Best laundry place Ive ever been to, super clean and everything comes out smelling fresh!! ❤🤗

1st & last time here. Place was clean & not busy, attendant was helpful. Machines were not clearly marked, pricing was confusing. The double load machine only fit a single load. The Monster 10 load fit 4 loads.... Clothing did come out of wash fairly wrung out so drying time should be shorter. The large dryers did not clearly state that they only went in 3 minute increments whereas the regular got 6 minutes for same price. You have to use a card and the machine requires a minimum of $10 if using a card (also not clearly explained). Again, place was safe & clean but figuring out costs require a calculator. I will find an old fashioned coin op & be happier.

This facility was clean and had lots of laundry washers/dryers available. Added bonus was the kind Personnel that were on duty which helped guide this new patron through the entire process. Thanks for making my experience a pleasant one.

Showed up and there was two cops there just chilling outside a long haired guy working desk who was on the phone most of the time. Kids running rampant, quiet solem people and a lil kid spit on another lil kid. It was just what I would expect. Very clean and well managed. I like the card system. Would recommend

If you go there first of all and notice how fast inefficient their equipment is I did three loads in 50 minutes and outer door my clothes were almost dry when I took them out of the washer. The oldest employee that works there just follows customers and cleans disinfect perfect the whole area they were in it is a wonderful place to stay there at least and no complaints about prices

Does the job. Discounted on Mondays and Tuesdays, maybe Wednesday. 3 stars because no Wi-Fi.

Clean, easy, and basically everything you need from a laundromat

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to! I drive 14 miles to go to this laundromat, when there is a laundromat about 3.5miles from my house and another one about 7 miles away. There is always an attendant there, which makes a HUGE difference, I believe, because someone is constantly monitoring the activity and the cleanliness of the laundromat. Also, there is no need to scramble, trying to find quarters for machines. You can use cash or a credit card to put money on a sort of “laundromat debit card”, which you use in both washers and dryers— and in the beveridge machine. The attendants are quite pleasant and helpful, especially Anita, Terry, Andrew and Frank. I highly recommend this exceptional laundromat.

Laundry time in Stow is always kept very clean, even before COVID. The employees are friendly and always offer assistance. Adding cash or using a credit card to the in house laundry card is a breeze. Multiple units in various sizing including the Monster 10 load it is a beautiful thing to be able to wash a full giant load of sheets and blankets in one of these bad boys. They also have two of the giant dryers they rotate direction every 30 seconds. Blankets and sheets come out clean and dry!

The lady that was there was so helpful and nice. It was my first time to a Laundromat. The place was clean and they have everything you need in case you left stuff behind.

I went in with an insane amount of clothes and the lady that helped me was beyond amazing. She showed me how to use everything and gave me some helpful tips for a few things and overall it was a great experience- you know, besides it being laundry day. Thanks so much for all your help.

Best laundromat experience! Attendant was AWESOME ... so helpful and friendly. I didnt see anywhere that I could leave her a tip, so she wasnt being extra nice for money, she was just great at her job. I would however, have left a tip if i could because she deserved it. Place was also very clean. If attendant wasnt helping someone, she was cleaning and checking machines. Its not super cheap but all the machines look newer and did a nice job cleaning and drying my stuff really fast. Smallest of washers is 2.75 per wash. Cant do comforters in those. Largest washers are @ 7.50 per load. I washed and dried 2 comforters, as well as bought 2 boxes of soap at .75 ea. and I spent $10 total. I was done in 45 min.

As much as I hate going out to do laundry, this is a good place to do it. Always clean and the workers are really nice.

Used to be a affordable place to do laundry but they just got new macheines and the price doubled to use them it used to be around 3.95 to use the washer now its 6.50 about. I cant even afford to dry my laundry all the way. Staff is friendly though thats why i gave it a 2 and its always clean. But the prices ruin the experiance imma try the one in kent next time even if it is further away.

My dryer broke...so I was a first timer on Saturday morning and was unsure of what to expect! But your attendant was so nice...so helpful!! She made it quick, easy and saved me $ and time! I will definitely tell my friends that when you need a laundromat...this is the best place!!

I went to this laundromat for the first time to wash two king-sized comforters that would not fit in my regular washer and dryer at home. The attendant that worked on this Sunday morning was SO helpful. She told me which machine would fit both comforters in one load, helped me load money onto a laundry card and reminded me when my loads were done. She was very kind and helpful for this first timer and I appreciated it. Also, both the washer and dryer combined took less than an hour (about 50 min). The prices seemed higher than expected but then again I probably haven’t used a laundromat in about 10 years so my expectations could have been off? I will certainly be back next time I need laundering services!

The cleanness place to do laundry

Best laundry-mat weve used! Extremely clean, like so clean when you inevitably drop a sock or undies on the ground youre not totally disgusted. The attendant on was Terry and she was fantastic. She assisted us with washer size, soap amount, dryer timing, etc. She was busy wiping down machines and surfaces - something I truly appreciate.If we lived here, this would be or regular laundry place for sure. Thanks for the great service and facilities!

To the owner: Your employee Linda is absolutely amazing! She was extremely polite to everyone that came in. If they had a question, she had an answer. She helped an elderly couple and gave them tips on how to do the dryers sti they didnt have to bend. She had a smile on her face the entire time I was there. Honestly, her customer service was outstanding! She is truly an amazing woman!! She made everyone seem important! Shes a keeper!!!! I can honestly say that I enjoyed my trip to the laundromat! This is the only laundromat I have ever tried. I went there because it is the closest one to me and because I was specifically going to each and dry an oversized comforter that wouldnt fit in my machine at home and they advertised their jumbo machines. It was confusing to figure out the machines at first, and the attendant didnt always explain everything well. I dont like that I had to put money on a store card because not only is it using extra plastic, but the money I didnt use is locked in that card. I thought I would be able to pay the machine directly and only give it what was needed for that particular cycle.

The staff was eager to show me the way for my first real experience doing laundry away from home. I was able to relax and enjoy my pleasant wait as they guided me through the process. The service was quick and pleasant, no issues with wait time, clothing condition or comfort.

Our old washer went out, and delivery for the new one was a week out, so I journeyed to the laundromat for several loads that couldnt wait . This facility is not coin operated which was news to me. The attendant Scotti was patient and very professional, literally walking me through the process step by step, from how to load cash onto the laundry card to the load/cycle process. Thanks Scotti!! 😃

She was very helpful since it was my first time here. Helped pick the washer she also put in the soap and helped with the dryer. Place is very clean.

The only thing I can say is that the person in charge thought I was dumb and kept following me around to see what I was doing at the machines. She kept insisting that she had to show me what to do.

This is where I always do my laundry. The staff has always been friendly anytime Ive ever had a question. I havent to been a lot of different places to do my laundry so I cannot comment on whether or not the prices are low or high but, I can say it is cheaper than the laundry room in my apartment building.

I would give it 5 stars if they would; provide air conditioning for, their customers. Other than that. I come here once a month and love it here. Aside from, having to sit in my car with the A/C running to stay cool.

I have used their drop off service before and this time decided to do it myself. The woman who works there is extremely helpful and kind! I felt like she was doing most of the work for me! Also, the place is clean and that is of importance to me.

Ive been to a lot of laundry mats and this one is my favorite!! Its the cleanest Ive seen . And the prices r fair. I like how I dont have to go to the bank to get quarters ! Its all on a card. I like this place so much I drive like 15-20 min .. when i have multiple laundry mats like 5 min away .

The attendants are so nice and the place is clean, but the machines, especially the dryers, WREAK of smoke and almost a burnt smell. My laundry smells worse than when it was dirty, and I paid for that. Yikes.

Overall nice place before today I would come all the time but I prefer to go somewhere else for now on and the only reason why is Tracy, your employee had setup and talked about my washing to other people, which I did add a little too much detergent but no over flows and I felt that was unprofessional of an employee to do especially if am listening distance, but overall I have no complaints

Wow! What a new experience. big easy stuff machines, need a card, no quarters needed, great attendant helped us out. This is not the laundromat with half broken machines, 20 dollars in quarters needed, etc. this place rocks!!

The place is always clean and all of the different sizes of washing machines is great. I dont believe that they are particularly expensive within this industry, given that they seldom have a machine out of order. Highly recommended.

I WENT IN TO WASH MY CLOTHES TODAY PUT IN MY LIQUID DETERGENT. I GOT THERE BEFORE 10:15PM I SWIPED MY LAUNDRY CARD, WASHERS WERE LOCKED UP NO SIGN WAS POSTED THAT THE TIMER HAD CHANGED ON THE WASHERS. I INFORMED THE EMPLOYEE HE WAS NOT INFORMED EITHER ABOUT THE TIMER CHANGE ON THE WASHERS. SO I LOST A GREAT AMOUNT OF DETERGENT THAT LAUNDRY TIME WONT REPLACE FOR ME. I DID NOT GET MY LAUNDRY DONE THAT NIGHT. THEY NEED TO POST CLEARLY THE TIME THE LAST WASH IS BEFORE IT LOCKS UP. VERY INCONVENIENT. MY TIME, DETERGENT WASTED.

Im a regular customer. Im there every week. My last visit I put $10 on my card from credit card so this visit it said I had .77 left for this visit so I put $4 of cash on it. I had money left on it so ask the rudest employee for my money back and he wouldnt give it to me. I live in stow but I will not continue with this place any further. What a rip off!!!!! To add he was on his phone non stop than actually working. Talk about laziness.
