In March 2020, we paid for two services to be completed: lawn treatment and tree trimming. The lawn treatment was completed and turned out great. The tree trimming had to be delayed due to a vehicle being in the shop. It is mid-April and the tree trimming has yet to be completed. I requested a refund and was told I would have my money back that day, that was four days ago. I understand that life happens: vehicles break down, staff quit, we are in the midst of a corona outbreak. All of this would be acceptable and understandable but my biggest complaint is that there has been No/ZERO/Nada communication initiated by Gannaway. I literally had to call multiple times to get the lawn treatment started and to ask about the trees. I shouldn’t have moved forward with the tree trimming since it was so terribly difficult getting them there to do the lawn treatment. The lawn service isn’t terrible if you can get them to show up and if you’re expecting open communication regarding when services will occur this is not the place for you.Updated: I received my return back via mail. No call to let me know it was dropped in the mail. No note in the letter, just refund. Again- the weed service they provided worked and was done well. Follow up communication on branches left a lot to be desired.

They do a good job enjoy having them mow every two weeks on a schedule.

Worst ever. They dont clean up the mess they make.
