Jeff is the best! He was so easy to work with and was on point with our house plans. We went with the 3D package! It’s so worth it to see your vision. We had multiple changes after seeing it in 3D. I simply emailed Jeff the changes and he made them all and sent me the updated pictures. Couldn’t be happier with his work!!! Responds quickly as well.

I highly recommend Scoggins Design & Drafting. I have worked with two other draftsmen on past projects, but those others were not nearly as detail oriented or as responsive. Every time I have needed to make changes in the drafting process, their team was both professional and efficient. Additionally, I appreciate how thorough and easy-to-read the plans are. The presentation of the printed plans makes planning and construction much easier. For us, this was money well spent. If ever I do another project, this will be my company of choice.

I designed a floor plan for a small home to be built in the TX Hill Country for retirement. I had contracted with a draftsman in TX, and after 3 months had nothing to show for my money. Jeffery Scoggins was wonderful to work with! He designed our house plan for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, single story home with an outdoor kitchen area, which my husband and I love how it turned out!
