He was very kind to us when we needed help with a keyboard issue on my laptop. He was very fast, gave a detailed description of what might need to be done, and the approximate cost associated with each option. He told me it would take two hours but it became much less than that and I got my laptop back very quickly. He was also very kind and did not mind explaining what he did so that I could understand what I did wrong. I highly recommend his services.

I went there in November last year, finally got around to doing a review. Theyve relocated inside a nail parlor for a bit although not sure if theyve moved since then. In any case, great experience. I needed my laptop operating systems updated and kept running into issues so came to TT Computer. Solid and REALLY nice, good pricing and fast. It was fixed within the day.

Ive gone there twice to get my laptop tightened up with screws. Tom was very helpful and nice both times. The second time, he even gave me a little screw driver to maintain it myself AND he didnt charge me! I highly recommend this company!

I did not have a good experience here. I brought both my macs laptop and desk top here. I went out of town and left it there for a while. When I returned to pick it up, all my data was lost and when I told him that none of my data was transferred as I asked him to (and was billed for) was on my computer he told me to get out of his store, then called the police. The police was more sympathetic to my information being lost than he was. In the end he gave me a partial refund kept the charger to my desktop and said I never brought it there. I dont think he always does bad business but you may want to back up your data ahead of time if you are able to. P.S I have not been able to use my laptop since
