Showed up to buy firewood for my BBQ pit. They have kiln dried mixed hardwood that is 70% cheaper than what I can get in Carolina. The stuff looks great. Looks to me like mostly a mix of ash, cherry, and hard maple. Looks really nice and they definitely didnt cheap me on the quantity. Half a face cord filled up three rows stacked wall to wall and bedrail high in my truck. Would definitely recommend. Will update after my bbq cook next week.
Easy booking process, great job removing 3 trees next to a fence in our backyard. We’d use their services again and will recommend them to our friends.
Excellent service from taking down trees to clean up
This was the first year I ordered firewood from Tree Landers, and cannot be more satisfied with the services and product received. The telephone contacts I had with Katie and Morgan found them to be very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The wood was delivered on time, placed exactly where I wanted it and of very good quality. Tom (the driver) was extremely personable and is an excellent representative of this company.
From start to finish I had a great experience. They guys that took done my extremely large ash tree did a phenomenal job. Professional 100%. They took the tree down safely and cleaned up so youd not know they were there. The price was awesome too.I recommend them highly!!Thanks guys!
Terrible experience. I called the company 4 times, each time promised that someone would call me back. Instead of calling me back they sent my information to Home Advisor without my knowledge and approval. Almost criminal behavior!
First year ordering firewood from Treelanders. Morgen quickly resonded to my emails, was helpful, and answered all of my questions. Deleivery was timely and placed right where I wanted it. Thank you, Treelanders!
Tree Landers removed two massive silver maple trees from my yard today. Steve and his crew showed up early and were very professional. They did an unbelievable job cutting and chipping the trees, then Fritz came to pick up the mammoth limbs & trunk pieces. They take all the wood and mess with them when they leave, right down to raking the lawn of debris and leaf blowing the driveway and street of sawdust. Very impressed with Tree Landers and would highly recommend them.
Got our shipment of 5 face cord within a few days of ordering, and the wood was perfectly seasoned, a good mix of hardwood, reasonably priced and clean. Wish they didn’t run out! Should’ve ordered more!
Tree Landers did an amazing job taking out 9 ash trees for me and taking the stumps, all for a FANTASTIC price. Friendly and professional, I would suggest them to anyone who needs trees removed.
Very rude. As many of the other reviewers say. Was never sent a bill then screamed at when I called to just pay it. Never have seen a company with such poor customer service. On the flip side the field guy who came to give a quote was very polite and receptive to any questions. It seems like just their office employees are the worst in the business. Would NEVER send work their way due to that. It was awful. Better to pay a little more to get the service you deserve.
Very professional service! We had 2 gigantic silver maples removed with large limbs hanging over the house. Steve and his 4-man crew had them down in a matter of hours with surgical precision. Next came a truck to haul away the large pieces, followed by a stump grinder. These guys are very thorough, the price was right, and me and my neighbors were amazed watching the whole process. Highly recommended!
Tree Landers came out and did a timely quote, and were very responsive on the phone. When I called back to set up a day to have them come out, they said they would be by within 2 weeks to take it down. They actually came within a few days, and were professional and well equipped to handle the job. I would highly recommend this company!
Stay away from this company! They cut a large maple down for me and ground the stump. I am a out of state owner so I could not be here while it was done. They did the job and left a huge pile of debris from the grinding. Really? Three other companies I have dealt with in the past did this and removed debris and left the site clean and ready for dirt. Being out of state it took me a few weeks to find someone and get them ( in their time frame ) to remove the debris at a cost of several hundred dollars. I then hire landscapers to do a new lawn and come to find out the stumps are still above ground 4 or 5 inches. I called them and at first say they will be right out to fix the issue and then call back the next day and they rudely inform me that they will NOT come back unless I pay them again because I did not call them back about the issue within 3 weeks. If they had removed the debris they would have seen then the job was not complete and been able to finish it then and there. The stump was left above ground level in several places and the majority of it exactly at ground level. A stump should be ground 6-10 inches below ground level to allow a new lawn to grow properly. Which is another good reason to remove the debris. As everyone knows, especially if you are an out of state owner, it is difficult to find people to do jobs and when you do, you have to wait for them to be available to do these jobs for you. There was no way possible for me to get to this point without hiring two separate companies and waiting for them to get to my job to even find out I had a problem. Bottom line is that Treelanders should complete the job they were paid to do and failed to do to completion, but are now refusing to do so without being paid again. So now they want me to pay twice for the job they should have done right the first time? If I ran my business this way I would be out of business in no time. I have already filed this with the BBB and will be talking to my lawyer next, but will not let this drop. Save yourself a lot of hassle and find another company.
Service was perfect from start to finish. They did a great job, quickly, and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.
Brutally rude and very abusive. This is the worst company Ive had to deal with in 20 years. I recommend to stay far away from their whole business. They are greedy, mean, and simply nasty to innocent people.
They are rudest company and the receptionist was a B**** to me on the phone. Stay far away from this company. Does everything behind the scene. Took them a week to come out to give a quote and just shows up whenever. Gave us a quote on site and sent up a different quote with an even higher price on the contract. They are very greedy for money.
The professional handling and removal of a 200 year cooper beach tree, that was less than an arms length from our home, was completed in a timely manner. The onsite staff surveyed the area, aligned their equipment and began a job that completed, to include cleanup.I highly recommend their service, Fritz and his team are definitely #1 in our book.
Great place and people!
Rudest people I have ever spoken with. Was told one date for tree removal. When they couldnt do it, they couldnt give me a later date. When attempting to explain why I needed to know wha date they were going to remove the trees (dont live at the house), they told me they didnt need my business or people like me!!! And then hung up on me twice!!! Told me never to call back. They had lots of money and plenty of business and couldnt be bothered.
Treated terribly. Quick to bid and came in at a low-ball price but couldnt deliver. Strung me out from April 15 to June 26 and hid behind poor weather. Couldnt, nay wouldnt do the job at the price they offered. Now with summer here, I have to find another guy. Worst experience of my landscaping life.Dont call Tree Landers !!
Treelanders is great....prompt friendly service, never a hassle, good product. As much as I do not like thinking about winter; they are on my call list every August. Patty is always a pro. Would highly recommend.
Rude receptionist. Too busy to come out and give an estimate. Really poor service considering I was referred here by Bartlett Tree Service. Too many decent companies in the area to deal with that attitude.
I ordered fire wood it is the worst fire wood I have ever seen! All the wood that is usable is no larger the 3 inches across, out of 5 face cords one face cord is nothing but saw dust and mulch, which alls it was good for is to fill-up my compose pile. I tried to call for a week now, nobody is ever there to answer the phone. When I finely got a call back they said that someone would call back, Im still waiting 4 business days later. I told them I had photos to show them how worthless all this mulch was, Tree Landers just don,t care about their customers.I guess I got screwed. Do not use this company for anything it is not a trust worthy company. Once they get your money, their gone. DO NOT USE Tree Landers! bad company to deal with.
Good people serving all your tree removal and trimming needs .. they also sell quality mulch and firewood
Treelanders is an outstanding operation. We had them clear cut our backyard over 3 days. They cut down over 20 trees and cleared years of overgrown landscaping (dozens of large hedges, bushes, etc), grinded all the stumps, power raked the whole thing, and installed a successful lawn. The entire crew was polite while working fast and clean, and the owner was involved daily. They quoted us a third of the price that other local tree companies quoted, and they stuck to their quote. I cant recommend them enough.
Treelanders are the rudest most disrespectful company. They parked there chipper next to my car . Then proceeded to dent and scach it to hell. The same with my roomates car. When I spoke to the owner. I was told to bad. .Call the police. Thnks Treelanders. You could have asked me to move my car. Please dont use these guys. The most unprofessional ever. 😞
Yeah, I had the same problem. I ordered 4 cords.. and they delivered 3 cords of firewood that was not seasoned... still bendy when breaking it down, which means its not fully dried and makes for a lot of creosote buildup.. and a cord of unburnable mulch... rip off. Never will order there again.
Great place very friendly fast staff not to mention best prices
Quite reasonable. Did the work much quicker than they said they would.
Great prices, services, and products.
Well, tree landers did it again. put a smile on my face. Last april they cut down a very large maple tree in my yard at a price that was excellent. Scott and his helper skillfully sliced away at the branches gently lowering them as to not damage my lawn. The price they had quoted me was too low for the work performed so I bumped up the payment. They were both very friendly as were the girls at the office. So, this week I asked if they would be interested in grinding the remaining stump. This thing was 50 inches at the surface and 80 inches including the supporting roots near ground surface that I wanted gone. Patty gave me a price that I again believed was very fair. Today, just 2 days after agreeing to the work, Bill showed up with a monster stump grinder. This thing was awesome. Took him no time to turn that stump into useful mulch. As Scott had done last year, he made the job look easy. Again I got more than my moneys worth. Was fun to watch too. All the folks at tree landers have been great to deal with. Patty did a great job working out details with me.The owner Fritz sure has assembled a great team. Thanks to all at Tree Landers. What a neat business you folks are running.... RonB.
Rude. Would not give my business to this company.
Worthless.
They accept brush and wood for free from tree jobs we do
Great
