We had a great experience with Syracuse inflatables. They have very fair pricing and we’re prompt for set up even working with us to pick the best location. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

I am planning an event for a high school senior class. Due to the pandemic we are very tight on funds and options to make their senior year great. I emailed several vendors; no response. I emailed Chris at Syracuse Inflatables asking for a quote, within minutes we were on the phone making things happen! He was fast, courteous, and was able to create a great package for our kids for a great price! We are so excited for our carnival now! THANK YOU!

Had a house full of kids for the week in town. Arranged to have a combo unit set up for a 3 day rental. NO SHOW. Terrible experience and with zero accountability. I would not recommend this company

We rented a bouncy house slide combo unit. I received calls for the time of delivery and when they were 15 min out. I do wish they called when they picked up the unit since I wasnt home. But other than that it was a great experience.

I have been using these guys every year since 2013!! They are the best by far. Always delivered on time or even early. Great customer service I wouldnt use anyone else. Thanks again guys see ya next year!

AFTER THE HANLON POOL CANCELED OUR BIRTHDAY POOL PARTY FOR THE SECOND WEEKEND IN A ROW AT 3:00 FRIDAY, I CALLED SYRACUSE INFLATABLES AND THEY WERE SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING AND SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY WITH A BOUNCE HOUSE! THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL HAD A NICE BIRTHDAY. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THANKS GUYS
