After they switched from Elite Medical to Carbon it all went down hill from there. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone and trying to connect them through the app is a waste of time since no one answers or responds to your request. It’s convenient the office is near by my work but unfortunately I might have to look for another doctor.

After my doctor practice has moved under Carbon it really does not work well. It is not possible anymore to call and speak with a receptionist because Carbon doesnt want the office to have a phone locally. It is impossible to take appointments. The test results are not visible on the portal. It was much better before Carbon Health when i could call and speak with someone at the location. I took an online appointment selecting my clinic in Sunnyvale and i met with a random doctor from Los Angeles who obviously did not know anything about me. I wanted to talk with my doctor who i have known for years. With Carbon health taking over my doctor has left the practice.

While Dr. Yaskin is top notch, her staff and Carbon health leave a lot to be desired. My prescriptions have been mishandled every time they are up for renewal. Wrong time frame (90 days) wrong number of pills, not returning fax inquiry from the insurance company. I could do on and on. Recently, they changed to Carbon health and while I had hoped that thing would go better, theyve actually been worse. Ive been repeatedly asked to upload documents I can see I have previously uploaded on their system. They cancel appointments because I have never submitted the documents. Dr. Yaskin is my doctor, yet I dont see her anymore--rather I am shunted off to a PA. If you are looking for a good doc, visit Dr. Yaskin. She is terrific. Unfortunately, trying to get to her is IMPOSSIBLE>

I think we need a group of doctors and nurses in this country especially in the Bay Area that practice their professional medical care as well as respect our racial diversity. In Chinese, we say 医学无国界，医者共仁心。I know that only doctors and nurses who worship this discipline would finally stay in their pure loving land and give the best love and care to the patients.

My first appointment with this clinic was great. The doctor I saw was kind and understanding. I have chronic migraines and she said they would be able to continue my treatments, rather than me having to see a specialist for something routine. I set an appointment for the following week, knowing we may have to reschedule due to insurance authorizations. This is where I began to encounter problems. The front office staff and authorization department have proved to be incredibly difficult to work with or get results from. The authorization department failed to answer a question from my insurance company and the request was denied. The office did not inform me of this, in fact I had to call the office every other day for a week and a half before getting an answer. The following week after speaking with my insurance company I informed the office how to obtain authorization, they did and asked me to follow up with the pharmacy. The pharmacy never received the prescription, so I again tried to call the office staff and was unable to get through. I finally spoke to someone two days later to cancel my appointment for the second time since without the prescription, the doctor would be unable to perform the procedure. It has now been one week since the last message I left and I have not received a callback. I was finally able to get information once I broke down sobbing to Rich in the scheduling department. I was so frustrated with not knowing any information regarding a procedure for my healthcare. It turned out they had sent the pharmacy the prescription using information I had provided, but had not written the prescription correctly so again my insurance company was denying to fill the prescription. By this time I had began the process to switch insurance carriers and since they had taken a month to unsuccessfully get a procedure authorized and completed it was too late and my insurance had switched. The office is almost impossible to get in touch with the touch option for the front rings on a continuous message loop and the option for the operator forces you to leave a message after two minutes of hold time and if you do leave a message do not expect a call back. Turns out it will be easier for me to fly to southern California every 3 months than deal with this office. If you only need to see them for the most basic medical care maybe theyre great, if you need anything requiring additional effort on the offices part or if you need to speak to an actual person regarding your healthcare I would highly suggest finding a different office.

I HATE this place and I rarely give reviews but I just gotta do it. I made an appointment online and they waited until the DAY BEFORE THE APPT to tell me that my doctor no longer works there and that they have no other doctor that will take my insurance. But the person on the phone didnt say that. She worded it as saying that my insurance was terminated! Just say that YOUR OFFICE does not have any doctors that will take the insurance! Also the PA I had, Irina BS was really not that great at all. She diagnosed me in person with one thing but put something different in her notes and when I mentioned it, there wasnt really an explanation about it. She refused to renew my prescriptions out past a month so my meds that Id been taking for three years now, kept getting interrupted because she wont listen and just renew the prescriptions! I honestly dont even know if Im going to be able to get my medicine for the next 30 days. And the online portal is the WORST. They dont even answer the messages! The front desk staff is joke. Again this place is the worst and you should do all you can to STAY AWAY!!

Was there to do a simple blood draw. Booked the appointment for 10:30am, while was kept waiting by the front desk until 11am to start it. I was waiting in the lobby for the entire 30 mins.

Last week, I was told Dr.Inna Yaskin doesnt work at Carbon Health anymore and that they are looking for a replacement doctor! Dr.Yaskin has been our family doc for 12 yrs! Its sad that we have no details of where she is, now.

Inna Yaskin is one of the best doctors I have met in my life. She approaches health as a big picture and doesnt try to cure symptoms, instead looks at your health as a whole. Elite Medical Center staff is very helpful and accommodating.I also appreciate that they introduced me to a medication delivery service (that delivers everything you are prescribed the same day) and use a comprehensive health data management system that aggregates information from other sources.The overall experience is very positive. They dont waste your time, dont make you go through a ton of paperwork, etc.I recommend Inna Yaskin and the clinic to all my local friends.

Its impossible to get ahold of the office. Ive called multiple times over a few days, and left a few voicemails, and no one picked up the phone or got back to me. I had a simple question about my prescription, but wasnt able to talk to anyone.

I have been accompanying my elderly mother to this clinic since May 2020, right in the midst of covid. We have both been very pleased with the professionalism, thorough checks, compassion, thorough knowledge from Dr Stinisky, and patience given to patient with language barrier. I myself was under some medical situation when accompanying my mother in her last appointment (she needed me there to translate), the staff and doctor saw me in a weak condition and offered a free exam bed to let me lie down during mothers appointment! I am really impressed and touched. Thank you doctor and nurses for your kindness and care for patients!

Spoke to someone over the phone & stated that I was going to be 10 minutes late. Arrived 10 minutes late just to be turned away?? No one else was in the office besides me. They didn’t even mention a 10 minute policy even when I called them and spoke to someone.

Long story short, they charge $40 if you request a digital copy of your personal medical records and they continue to send invoices -- even if you not longer want them and never receive your records. None of my other healthcare providers charged anything. In my experience, the medical advice and care are sound but the office administration and front-office professionalism could use work.

Staff is unable to keep track of appointments/scheduling, are slow to respond/return messages, never return calls about refills, had my name wrong several times. Overall bad experience, for me and my pharmacy (CVS)

I wanted to share how attentive, patient , knowledgeable and kind Dr. Yaskin is. She really takes her time and is very through. She stays on top of all most current trends and studies and state of the art facilities . It feels like she is very invested in her patients’ lives. Incredibly well organized and run facility, top technology and everyone you come in contact with is beyond nice, accommodating, and extremely personal.

Took me quite a time to find a professional place with doctors and nurses who care about your health being. Given current situation I was very impressed with the services provided by the medical staff. When I arrived I was seated in their second waiting room, yes, the office has 2 waiting areas. The nurse who took me in, took her time to ask me all the questions and she heard my concerns. The doctor was not in the rush at all and went in great details about explaining me the results of my test. The lab company is located downstairs that is very convenient eliminates driving. Next the office called me to ask me if I have more questions about my results and if I want to schedule teleconference with the doctor. I really felt that this group of professionals does care about their patients.

I had awesome experience with Dr. Inna Yaskin! Ive been seeing her for almost 2 years and shes been great in all the ways. Shes very experienced, polite, helpful and caring! And she always gets right to the point. The office is also very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have something urgent they will do their best to squeeze you in. Even though they always have a lot of patients, theres no rush and everything goes fast and smooth. Im absolutely happy with them and thankful for taking care of me :)

Great office, it was easy to make an initial appointment and they accept my insurance. I had several appointments by now and wait period was always under 5 minutes. Very nice and friendly front desk personnel, great doctors and nurses at this office. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

We went for covid-19 testing. It has been more than a week and I have made multiple calls to them. Report is not ready yet. I have no use for their report anymore. Other labs give it in 2-3days. Very unreliable service.

Went to get Covid test on a Tuesday. Was told it was a 3 to 5 day wait for results. After six days I called and was told results were negative. I asked when results came in and was told four days ago. Why the heck didn’t they call/email me? Was quarantined inside for four extra days!

Dr. Yaskin most likely saved my life! It was a Wednesday evening, when she kept calling all the phone numbers for me and my husband, till she finely got hold of me. She told me that the blood work she just got back from the lab shows dangerously low Sodium level and I should go to the ER ASAP. She also called the hospital and alerted the staff of my condition. Her quick and caring actions put me on the right track for recovery and avoided serious health complications. She then followed up with the proper diagnostics and treatment. Dr. Yaskin is competent, and caring. I highly recommend her.

I understand the screening for pandemic is necessary but still waiting for a long time at the oitside door without even acknowledging it not acceptable and not professional specially when one has an appointment.UPDATE: I was contacted by a staff memeber regarding busy todays schedules as well as phone calls to be answered by the staff. For that Im updating my review expect this wont happen again.Apart from the issue with adminstration staff, medical staff are generally good. Chris, medical assistant, is professional and very helpful. He spent time to transfer the lab results. I visited Tenashia a very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful medical provider and I definitely recommend her.

Ever since carbon took over it has gone downhill. They have a policy if after 10 min your late & may not be seen, most places give you 15 min. I had an appointment at 2 & walked in right at 2:10 still within the timeframe. The front desk girl wasn’t at the front. But there was a guy sitting nearby, he didn’t bother to greet me or check me in, seemed to be on his phone. By the time the front desk girl walked up it was past 10 min. So they wouldn’t see me at my time. I find it funny how even when I have been on time the drs keep you waiting so long in the room. I much preferred this clinic when Inna Yanskin was here but she is gone. I recommend you receive care elsewhere all the other reviews speak for themselves.

Doctor Yaskin and her office staff are great. If I needed an urgent appointment they always accommodated. Personal thanks to Amara who is just amazing.

Why does it show that it’s a COVID testing center but it’s not?

I came to Dr. Yaskins clinic when my long-standing primary-care doctor retired. I had that doctor for 25 years, received top-level care, and trusted him implicitly. Let me say that he was a tough act to follow for any doctor. Dr. Yaskins clinic has been great for me. Her staff from Physicians Assistants to admins have been very professional. Dr. Yaskin has always been responsive if I call the office and need something--she has always gotten back to me within the same day. Thanks, Dr. Yaskin, for helping me to maintain my health.

I like Medical spa, they offer vitamin IV. I love them feeling great and full of energy.

I am very happy with my family visits to this office. Very thorough exams, I get plenty of “my” time with the doctor and they have all preventative tests on site. I have had my blood work done as well as stress test right in the office saving a trip to the El Camino hospital.

I have visited this doctor in mountain view for immunization services and they have done a fantastic job of explaining and providing the medication (would give 5/5). Before coming here, I visited other places (pharmacies and doctors) for information and its very confusing to follow as one contradicts the other. Finally I got the job done in a single day rather than getting it over a long period. However, it is a long wait time on call to get hold of the appointment. But the doctors and staff here are very caring :)

The doctor here is a Suppressive Person. They will recommend that you take medication that creates alot of side effects and turns you into a zombie. Be VERY careful what you tell the doctor because it will be used against you.

It is hard to speak with a person right away by phone. When the staff at the front desk speak to you, they place you on hold and find someone else to figure out what you need.I had tried to get a telehealth appointemt but they changed programs without notice.So much harder to get information from the office now.The communication for appointments is not good enough. I missed 1 appointemt and had to try very hard on my end to deal with another.The best staff there is Michelle, she does her job very professionally.I have had to change my view of this office during these Covid times.I will look elsewhere.

Inna Yaskin is a very thorough and helpful doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in her treatment. She carefully goes over everything with you and makes sure you are properly informed before making any kind of decision. Its a nice change from the usual get you out the door type of doctors I have had the misfortune to see in the past. I did not feel rushed, I felt like she listened to everything I had to say in a sympathetic way and was very gentle and reassuring with her responses. I would definitely recommend seeing her.

First Inna Yaskin gave me 2 flu vaccine when I had a cold, thus sending me to the ER. After I yelped them about it Steve Yaskin digs up my personal history and even my 30 year old arrest record to use against me. Dr. Yaskin husband Steve calls my home to discuss removing my experience on yelp, when I refused he calls police and fabricated lies about me having a drug problems. Yes they had a restraining court date pending. These people are unreal and appear money hungry and could care less about you the patient. They are a private practice and have no one to answer to. They believe they are better than you. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for health care. Many of their 5 star yelps are from other Russian family members and even their employees, fake reviews.

It is a great place to get advice about programms that elite medical center has.The weight can be adjusted and diets that specialists recommend help to have good condition.Join it and we will be happy!!!!!

I cant recommend this office after my experience. I had a simple form I needed signed and it will be my 4th visit tomorrow to get it finally, hopefully done. Wrong tests ordered, billing issues, just chaotic. I do appreciate the service now to help fix the issues.

Started by scheduling an appt with Dr. Yaskin on Zocdoc. Instead ended up seeing some other doctor for my preventative visit. I get a bloodtest done, with the intention of checking Vitamin D levels. I get a return visit which is very expensive, only to find out they forgot to check Vitamin D. The return visit was also with a 3rd doctor I had never met before. I tell this 3rd doctor I am interested in their sleep apnea test kit.Took tons of followup calls to finally figure out Im not Vitamin D deficient, another call to get the test results copy, and never got the test kit.By now Ive decided to see another doctors office for my health.

In 2012, my father was placed in assisted living, and Dr. Yaskin took over his care. We had some difficulties communicating with her, so I posted a lukewarm review on Yelp (2 stars out of 5). She called my step-mother and said she would not provide care for him unless I took it down. Later, I noticed someone else reported a similar experience on Yelp. Then I read in the NYTimes that this is not uncommon. Still, it strikes me as unethical. I would not recommend this care provider.
