With the new owners and all the remolding that is being done !! We absolutely love our apartments- Great Place to live in Sweetwater

Lived there for a short time maintenance very poor, had to clean it myself. Dishwasher did not work and ended up having to move our own stove from another building... not worth it!!!

Leaving hear and still haveing trouble.getting things done dish waher not working. No light over dinning area.tolilet leaking..ppl parking over the handicapped area need to be up to code..noth worth 650.00 month have to much prombles...

I live there and I there isnt enough parking. The grounds arent kept clean. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. I cleaned and painted with money out of my own pocket, asked for remibursement and that didnt happen as well as I have asked for several things that dont work to be fixed and good luck with that. The Manager has been asked to come look at the work I have done including the redoing of my counter tops and that has not been done. People park where ever and that includes handicap parking spots, its loud, doors arent secure. No one wants to do anything to update the place and the owners could care less.

Low class. Maintenance is poor, upkeep is poor. The whole operation is strung together by a whistle and some luck.
