Roger and Cad-Con Design were instrumental in helping us to verify engineering work for a permitting issue. While trying to sell our home we were made aware of a pool permit that had never been closed dating back over 15 years to the original owner of the home. With days left until the closing, Roger was able to inspect the pool, verified the engineering had been completed properly, obtained the architectural stamps required for the town and ultimately got the permit closed. This was all done while we were living out of state. Roger was professional, responsive, and made a very stressful situation easier.

Great service provided for my husband and I working to close on our home and dealing with an after the fact permit being needed for a fireplace the previous owner installed without permitting.
