Over the last month I have called Dale Martin and son tire company and Been treated with a rude attitude over the phone. I’ve tried setting up an appointment to come in have services performed on my vehicle and was handled rudely. I have never been to a fire stone or fire stone affiliate and been treated the way that I have at Dale Martins. Today I stop bye this location band asked to get in oil change, fuel filter change, and air filter change. I didn’t mind staying to get it done but when I told her I would be staying in waiting for my vehicle since I was from a town 30 miles way she spoke rudely to me and said that it old take 3 hours and that they were also at lunch. I have all eight of our vehicles service performed and fire stone locations. Never in the last 15 years that I have been dealing with fire stone have I been treated the way that this location has treated me June phone calls and when I showed up for maintenance. I highly recommend fire stone perform an investigation on this facility because they do not uphold to the courtesy that fire stone‘s reputation it’s known for.

Helped me when I was in a bind. Friendly people. Fair price on a tire repair and done quickly. When in town, they are now my go to and I will recommend my company use them whenever we are working in the area.

Was traveling thru the area and blew a trailer tire. Called them up and the woman answering the phone was very helpful saying they did have what we need. Went in , figured out what we needed and they got on it. Had 4 new tires on the trailer in no time. Great customer service, top notch, fast service. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area with tire needs.

Sent my wife to get a tire patched. This tire was almost new had only 3,000 miles on it. I’ve previously worked at a tire shop so I knew that this was a patchable tire. My wife said they had been extremely rude, had not taken care of her and she had to wait an hour to get this tire patched only to be told that the tire wasn’t able to be patched and they wanted to order her a new one. I tell my wife to take the tire (they almost did not allow her to take the tire since they thought it was “ruined”) and take it to VP Tire and Services in Roscoe Texas, where they were more then willing to help her and got the tire all patched up! Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Rude customer service. I would drive a 100 miles in the opposites direction for a tire before going here. And to top it off they dont change tires unless you buy it from them. Dumb. Save your time and go to abilene or snyder.

Went there a couple months back to get a tire patched, were very rude to me and when I asked about my tire they ignored me and responded Please come again. I wanted to know what happened so I could not have it happen again 🙄 2 stars for fixing my tire I guess lmao

I was hesitant to go here do to all of the negative reviews, but I had to be at work by 8 am, and this was the only place open.I walked in the door and told them I needed my tired repaired, and they sent a young man out to help me unload the tire. He said it would be done really quick, but I told him I had to head to work he said no problem. I left my name and number , came by after work and the tire was ready to go.They even put the tire back on for me, and topped my other tires off with air.The whole experience was very quick, professional, and cheap. It all costed a grand total of 22.50.I will definitely be going back in the future .

Rudest people ever...they wont help you unless you buy their tires and have a nasty attitude just dealing with you...Goodluck to whoever chooses these guys as your tire dealer

I was passing through the area when I had tire trouble. I pulled in about 5:10 pm. By 5:30 (closing time) they had a new tire mounted on my loaded pickup and trailer and I was pulling out of their parking lot. Thanks guys!

We had a blow out on the camper. They got us in quick and we had 4 new tires in no time. They are great!! I was very grateful and suggest them for tire service.

The rudest people Ive had to deal with in this area. The lady behind the register does not know how to deal with the public. If they werent the only inspection shop within a 60 mile radius, I dont see how theyd still be in business. Not to mention, theyre expensive.

Thank goodness I found this place..Tire failure on RV about 10 miles east of here. I called to confirm they had the right size, they had a good selection and promptly meet my needs. Of course they were not cheap but when you are on the road its a great deal.

The worst experience I have ever had ever with any company ever. The customer service was horrible and this was from the owner himself. He acted like he didnt care. I called and told them the cap from the bottom part of the motor oil tank had came off while I was driving and the motor was completely out of oil since it leaked out all over the highway. I told him I needed a new cap and to add oil into the motor but before I could finish he said okay and hung up on me. Almost in a way where he didnt like being told what to do. I just knew what the problem was. I called back and made sure he heard what I said and he said Ill call you back when its ready instead of acknowledging. Anyway, he calls me back and tells me its ready. I go back and he tells me it was going to be $150 because he had put 4 quarts of synthetic oil and it had all leaked out because he had to find out where the leak was coming from. When he finally found out that it was just the cap, he put one on and then again filled up with 4 quarts. So when I asked him why I was being charged so much for something that I had already told him how to fix, he simply said you never told me you were driving and the cap came off and all the oil came off. Anyway, before this sounds like a rant. I was charged for something they already knew. Even then why would they use 4 quarts of synthetic motor oil instead of using 1 or using cheap motor oil if he knew it was going to leak out anyway? He said he wouldnt refund me what he dropped and walked away from me. I feel like I got screwed just because he can. Hes the most popular mechanic in Sweetwater, almost runs a monopoly to be honest. He has contracts with the Sheriff and the Police Department. So his customer database is set. When companies like this get that big, they simply stop caring. They stop doing the little things that made them. They forgot how they got there. It was a horrible experience. I highly discourage anybody else especially people out of town to come here. Im so dissatisfied and disappointed.

This place has the absolute rudest front desk staff, needed a vehicle inspection and was talked to like i was lower than dirt, the older lady at the front desk shouldnt be inside writing orders or even greeting people. Her attitude was nasty and she had no class. I took my keyes and left right there. Beware of this firestone most unprofessional experience i ever had.

Rude lady at the counter. She is an older woman, I believe her and her husband own the business. She acts like youre interrupting something when you come in. While talking to her about my service she would roll her eyes. When I was leaving I said have a good day, I didnt even get a response.Listen lady, if you dont want to be in the customer service business, then you need to find another one that doesnt deal with customers.I will not go back there unless in in a terrible bind.

Got there about 30 minutes after they opened. Needed a new tire. Staff was super friendly. Got out of there in less than 45 minutes. Tire was pricey but it is a Firestone branch so youre paying more just for the name.

These guys got me out of a bind. I had 2 trailer blowouts on I20. They had new tires ready to put on to get me back on the road. Dale still work there too. Nice guy, old school.

Very poor service. The only polite person in the office was I’m assuming her dad (that’s what she called him) the lady is in the wrong business very rude and hateful to anyone who walks in. They don’t care about the customers at all.

Very busy sometimes. Go early in the morning to get work done. Super busy on Fridays. Mondays are better.

Had to be towed in to DMs with some pretty bad wheel damage on a Friday afternoon. Being from San Antonio its near impossible to get out of a shop in under a couple hours, so I expected to be there for a long time and to have a huge bill. Neither was the case as the owner obtained what I needed and the job was finished very quickly at a reasonable cost. Turned a bad experience into a not-so-bad one. These guys know what theyre doing.

Ive gotta say, I go to Firestone in Sweetwater, because its convenient, I live in sweetwater. But some of the people there, are just plain out Rude. They are extremely short, and always act like they are having a bad day. I might just go to the place in Tye. Ive been there a few times, and they are always friendly and happy to see you. I might just continue to give them my business, and Ive gotta say, they are cheaper too.

Definately dont care to earn a buck. I respect the fact of closing but dont understand why youd make a buck off a tire change and refuse an oil change in the same vehichle because you close and state oil change takes 45 mins and act like when I respond 45 mins back home they take 15. Yes Firestone on Court in Sioux City Iowas does my Oil Changes in 15 mins. So no worries thank you for the tire but I would have rather gave my business to Finishline right down the road that changed my oil rather than you or driving to Abilene to have done. Surprised you didnt recomend them.

Was driving through a few weeks ago and had a blowout on my trailer. put the spare on and started looking for a tire shop. found DM&sons on the internet so I called them. Lady that answered the phone was really nice and said they had the tire I needed but they were closing in a half hour. I got there with about 15 minutes to spare. One of the guys came out, and got right on the swap. showed me a second tire was separating so we had two tires changed balanced and the spare put back in the trailer all in about 15 to 20 minutes. everyone that helped me was very nice and helpful. I was on a trip from az to pa and they kept me on time with the services they provided. THANK YOU DALE MARTIN AND SONS. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Worst customer service ever!!! They screwed up the vin on my paperwork for inspection, I returned to have it fixed and the Jerk made it seem as if Vehicle vin was replaced with a different VIN. It couldnt have been that they were wrong!!! Never will i go back there.

Too expensive i bought some tires there and i was having trouble with one so i went back and they charged me to fix it. i thought since i bought them there they wouldnt charge to fix it. I paid 69$ to fix tire and oil change...way too expensive

They broke my hub cap cover. The owner argued for ten minutes how they were not liable, and would not cover replacing it. Then told me how cheap it was and to go get some from walmart. I will never return to this location again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They said my tire was not repairable and charged me 25 dollars to mount and dismount my tire from my wheel and said they repairs could not be done because they were too close to 2 other pervous repairs. Overall professional services rendered
