I would give zero Stars if I could going to report this place to the Better Business Bureau. My fiance just sat in their office for one hour with our child to take a drug test for a job, when they called her back they said she was unable to take a drug test because she had our kid with her when she sat in the office and checked in for over an hour. So they let my fiance check in with a child sit in the office and play with their toys. Then when it came time to test her they said they couldnt drug test her because she had a kid with her. Super Furious terrible place go somewhere else this place does not belong and stow it belongs in the pits of Akron. Go somewhere else. If youre a business using this terrible rude company to screen your employees please find a better more friendly location.

They asked me to sit in the blood drawing chair and wait but I had to grab an alcohol wipe and clean the blood from the previous patient off of the armrest myself. You can go fast but really need to clean between patients. I really regret not taking a picture, gross.

This place moved to Walgreens. The person who answered the phone there was presumptive and rude. Back to quest it is

First you need to update your address. Second get new staff. Nothing more fun then getting the opinion of the worker, when nobody asked what they think and their opinion doesnt matter and is very unprofessional

Not requiring masks at this location. I watched someone enter right before me with no mask, and I saw him leave with no mask. When I asked about it, they lied and said he had one. In case you’re wondering, nope...I’m not blind...and I can tell the difference between a mask and no mask. For company that provides medical services, including COVID testing, this is unacceptable. If they cant do this one thing, what else are they not doing right? I’ve been coming here for years, but never again. Stay safe people...stay away.

Went to Stow location..minimal wait.. lady at desk took specimen...very nice and professional..blood draw was painless....then....signed on portal for results..authentication questions were totally wrong ...portal locked me out and now I will have to wait a week or more for results.....would not use them again!

Went to the lab corp stow location at ten til close due to the fact they close at 430 and most people have jobs, the lady at the desk repeatedly said she was closing soon and asked if I can my lab order and i said yes my doctor from out of state sent it to my email and ill forward her the email but the lady was rude, said she didnt have time since I didnt have my order printed off or faxed over she refused to take me. I called another labcorp location to which the another lady told me there is absolutely no difference if it was printed off by email or faxed. It takes two seconds to forward a email and print it off.

I was used to waiting 45 min at UH lab for a blood draw, so I brought things to do. Nurse was fast, friendly, and competent. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes tops. It was painless, in more ways than one. Ill be coming here for all my labwork. I highly recommend.

The woman spoke very insulting and rude, but was good at the blood draw. Will not return to that lab again, life is hard enough out there right now.

Jennifer was my phlebotomist and she was so kind, courteous and talked to me during my blood draw to take my mind off of it! Easy experience!

I have had many blood tests at this location. I get blood tests every couple months and this location is close to my home. Every experience I have had has been a pleasant one. The techs are knowledgeable and always friendly. I never had any issues with my test results getting back to my doctors office. I will continue to get my blood tests at this location.

The lady at the desk is nice, funny and friendly with all the clients.

Called in with a few questions regarding my insurance coverage. The representative on the line was extremely rude, kept me on hold for a long time while I could hear personal conversations in the background about what she has to deal with on the phone. This is not a place I would even feel comfortable getting blood work done.

This lab is my favorite out of the 4 I have tried in Akron, Falls, and Stow. They are always quick without a lengthy wait, they have taken us up to within 15 minutes of closing time, theyre pretty painless and have not had to do multiple sticks, friendly, and have been helpful if I have forgotten an order, they have phoned the doctor for me, and the results get to the Dr.s office. That sums it up to a 5 star for me.

Never wait more than a few minutes - friendly staff - pain free experience. I get blood tests every 3 months. Highly recommend

Showed up to do my labs today and there was a notice on the door that the location was temporarily closed and directed to me Akron. Um, no Im on my way to work going the opposite direction. Had an appointment, they had my contact information, yet no one contacted me to advise me of the closure.I didnt want to give any stars but it wont let me post without it

If I could give them a zero star I would. Had to wait 40 mins and was still waiting after two weeks for my drug test results and still never got it. And because if this I lost my potential job opportunity because of this company and on one there seems to be able to help you.

Do not call their number! 1 minute after hanging up the phone with their automated system I began getting junk calls offering health insurance. Terrible!

If you are expecting to receive your results in a reasonable timetable, go somewhere else. They are the preferred lab for the company covering my testing, so i left my usual lab. Ill be going back and paying out of pocket to avoid going back here. It took 5 days to get my time sensitive routine lab results and they were very rude about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT LAB

The technician was absolutely lovely. Only poked me once and I barely felt it, and she conversed with me the whole time to keep me distracted when I was feeling anxious (I dont much care for needles). Fantastic service!!! Thank you!!!!

Unfortunately our experience with the representative from LabCorp (Stow, Oh) was less then satisfying, the representative seemed to be very disinterested in their job. It would be worth every second to drive 1000 miles out of my way, in order to NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!

Was told their office closed an hour before lunch. When I got there they stated they stopped doing drug screenings an hour before they go on lunch. What a joke.

Find another LabCorp. Super rude employees. Also dont seem to know what theyre doing as far as doctors and insurance. I even called ahead the second time to make sure everything was in order before coming. They tried to send me away and took another hour to get everything sorted.

Awfully rude front desk lady with the brunette hair! Even yelled at my dermatologist over the phone after my dermatologist insisted that I have to get my lab orders filled today! Don’t waste your time! Then told me I was frazzled for calling my dermatologist to make sure I get them filled and then she began yelling at my dr telling her to stop treating her like a 12 year old! Super unprofessional here, will drive 100 miles before I ever go back

I have went here for years. I have been here a few times this month. This time when I went in I was treated differently. They announced very loudly that they couldn’t read my name because of my handwriting. Then she kept asking me if I have been here before. Which I answered yes to a few times. I’m very disappointed on the service today.

Awful. All the way around. They never did send my lab results to my dr. I was able to get them off their corporate portal eventually. My dr needed them prior to scheduling a follow up appointment, so this delayed the entire process. I had to send them to my dr myself. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. If this is your first time there, I would plan to PHYSICALLY OBTAIN YOUR RESULTS yourself to send along to your dr.

Went there at 7:30 am when they opened to get a drug screen. Ended up leaving at 8:00am with nothing. Nobody ever came to open the office and there was a line waiting at the door. Ridiculous!

Super rude front desk employees, but the person who actually administered my test was very nice.
