Called today to inquire about balloons and decorating for my daughters birthday. I asked a few questions since this is the first time I’m doing this and she was extremely rude and unprofessional as if I was supposed to know exactly what the arrangements were called. She then asked where I lived and said that she only did neighboring towns which I understand but no need to be nasty.

We decided to do do a virtual baby reveal with our family. I called to talk about balloons but it turns out they have cannons that shoots pink or blue confetti. It was so pretty, so fun and only cost $8. It made the surprise so enjoyable.

Great place for balloon beautiful balloon arrangements. I have been using them for years for special events! Love them. This time I only Ordered a handful of balloons but they made sure to present me with a tasteful arrangement. Highly recommend Party Line!!!

This place is great for balloons and party supplies. My mom used them for my parties growing up and now I use them for my kids parties. They are helpful with planning and coming up with creative ideas.

Very professional and kind to treat customers. I purchased the birthday balloons for my daughter to celebrate her 10th birthday. While I took pictures for her at the backyard, the zero flew away accidentally and my daughter was so upset (she’s holding the bouquet then). I left a msg to the owner when paying her wirelessly and she offered to make me another one without charge. Thanks for being so considerate!

Jayu went above and beyond with my gift request for my neices graduation. I wasnt able to attend her graduation party due to COVID and she patiently worked with me to create a special college themed balloon. I was so upset and emotional about not being there and she accommodated every idea and brainstormed with me how to make it special. She even allowed me to Venmo a money gift to include in the display. She then found a wonderful I love your more frame to deliver with the beautiful confetti balloon ( a specifically sentimental saying for my niece from my mom who has passed away). Unbelievable- just an absolute pleasure and so am so grateful.
