Ive been using Burke for my process serving needs for over two years now and Ive never had an issue. My experience has been great!The Burke team has been nothing but responsive and communicative on each and every matter that they handle. The office staff is pleasant and easy to talk to.In all the process serving companies Ive used (and there are many), there arent many Id recommend. Burke is one of them!

Please not that I typically give 4 or 5 star reviews; but if I could give less than 1 star for this review, I certainly would. A few minutes ago this morning, just after 11:00 a.m. on 8-31-21, I received call from this company to help them effectuate a Sonoma County, CA Service of Process. The caller provided very little info, (not enough to provide a quote) and when I offered to help them, but asked the simple question of what it was they needed served (what kind of Documents), the caller copped an attitude and hung up on me. I didnt even get to ask what their timeline was. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called them back to try to get more info, and the woman I spoke to also copped an attitude. Seems to be a systemic issue companywide.AVOID THEM if they reach out to you; and if you are thinking about using them, think again. At the very least, if you decide to do work for them, get payment up front to be safe, and to avoid any issues later on about getting paid. There are many other companies in Florida that can send your work to California; and plenty of good companies in CA can be found at CALSPro.org. I dont need Burkes lousy attitude, nor better than thou mentality. Very disappointing ! ! !

I dealt with these folks and they are top notch. Fantastic service.. The one star reviews here are by people that are clearly bitter.

These people are incompetent money-grabbers. They failed to deliver a summons I paid over $100 to have delivered. And they didnt remedy their failure at all. Clearly, Burke is just a scam.
