Great company, positive people, and OVERNIGHT PARKING YES!!!. And restroom 🚻 24/7 Ones you parked go check in and they will call you and give you a door, I had app at 5:00 🕔 am they called me at 2:00 🕑 am gave me a door around 5:30am🕠 I was done, note that the recieving office in next to door 💎23💎 , they will call you when they are done unloading you and will tell you to bring a comcheck. Biggest problem is the wait for bills. 3.5 hours in door. U loading was complete 40 minutes after docking. I understand if your load is a mixed bag of tricks with multiple POs. 1 PO, 6 items half trailer.

Very easy check in once u pull up, park to the left hand side and go to he guard shack. Once u have a door and get loaded u will have to drive to the back side of the building to door 40 for paperwork. Theyre quick to load and will let u get a nap without disturbing u

Is a very nice place they have a overnight parking afther you get unloading you can go back to the staying are and finish you 10 hr. Break. Jice and clean Restroom IF WE KEEP IT LIKE THAT. IS UP TOO AS LET THIS PEOPLE LETTING as used. Very nice personal . I just love this place

Staff is friendly, has over night parking. But I was assigned a door at 10:15 for a 10am appt. Arrived at 0830. For 7 pallets and its currently 1400...im still waiting at the door...170 pieces...total....they are very sloooooowwww

For the truckers. Up to a $300.00 late fee for being 2+ hours late might be incurred if there is no late arrival notification given. As soon as you arrive, park on the right side of the entrance and walk on over to the guard shack. Give the requested information and they will give you a call once they have any available docks. A safety vest is required. The guard at the shack was very friendly. Early arrival is permitted, overnight parking is available, BUT you must ask the guards if it is possible. I had seen a truck parked reverse on the entry lot, but just test out your luck.

Pulling into facilities there is parking on right side. Walk bills to guard house by parking area. Bathroom and vending machines located in same building. Checked in evening prior and spent the evening in parking area. Received a call in AM returned to guard house for bills and door assignment (Door 50) Delivered bills to receiving office straight down driveway and on left. Door 50 was located on back side of building. Ample room to maneuver on property. No parking after unload.

Phenomenal shipper/receiver. They have overnight parking if waiting to get unloaded. Showed up around 21:00 and numerous spots were still available. Straight-line back into all docks. Werners Travel Plaza is 3.4 miles away on i90 west.

Has lumper fees. Security is awesome! Had a 11am appointment, they put in a door 2 hrs later. But didnt unload until 5 hrs later. After unloading. You have to go to staging area by door 23 to get paperwork.

You can come early and try your luck they have overnight parking. Because sometimes they will not take you before your appointment my advice is checkin and go to the nearest truck stop they will call you when the door is available.

All the reviews about long unloading time are true. Got in at 2103, decked at 0106, got my bills at 0623. So, that was about 9 hours. I didnt really mind it considering that I had to take my 10 although it was choppy as I had to wake up multiple times.

Excellent place to deliver. Overnight parking & restroom. Called at midnight arrived 1840 for 0300 put me in door. Didnt start unloading to 0300 about an hour unload. Have 2 stops here Syracuse & Sav A Lot West Coxsackie, NY. Both places on my list to deliver to in NY. The worst place in NY to deliver to is C&S Chester the molester NY. They suck. Have to leave after unloading & you will have product they destroyed on your trailer. 5 Stars G&C Syracuse NY & Sav A Lot West Coxsackie NY. Parking at both before & after. Dont be scared of the sign at G&C about leaving afterward. Its been there a long time. Been here b4 no problems.

Got here about 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time at 0500. Guards were extremely helpful. Sadly, the rest of the experience has been a travesty. I get a door almost immediately but then the waiting began. 3 hours to unload 12 pallets of frozen beef and an interminably long wait for the paperwork to be finished.Owner/Ops, beware. If you have other stops, youll most likely be forced to reschedule them

Got here at 0445 for a 0500 appt 1136 now still in dock not a good place if your in a hurry. If you need a d.o.t. break when you get here it might be ok. Lol

Delivery on 5:00am, got door at 6:00am. Start unloading at 7:30amWas empty at 9:00. And after that more 1,5 hours for to get my signed papers. So 5,5 hours for unloading 29 pallets. VERY GOOD PLACE!!Overnight parking included, only because that 1 star.

Very very slow process to unload. I had an 08:30 appointment and arrived at 07:30 finished at 15:00 and had half a truckload. They do have overnight parking and a real restroom to use at guard house, which was very clean. Staff is friendly, just slow.

Awful facility, takes 6 hours to unload the truck and when you speak to the receiving they just said we cannot do anything about it. So these people do not care about anyone and anything, except themselves. Bad experience!

Please read reviews before any pickups or delivery! The reviews here are terrible, so my expectations were not high. 5am appointment, checked in 4:50am got out 10am. Needed trailer washout after,they left it filthy, causing me to be late to my next pickup.

I got there for delivery at 9:30 AM. I got out of there about 2:30 pm. The truck was done being unloaded about an hour and a half to two hours before they were done with my paperwork. I wasted my whole day there. The lady in the window was extremely rude every single time that I went to the window. I hope that I don’t have to go back there. If they care about the environment, it does not show by how they make the truck drivers wait so long in the hot sun. The other drivers that were there were also waiting a long time. This is a trucking company. Would they want their drivers to be treated this way? They should ask themselves that and probably make some changes.

Easy to find. (Exit 39 off of i90) They do have overnight parking for deliveries but you can not stay once unloaded. Plenty of space between trucks at the docks with plenty of room to back. There is a bathroom at the guard shack with a couple vending machines as well.Check in process is simple. Pull in and park on the right. Grab a safety vest and walk paperwork to guard shack. Guard will ask for basic info then tell you to break the seal. Once seal is verified depending on how early you check in you may get a door or have to wait for a phone call. Took them 4 hours to unload 21 skids and the lumper fee was $255.IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW!!! The late fees are very expensive.

I deliver ltl with multi stops. this place g&c was stop 2 of 5. apt time 9:15am, the time is now 4:45pm and im still here waiting to get unloaded. because ive been here all day ive had to reschedule my next deliveries. both sysco and americold are charging me reschedule fees. there should be a way to charge g&c for those fees.also g&c charges a late fee, check out pic three. this little sign is in the window at the guard shack to see when you check in

As I look at these reviews Im not overly impressed. My son was a good employee for them. Always went over and beyond their demands. He found other employment and as a courtesy have his 2 weeks notice. They wouldnt let him do his 2 weeks and let him go. Thats terrible and really doesnt say for management.

Did not expect security guards to be pleasant, as they rarely are anywhere I go. But here, a different story. When I checked in the evening before, the guy at the welcome center (sorry, did not get his name) was just plain nice. When I went back in for 5am appt, this guy was just plain nice. Obviously noone has forced them to work, they are happy being there. This is a rare event for me, as usually the gate guards everywhere else have attitudes. They have overnite parking, plenty of room to back into doors. The receiver was just plain nice too. After I left & got on the trnpk, I thought I had dropped my license. When I called the day guy in the welcome center (my friend from the evening before) he said he would walk down to the docks to see if I had dropped my license, even though he was only one on duty. He called me back, but I had found it by then. Most quards would have laughed at me & refused. My hero for the day! Thank you G&C Foods for the great personnel & overnite parking. This is why I come to upstate NY!

Today at 4 pm I was trying to enter 690 east at Jones rd. One of you trucks was at the stop sign at the Jones rd exit 690 West. He began to pull out in front of me. If I had not laid on my horn I would have been t-boned. I drive a little Ford fiesta. I surely would have been badly injured if not killed. Your driver began to yell and flipped his middle finger at me. Great people skills. This guy needs to be tracked down and reprimanded. He was totally in the wrong. Trust and believe if I had been injured or killed my family would have taken legal recourse. I called the office and did not receive a return call. Poor customer service to say the least. Shame on him!!!

Delivered load today, my appointment was at 5:30 am, check in at 3:15 am, got it door at 5:00 am, unloaded at 7:45 am, received signed PODs at 11:40 amToo slow, with ELDs, companies supposed unload/load faster, just loosing on duty time.:(

Need to pull your heads out your you no what 6hours in a door for 5 pallets that is stupid ridiculous you need to do better drivers time is important just like lost time for your business is loss of money its the same thing for us. Lady at the front office and security what are very nice people and friendly thats the only reason for the one star

Guy and guard shack is a nice dude he gets you to the door and quickly as possible. once in the door you can sit upwards of 10 hours just to get unloaded. Atm is now onsite right by receiving window.

It took too long to count and get the tractor trailer out of that place less than half a trailer to almost 4 hours

This place is great to unload at. their fast, plenty of room to back in and have overnight parking. The security guard told me that they started to unload at 5 a.m. but they called me and put me in the door at 4 a.m. this is my second time here and I never had a problem

A Drivers Haven! Security was so nice . overnight Parking and my dog allowed to be taken on leash in grass. 24hr driver lounge with a Bathroom!!!! Amazing.

Hit or miss, guess unloading is determined by need. Two hours after appointment before they started unloading. Parking available, but limited, number--wise. Restroom at guard shack only. Personnel is pleasant. Please break down on your time, count pieces and sign off, so we can earn a living too!

Receiver will claim that someone called while she was at lunch at 11 but she wont call to make sure when she gets back in and will let you sit for hours like your time isnt precious. No consideration for the drivers delivering here.

Today was my first time here. I give the stop my highest rating. Everyone was friendly and professional from the guards at the check-in gate to the gentleman at the receiving office and and including the yard spotter. They do have parking available and you can park and go to sleep and wait till they call you for a door. You do need to wear your safety vest. One driver was even a day early for his appointment and they unloaded him too. There are big fines if you are late and you do not notify them. They just asked to be notified.

Great that they have a staging area for before or after your appointment. Parking is very narrow at both the staging area and the docks. Seen evidence of trailers hitting with broken marker lights on the ground. Bathroom for drivers available at the guard shack only. If your inside you have to walk back to guard shack. Was there 12 hrs before appointment time and got called in to unload 5 or 6 hrs early but still had 11 hr break before I was released. Overall not bad but dont be in a hurry because they sure are not. $215 to unload 40k of fresh meat. People were pleasant enough for me.
