I was late for my appointment, but they gave me a dock right away and load me in 20 minutes. Guy at the shipping was very nice and friendly.

Bought my dream TV didnt open it till 6 months ago. No damage to the box or fillings. Out of box noticed a light on the top left side. The left side was completely unsealed! Then two weeks later the T.V went out and that was the end of a very expensive Smart by Sony! Plus I had taken the Insurance for 3 years. Still trying to get ahold of someone that can help me with this problem of replacement!
