Feel bad that this is the only dg choice for people in Struthers. Workers are very friendly but their shelves are ALWAYS empty literally full shelves of out of stocks and always 1 cashier so long lines.

Might as well go to Walmart because their prices are getting as high if not higher and quality not good.

Id say Im almost ALWAYS 100% happy with my experience at Dollar General. The only thing I may have problems with is (and this is SELDOM) the shelves are empty on their truck day. Thats hardly even something to complain about..because employees are super busy😊

Its handy for a couple items; like when you suddenly need toilet paper, a quart of oil, and a toothbrush, and just want to make a quick stop. Dont try to make sense of the aisle organization and just ignore how it usually looks like a demilitarized zone inside.

I drive a few mins more to go this location. Clean. Easy to shop. Employees are so nice.

Needs to stock more batteries for watches would be my only suggestion

Love their specials. Love their assortment of cards; cant beat those prices!! Besides Dollar General is right up the road from my house which makes it perfect for something I may need in a hurry!

Just left this store. There is new manager who has very poor customer service skills. One new cashier (who was very pleasant), with at least 10 customers waiting in line to check out. Manager refused to get on cash register to help. Had rude comments to customers who asked for her to help.

This DOllar General wasnt stocked. There were boxes full of stock everywhere but the employees werent keeping up with the demand. They have a ton of great Halloween stock though including lots of great masks.

UPDATE: Close and convenient! They have definatly stepped up game after I wrote that review and every single time I go there for anything Im in and out! Thank you for listening and caring and understanding and fixing the problem! I bet you have alot more happier costumers and I for one appreciate it. Thanks😊

Love this store. They carry the cat food brands I use and pop unlike family dollar. Plus they dont try to sell toy candy at the checkout.

I got in, found the ruler I needed, and got out. Thats the kind of shopping I need more of in my life. The girl at the register was super nice too.

Probably one of the worst DGs Ive ever been to. The staff are slowly and not helpful and they seem to run out of a lot of things that they should keep stocked up, simply because they dont have the staff to stock shelves. Ive heard managers curse and complain about their jobs in front of customers, without even looking around first.

It was easyer to go there in this cold freezing weather than to go to the grocery store. The prices on food are similar to the prices at save a lot. For small grocery orders where you dont need fresh .meats i recamend this store.

This is the worst Dollar general Ive ever been in, and Ive been going to it for 13 years. Its dirty, poorly stocked and managed and there are never enough employees working. Most of the shelves are missing a lot of items, and it seems like they never put any of the stock out. If the next closest dollar general wasnt 10 mins past this one, I would never set foot in there again.
