Had my 2016 Honda civic tinted here about 5 months ago and the staff did a fantastic job. The manager, James, and the whole crew there were friendly and were able to help me with any of my concerns. The tinting process was done in no time and they even cleaned my car while they were at it! The tint came out exactly as advertised and really made my new car look even better. I even had a sticker on the back window I figured would be lost but there were able to save that too! Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a tint without breaking the bank.

Theyve done good work in the past, but its never been on a high-line car with an all leather interior like my brand new BMW 750Li. In tinting the front windshield they got water all over the leather dash and then parked my car out in the sun for the tint to dry out. Wet leather shrinks like crazy and my dash completely bubbled and peeled up, which cost over $5000 to replace at the dealer. A+ completely denied it was their fault, even though I had just purchased the car days prior and the dash in perfect condition when I dropped off at their shop, and destroyed when I picked it up.

Just had my 3rd vehicle done by A Plus and my Tesla looks GOOD! They always do a great job and really take pride in their work. Reasonable prices and open on Saturdays - I highly recommend. If I could offer any improvement to the owners it would be to improve the waiting area for customers.

As stated prior, the Window tinting was excellent. However, the garage opener was somehow removed from vehicle. Employees advised attempts to locate were negative when called. The opener metal clip impression was still on visor. Attempts to locate proved negative by all. In regards to the window tinting work, their expertise is outstanding.

This is what customer service is about. Less then 24hrs after taking delivery of our new project GT mustang. We had to get that fish bowl tinted. 7:59am sharp I called the team at A Plus Tinting in Stuart. I gentleman named Rob worked me in to what was already a busy day and made our beast perfect. This is our second vehicle hear and I see why I keep coming back. Stop calling around, they treat you great and so is there work. PS I never do reviews, this one was deserved. A happy car nut!

They had to come out and fix bubbles in the tint in the parking lot the day I had it done and the cloth interior on my doors is completely soaked by whatever water they used to put the tint on. And they gave you one price when I called a different (higher) price when I got there and when I went to pay the price went up even more. So 3 different prices in one day. And the lady that works the front has a really bad attitude and told me well rent went up so our price goes up.

Just had the 4th vehicle in our family tinted today. My son showed up a day early with no appointment at 3:30 pm and the crew immediately took the car in and banged it out in about 40 minutes! As with the previous jobs it came out flawless! Great job!

I called several tint shops in the area (1800tinting, Tropic) you may have heard of them, none of them responded with the same customer care as A+ I made the journey to their shop to receive a quote and the woman up front was up front about the price, and it was by far the best price quote I received.They offer lifetime warrantied tint, as well as allowing you to choose the level of tint you desire.They worked fast, while some of the others quoted the removal of the tint I had on my windows as an all day affair, I had my old tint off, and my computer cut new tint perfectly applied within 4 hours, on a Saturday.Be sure and book your appointment, and definitely go here if you plan on getting your windows tinted.

I had s great experience with A Plus Tinting In stuart! Guys were helpful got the job done quickly. Now my old tint has been replaced with a much better tint and it was done really quickly. I give these guys an A plus!

Fast at what they do and an amazing job

The staff took my car and took the time to strip the old tint off the windows and replace it with new material. It looks better than the day it rolled off the showroom floor. They are professional, fast and a pleasure to work with. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

After couple of months one window started to peel so stopped in for repair. No biggie. Had to practically drag someone out of the shop to answer any questions. Dude was friendly but insisted on seeing receipt and warranty. Advised they dont keep any records of past work. I walked out, still going through my files at home.

Recently I had tinting work done at A PLUS TINTING OF STUART. I will never go there again and if other people are smart, they will not go there either. The manager and assistant manager have no concept of customer service. They have the attitude that the customers are preventing them from doing their job. When I asked about additional work to my car, I was told by the manager that he was trying to finish other work.After paying for my job I asked about the guarantee. The manager said he only guarantees work he does himself. When I asked about previous work I had done at that shop by someone else, the assistant manager said I should not ask about previous work. The two managers both had an aggressive, hostile attitude.When I asked for the keys to my car, the manager threw my car keys out the door almost hitting a prospective customer. Great way to treat customers.

I went in for a 3:30 appointment and my car was not started until after 4pm.I have had about a dozen cars tinted over the years and I know what tint shops are capable of.I went in expecting a good job after reading the reviews online.At 6pm! They finished my car (I was told it would be an HOUR on the phone).They had made two large ( 2 x 2 in) abrasions on the rear window that was very noticeable. When I asked the technician if this was ok he said NO.I looked over the rest of the windows and saw bumps, scratches, and abrasions and pointed them out to Janet who said she was the owner.I told her I was unhappy and she said well we are very busy and our workers are tired.Are you serious Janet?! I paid $130+ for these tints and I wanted them done properly.I asked her if the windows looked acceptable and she said NO as well.Then she informed me that I must come back at a later time to have the fixed.She said that most of her customers dont have a problem with this.I have a problem with NOT getting what I pay for.I wasted over 3 hours of my life at this place and in the end demanded a refund... then they took an additional 30 minutes removing the tints they put on. Classy business.Save your time and go someplace else. Janet you get an F in business management.

Thought things were well,had toys in waiting area that was nice ,i had my daughter, but ive let things settle on day 4 now and still few bubbles, there is some scratches on tint, and im really upset that they did not even yake the time to clean the windows properly and tinted over some old suction cup marks left from a sun screen, im a bit mad and will expect the issue to be corrected..150 dollars is alot of money to be left with buyers remorse, i should have listened to my neighbors scratch that...literally...on day 8...aint looking good
