I contacted Simplex-IT twice for help on Office 365. I am already using 365 Outlook for our company and wanted to see about also using 365 for data storage and use with Office Access,On the first call John was good enough to talk with me about additional use of 365 for our business and on the second call, he asked me to hold for a minute while he talked with another tech in the office.Bob came on the line and after we talked for a couple of minutes he said that 365 was not the best solution for my data and he gave me some alternative equipment suggestions that would do a better job.On the first call I offered to pay for Johns time and there was no charge for either telephone call. I thanked Bob for helping me with my problem and he said that he was most interested in providing good service.This attitude and kind of service is rare today and I give the folks at Simplex-IT a huge round of applause for their excellent attitude and service!
