempted to describe my complaint. Lee did not let me speak long enough to describe the complaint. Lee did not care to hear our complaint. LEE LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TELL HIM HE FRIGHTENED THE WOMAN.

The firm of Williams Gautier has been using Vauses Process Service for several years. Their level of professionalism and knowledge exceeds all other process serving firms I have dealt with outside of the State of Florida. The firm forwards a large volume of documents to Vauses Process Service on a daily basis for service of process in the State of Florida, but the level of service is always timely and accurate.

I contacted Vause Process Service to assist with a large rush project. I received a status update every hour until the job was completed. We have never experienced any arrogance and NEVER EVER racism. If you are not satisfied, then dont use them. But no need to make false statements about the company. These guys bend over backwards. They answered the phone on the second ring, thoroughly explained to me how their service would work and what the costs were, and then actually did everything they said they were going to do. I actually had an incorrect date on the document I fowarded them, and they called to let me know prior to serving it. This is the first time Ive experienced a process server double checking me for accuracy. Also, they served it within hours, and had the affidavit and invoice to me by email right away.
