Our law office needed a citation & TRO from Texas served on a resident of Surprise, Az ASAP. John Semerau was very communicative, friendly, and helpful in every respect. I was completely impressed by his hard work as he had the opposing party served WITHIN 18 HOURS of receipt of our paperwork. His fees were very reasonable compared to the local sheriffs dept., he accepted everything through email, and let us pay online. Overall just a great experience!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Very disappointed with their service. John Semerau was very rude and did not properly serve the other party. I have had to reschedule 2 court dates because the other party must be served directly. He chose to argue and accuse me of slander and playing games instead of hearing me out and helping. I regret hiring him and giving him my money. I will not be using their services anymore.

I have never had to use a process server before so I went into this not knowing what to expect. John was great! He told me exactly what was needed and how everything worked. John put me on the schedule with a completion time of about 4-5 days; it took him less than a day. And he emailed me all the completed documents and filed the required paperwork with the court. The service I received was awesome! All I had to do was speak to the process server on the phone and drop off the envelope with UPS and it went from there. First off, for those confused by the location. This is ARPSs P.O. box #249 for John Semerau. John will more than likely be your process server. His P.O box is located at the ups store at the address indicated. First call the number listed, get your quote, then drop your items to be served in his po box.This is the best, most reasonably priced, and fast process server I have used yet. We are heading right now to drop off our 4th or 5th set of documents to be served by arizona rapid process service. I dont think it has ever taken h more than 2 days to have our other party served (The other party likes to dodge service of papers) They are fast, reliable, and overall nice to speak with. I highly recommend them.

The older man who answered phone was very rude and hung up on us simply because we asked if they offered any online coupons....so if he treats people that bad he has never met I wouldnt be surprised if he treated people worse he had met.....
