My iPhone was broken. I walked in there on a Friday morning and the guy behind the counter talked through all the options and the likely issues of what was going on with my phone. I took my grandsons Nintendo switch in to see if they could repair it. Alex explained to me the costs involved and what they would be doing. Unfortunately the switch could not be repaired. I never had to get a phone screen fixed, so I was a bit sus (suspicious) once I got the phone back (i slightly had to push the screen back into the iphone). I hope everything works as it should. Responded very quickly on their Facebook page with total price to replace a battery in a Motorola Moto Z. The charger for my Resound hearing aids stopped working, making my hearing aids useless. To purchase a replacement from the manufacturer would have cost $400!However, I took the charger to DropFixed and they quickly determined that the USB port was damaged. Although this was a new type of device for them they repaired the charger in two days and only charged me $20!I highly recommend this business for repairs on a variety of devices - now including hearing aid chargers.

Honestly the best place I have been to get an electronic fixed. It was very clean and (who I am assuming) the owner was super nice. I decided to reshell my nintendo switch, much to my dismay I messed up my right trigger one way or another. I reached out to them and they said they could give it a try. Within a couple hours the part was changed out and brand new, completely fixing whatever I had messed up. Fast and amazing customer service!

I took my PS4 in recently as all the plugs were short circuited. Unfortunately, a few plugins like my camera and usb still doesn’t work so my safe mode is unusable. Actually new problems arose a day or two after I got my PS4 back. It was subtle but then the degradation of the software of the PS4 began to happen. All of my games became corrupted with the system itself shutting down at random, promptly showing a CE error everytime. It’s completely useless at this point for me. I appreciated the help though. It was quick and they were professional. Unfortunately, I feel a lot of issues came out of this instead of resolution.

I took my sons PS4 there to have it fixed. The fan was running very loudly and sounded as if it could take off. Drop fixed was able to replace the fan quickly and it ran quietly for a few days. Unfortunately, the fan inside the PS4 is loud again. So, although they were quick to replace the fan, the problem truly wasnt fixed as the unit runs as loudly as ever. Gave 3 stars for quick service and reasonable price

Alex and the team have been doing my mail in repairs for board level work for the past couple of years. They have never disappointed me.
