Been here multiple times and every time the woman up front was extremely rude. Why even have someone upfront if you are just going to yell at someone if they have a simple question and just tell them to go sit down. Wait time is a joke. Even if you have an appointment the wait is over 30 minutes even when there is barely anyone in the lobby, but people can come in and be seen right away. I will definitely be looking for someplace else to go.
The woman doing the blood work was amazing, very sweet and definitely knows what she is doing. Need more like her!!! The older gentleman at the front (Joe maybe) was extremely rude to many people while I was there. He should not be working with people at all!!I was a walk in so I expected a longer wait time which wasn’t a problem for me. She had people in and out as quick as she could being the only one there doing it.
I showed up a half hour early, followed their texted instructions for check-in, was greeted and treated promptly, and out of there before I knew it. What’s not to like about that? Great service!
The lady at the front desk is very nice and the man in the back is very nice too they are very quick too when you have a appointment

I was sent to this labcorp location for the purpose that I would be able to receive a discount or payment plan due to me being a self pay patient. Making an appointment was convenient and so was checking in. However when I went in I was very displeased. The location wasn’t the best and their facility didn’t feel the cleanest. I went in with my mom because I tend to pass out during blood work and was nervous. When I walked up to the window I was met with 2 employees that were frantically looking for something and yelling at a patient. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was anyway she could tell me the price of the blood work and she gave me an attitude and told me to give her a minute. When she gave me the order with the price of the bloodwork I asked if that was with or without the discount and again was met with an attitude saying that she didn’t know who told me that but that they don’t offer that. So I told her that my doctor told me and that’s why I was there. She then told me that my doctor doesn’t know anything about them because she doesn’t work there and shouldn’t be authorized to tell me about their deals. My mom and I were talking amongst ourselves on whether we should check a different lab. So then a different employee said that she used to work at the lab I wanted to check out and said that it would be more expensive to go there. So I was too uncomfortable to stay there so I just walked out and went to a different lab. Sort of felt like I was at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru.
Although the place needed a good cleaning or update, I will say that my experience was positive. I was super thankful to get an appointment the same week as quest labs was 3 weeks out and I couldn’t wait. I have a huge phobia of needles. The draw was textbook perfect, got me on the first try and the lovely woman who drew it really made me pretty comfortable. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes, not bad at all.

I absolutely love this place and won’t go anywhere else they’ve always been great to me no matter the situation and I’ve always found a way to get me in without having to wait a long period of time due to my ongoing health issues I have to get it done quite often and I won’t go anywhere else but this location everyone here is so nice they will do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable in the situation that you’re dealt in with having to get lab work done And I went in today they took me in for a walk in knowing that I’ve been fasting all morning and I had an issue with quest when I went there they helped me get my paperwork situated and then they brought me right in they helped me calm my nerves knowing that I had a rough morning and tried to make me feel like use these people are absolutely amazing and I will not go anywhere else for me or for my family you have to use this location for this company they are absolutely the best
No one answered the phone or responded to messages...over half a dozen calls over 2 days. I was trying to find out if they had a wheelchair as I needed bloodwork done for upcoming knee surgery. They had no wheelchair or assistance and the woman at the front desk was rude. Facility was dirty and crowded. We left regardless of insurance coverage and paid full price at another lab.
Sue has always been a pleasant and excellent at her job! The gentleman is not so much! And the front desk experience has always been great! I prefer this Labcorp over any other place!
Called before i went to see if they took my insurance ant the girl said yes. Weeks after going got a bill for 440 saying they were not on my plan. They are stl trying to get money from me. The place was empty and now i know why, no one wants to go there.
Came to this location to have blood work done. The lady at the counter was very rude. Didn’t say hello. Left me standing there in the middle of the lobby for 8 minutes. She kept helping other people. I was having a hard time checking in at the kiosk. So I needed help.Then I go to the bathroom , and I can’t believe how dirty it was. There was hair all over the floor, urine on the seat. I couldn’t believe it. I almost walkout, but I needed this done for my upcoming appointment. I told the blood work guy about the condition of the bathroom. He didn’t say one word about it. I told him that’s not what you expect at a place that is requiring masks to be worn before you can even enter. Just a gross place. Wouldn’t recommend..
I have a severe needle phobia and I was nervous to get my blood test here because of previous reviews, but it was actually a pleasant experience overall. I really appreciated that they had an option to check in on your phone and wait in your car instead of in the waiting room. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was extremely nice and understanding, and the procedure was quick and painless. The only negative aspect was that the woman at the front desk was quite rude.
You guys have to give tamika a break, she’s normally the only one in thereshe gave me a bow for getting my last month of accutane done lol

I have never had a problem here. I make an appointment on line and am taken on time. The office is old, but clean. The staff is always friendly and busy. I am one of those who has to have blood taken out of my hand. Always get it on the first tru.
Nice people. Good service. Blood work done by your doctors prescription. Busiest time is early in the morning.

I had a great experience at this location. Make an appointment and check in at the kiosk to the left. Very simple and easy to use. Clean facility and staff was friendly. Had blood test done. Quick painless and they found vein first time with no problems. Will go back next year for yearly exam.
The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly. I would not recommend coming here and I would never come here again.
Avoid this place at any cost. Grimey, extremely rude staff at the counter, and they make you hand over a credit card and sign a form saying that if your insurance is inactive that they can charge you up to $150 before you receive any services (anyone that works in healthcare knows how easy it is to verify an insurance is active with a quick search on one of a dozen programs online). I have done many lab tests in my life and have never been asked for this. My questions were all answered with a disgusting attitude. Only reason for 2 stars is because the phlebotomist that actually drew my blood did a good job.
Please do not allow the woman to draw your blood. She hit my nerve with the needle and now I can barely use my right arm. I am right handed, so this poses a lot of issues for me. It is painful, my hand goes numb, and I can’t extend my arm past a ninety degree angel. I also alerted my doctor. Do yourself a favor, and ensure it is a male worker who draws your blood.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude receptionist. I left and rescheduled with the lab at the hospital. The extra cost is worth not having to deal with LabCorp. My issue was not with wait time or paperwork. I read the reviews before going in and so I tried to be especially pleasent so as not to irritate anyone and I was still given attitude and talked down to over a simple billing question. The lab at Martin had no problem explaining. I don’t recommend this place.

Not my usual lab for my kidney transplant. I was out of town. I made an appointment at 10:15 because my medication regimen calls for me to take my meds directly after labs at a certain time in the morning. I expected to get in at that time, or somewhat... i ended up waiting over an hour and people that came in over a half hour after me were going ahead of me! Front desk was inconsiderate. Another time everything was adequate when i went but the tech made a huge blood blister under my skin resulting in very bad bruising. If you have small children lile i do that must go to the lab with you, it is difficult as this location only has patient chairs in the very small rooms. If it wasnt for my insurance i would have went elsewhere. But if you must, this lab will get the job done.. i guess.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a lab I usually go to Quest in Palm City, but I had to come here for another reason I will NOT be coming back I have waited an hour and still not been seen when I had an appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!
Made appointment online and wait time was very short. The phlebotomist (military veteran) was excellent, normally they have a hard time finding a good vein. Everyone there was very professional.

I didn’t see anything wrong with it, I made an appointment and got all my paperwork online, did not have to wait long at all, I’ve been there several times and nobody’s ever had to stick me more than once, and it wasn’t painful, and isn’t that what it’s all about, didn’t find it to be dirty at all, And fresh coffee to boot, Maybe we all went to a different place but I was just fine with everything, and I also found the staff to be pleasant
I was in there this morning without an appointment. Was seen in a timely manner. Receptionist was kind as well as the staff. Yes it does have a BO smell, but I will say it is a clean lab and will continue to go if I need to.
First bad experience the front desk lady told me I had the wrong form for the test kit I was given. Instead of giving me the proper test that goes with the form she sent me back to my doctor just for my doctor to say that’s the right form and to go back but by that time they were closed. Next bad experience I went to drop off that same test kit directly after class and they had the doors closed and locked 10 minutes before closing. I know I was cutting it close but that’s the only time I had available to go but since they wanted to close early and not open for a drop off, I have to wait longer for my test results. I hope this place rots.
I was actually afraid to go there after reading reviews. If u r a patient person and treat people the way u want to b treated then u shouldnt have a problem. Calm down, not everything is easy. I had no issues at all.

The last time I went there it was great. Got the woman and not the man. Try and go to Quest Diagnosis on 900 Ocean Avenue and that is worse. That place is dirty and it is always packed with people waiting forever. I didnt have an appointment and the tV said I had a 90 minute wait and I had fasted and went in the afternoon to get blood work done. People stand outside the office in an enclosed setting are smoking and on their cell phones. Quest needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The place is a dump. I am going to Lab Corp tomorrow.
Would give it a zero if I could. Took son here for blood draw.He left and passed out in front of office and ambulance came and had to go to hospital. Nobody from Labcorp even bothered to come out and see if he was okay. Wrote to ask for ambulance cost to be paid and they refused.Doesnt seem like they assess their patients before they walk off. Just my opinion.

This morning was my first and last visit to Labcorp in stuart fl. The receptionist was very rude. And very sloppy in her attire the technician was dirty looking. He hurt me was rude place was dirty. Someone needs to train him on how to properly draw blood. Without ramming needle into person sarm.Should be closed down the bathroom had bloody paper towels on floor very disgusting someone needs to go in and clean HOUSE

Being a professional in healthcare myself, (RN) I know the struggles, obstacles and abilities all through the healthcare system. This Labcorp consistently has the worst customer service and standards. Paulette was unreasonably unhelpful.
This location is filthy. The one in PSL isnt much better. Staff is rude and condescending. Ive never had a good experience here but have to have expensive bloodwork done routinely so I cant go for Oracle or another lab out of my insurance network. Today I saw the bio hazardous waste bin wide open in the room where patients were having their blood drawn, while I stood at the counter for 15 minutes because the woman there was having difficulty entering my docs order into her system. I have had this lab do incorrect tests before. It hasnt helped to tell them I have a serious needle anxiety - it almost makes them ruder to you. I have had better experiences not warning them - I feel as though they are judgemental and tired. A man who I frequently see here does not shower before coming to work. I do not like to be so negative - but after the bio hazardous waste bin wide open today while several patients went in and out of the room I had to say something.
This was the 1st time I have used them due to they are now my lab of choice through my insurance. I had an apt at 7 and was called back about 7:20 and they were ok, my complaint is the room they drew blood from was far from clean. The computer, monitor and key board were filthy and the room was not as clean as it should be for a lab or any other MEDICAL facility. I dont think I will use them again and go back to my original lab and pay the extra money. I hope they see this and CLEAN up the place.
Very rude receptionist!!!! Shes unprofessional and had me waiting for 4 freaking hours. And the bloodwork only took 5 mins smfh. I hate this location so i advise everyone to go to the Port St Lucie office their the best!!!!

Very rude receptionist. They clearly dont want to do anything to help you. I felt like I inconvenienced them by having them do their job. Disgusting smell as well just go to the one in PSL.
They make it a practice of hiring only rude, uncaring individuals who boss everyone around in a condescending manor. It has been that way for years. I hate to go there but they have no competition. Pathetic American example of a poorly run business because than can get by with it.
