This is a horrible internet company. I would suggest getting something different iv had a horrible experience for almost a year now I tried reasoning with them but it has done nothing in this years time finally leaving this company if I could rate it no stars I would.Do yourself a favor and do not go with suddenlink.

My gf Called and set appt a day ago as we just moved into an apartment together. I work overnights. Got off work this morning stayed up waiting until 2:30pm to call and find out they moved our appointment to the 17th a week away and didn’t bother to call email or initiate any form of contact with us. Keep in mind they told us yesterday they would be out here between 8am and 11am today.

Very disappointed disappointed with customer service after being with them 6 years the technician came to add a connector in my computer and he reported he relocated the cables, modem, and computer from the bedroom to living room and charge me 80.00 it was a lie call to despute and asking for credit they refused because what the technician wrote in the report t was not true...so I decide to change vendors since they join Altice good customer service went through the window.....

I wish we had any other provider price has increased while service has well I’m not even going to say decrease because that would mean there was some. I have better service off my phone then paying for this joke of service. Email was sent 2/28/2020 now let’s see if I get a response at all.So I did get a response 3/2/2020. To sum up the response there are no issues on there end so they do not wish to offer assistance unless I am willing to pay 60 dollars have someone come out. Then I also should take my box to local office, which no one knows hours of, and exchange to fix problem. Biggest joke ever!!!Ps if I could I’d rate negative stars

About the sorriest place for cable. They are lucky they have the fastest internet in town WHEN IT WORKS. You’re guaranteed to have frequent connection drops. Absolutely HORRID customer service as well. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I have to call about once a week to get my service fixed. It is so slow, even when only one thing is on wifi. Its the worst, overpriced wifi Ive ever had.

We have unlimited internet and are getting a bill of $500 when our bill normally runs $65. They are not helpful when you call.

If you are not on an unlimited plan and go over they charge an outrageous price and dont tell you about this when you sign up. Only after the 2nd billing cycle which is a month behind do they tell you, then its too late by then. Wound up owing over $200 for internet for 1 month after going over once. Its funny their unlimited data is only $58 a month but if you go over on the plan thats not unlimited they charge a fortune. Why not just charge the unlimited amount instead of being crooked and charge much more than that if data goes over? Scam!

I have had suddenlink services for almost a year now because that’s the only service provided here in this town. So far I’ve been lied to and overpayed for my services. When I got connected with my internet I was given a router that couldn’t handle the speed :| next I decided to add cable and ended up getting billed over $160 for internet and cable. I called to inquire about my bill being way to much and they said they mad a mistake but they wouldn’t have corrected it until I called >:| then I turned in all my cable boxes and told them to turn it off I’m paying way to much the lady said ok but your still gonna have to pay for this month and it will be turned off I said ok and left. Two months has passed and I’m still being billed for cable I don’t have . I called suddenlink and as usual they have the stupid machine answer and never really helps because the machine never understands what you want then hangs up on you. Finally when I got a hold of a real person they transferred me off to another person because they didn’t want to deal with the call and the next worker instead of trying to help me tries to sell me another package. I said NO because I’m trying to save money. The lady said I was gonna get billed for another month of cable because I didn’t call them and tell them. I said WHAT? What’s the point of having a suddenlink office in town and turning in my cable boxes if they didn’t put in the computer I wanted my services off. After I said you know what I don’t want to continue my services anymore because of all the lies the worker said they could fix it. Suddenlink is really hard to get a hold of when you need to talk to a real person and your gonna overpay. Prepare for a lot of headache and poor service when you hookup with suddenlink!
