This is a great place.. I love the service here. I sent a pic of my daughter nails. First time she got her nails and pedicure and now she loves it. The service is great. Prices are like their competitors. I informed them I am a diabetic they appreciate being informed and they did a wonderful safe job.

I just love this place because they are a Christian nail salon! There is no shrine in here! I hate seeing those shrines of Buddha in Nail shops! I am not bowing to no foreign god but to the Owner of the Whole Universe JEHOVAH! Jesus is God! Amen!

Ive used this salon for years. I have tried other salons closer to home recently but came back here because the people are so friendly and the service is great.

When i moved from Atlanta I was looking for a place to get my nails done. I went to 3 different places and no one wss nice. I came here and they were so friendly and welcoming. Im big on customer service! They welcomed me with open arms. They made sure my nails was just the way I liked them. I appreciate them and will always use their business.

The lady who did my nails did a fantastic job and I paid exactly what was written on the board. Will definitely go back.

My favorite is Tina because she always does such a fabulous job and is so easy to talk to but I would use any technician there as they have all been so great in my experience. I have been visiting Ruby Nails for two years now and I dont plan on switching any time soon!

This is my second time coming. I tried another shop in the area but my gel polish started lifting after two days. I explained to Antwan that buffing my nails again would cause pain discomfort since the shop before filed too much. He was nice enough to listen and my nails came out great! I even got compliments at work. This may be my new nail shop😍

I came in for a pedicure and a acrylic nail soak off. I got a pedicure here and it was ok. But I usually get acrylic on my big toes and they lady told me I couldn’t get it because I didn’t need it. I NEEDED A FILL IN you could see the cracks in my nails and one was lifting. So finally I told he I would not let her put polish over them if they did not get done. So another lady comes and fills in my acrylic for me. Then the lady who was supposed to soak my nails off says she’s going to do it the quick way and starts tearing my nails off. She even look one off with my nail bed!I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. EVER.

I used to come to this place all the time but it has changed. They took such a long time getting to me and messed up my pedicure and my moms manicure. The staff is also really rude and not apologetic at all.

I called Tammie early this morning and she told me to come in at 2pm. I got there at 2 and I had to wait 30 minutes before she even started soaking my nails and then when I told her something was wrong she looked at me like I did something wrong and had an attitude about it I will never be bringing my business back to Ruby nails again.

Unprofessional experience. I really liked my nails the first time, so I went back a second time. The lady had put new acrylics on my nails, and a Karen comes in and starts fussing at her about how when she called she was told that she would be serviced immediately.The lady doing my nails couldn’t handle the confrontation, so she stopped doing my nails and started doing the Karen’s nails. I was left waiting without anyone else available, so I asked for solution to take the acrylics off and left. Very disappointed.

The men who did my SNS nails and pedicure did a great job and my nails look great. My only complaint is that my cuticles took a beating during the SNS and he did not clean up my nails afterwards so there’s a little mess on my fingers and around the cuticles. Not many SNS colors to choose from but I always go neutral which is typically always available everywhere. Other than that I would visit this salon again. It was recommended to me by a colleague and I would recommend it to others. Everyone was professional and friendly, even other clients.

I walked in and I was not greeted. I took a seat at the front and no one asked me what I needed done. I saw a few employees look my way but no one approached me or acknowledged me so I walked out. Very unprofessional.

I don’t get my nails done very often but when I do THIS is my salon. I’ve been coming to them for a little over a year now and I’ve never had one problem with them. Staff I always very friendly, I’ve NEVER had to wait for help, and the ladies (and gentlemen) always do a very nice job. Never had any problems with the nails afterwards so I believe they use high-quality products, also cheaper prices than other salons nearby. I’d completely recommend them to anybody!

Ive been coming to Miss Tinas nail salon since I was little -- probably around 10 years now! They treat my family as their own which is so nice. Antwan is by far the best if youre looking for acrylic or SNS. All of the other employees do a good job if they take their time. Pedicures are always amazing here. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment because they do get pretty busy.

I absolutely love the people at Ruby Nails! They are so kind and professional and always do a great job from simple polish to SNS. They recently upgraded to a new pedicure system and its 100% worth the try!

I used to love this place. Theyve just gone downhill. It was 91° and no air conditioning on, when I told them I couldnt handle staying there in the heat, they hurriedly closed the doors and turned the air on, no problem, I stayed, I shouldnt have! I had a pedicure and a fill-in, I left with dead skin peeling off my feet and my nails not buffed! I didnt even try to get them to fix it, I give up on them. I wont be back.

Listen... this place is very hit or miss, and when they miss they MISS. One thing is for sure they have the WORST customer service. Be prepared to wait for much longer than your told, and if you ever go in for a repair... you will be last priority. Taking my service to Eagle Nails across the street by Publix—they are consistent in quality and great customer service, just a few dollars more.

This is by far the nicest ladies in the area. The atmosphere is relaxing and great for a total pamper session. One of the most thorough pedicures Ive ever received!

Ive been coming here for years. I get my nails, feet, and eyebrows done. I am never unsatisfied with the results or any of the techs. I never ask for anyone specific as they all do a great job. They are friendly, professional, and talented. I live a good 25 minutes away now and pass so many nail salons but I still drive all the way to Ruby Nails.The only downside is that they do get very busy so the wait depends on how many people are ahead of you. However even when they are busy, they dont rush through when serving you which is what I love. You may have to wait, but to me, thats better than having them rush and do a poor job just to get more people in and out.

The actually do great work. But the customer service is lacking. When I made an appointment I still had to wait. So I didnt the following visit and sit there almost 45 minutes due to others having an appointment.

They show respect, teamwork, and excellent customer service no matter what time of day during their open hours and 7 days a week to all of their customers! I have been going there for over 10 years along with my daughter ( who lives on the other side of town and still comes down here) Even when they are slammed they get the job done! I LOVE Antoine!! He gave me, by far, the BEST SNS french manicure Ive had!! His work is the BEST and I will continue to drive there for my nails even though I will pass easily 15 other nail salons.

I didnt like the when the staff talk among themselves in their language and do not pay attention to my nails! One lady did it so fast that the nail polish was not drying from too many coats on and then they had to keep retouching it. It was not evenly filed and I didnt like the way they looked for my Christmas party!

The have the BEST prices! Staff is always accommodating and my nails always look good when they are done. Helen and Antoine are the bomb! Sometimes their chatter is a little unorthodox but who cares, the nails speak for themselves. This is coming from someone who had gone to the upscale places around ATL and paid the big bucks for nails service, been disappointed and came right back home to Ruby to get them fixed and done right. For the money and the precision, you cant beat it. Headed there now!! :-)

Received a terrible SNS yesterday From number 8. The guy at the end towards the bathroom. He cut my hands and my nails are all different lengths. The sns is lumpy and he was obviously rushing. He didn’t even let my nails dry before telling me I was done. Never going back, even for them to attempt fixing.

Just moved to this area and tried this nail shop because it was close to Smoothie King. BIG MISTAKE! I went to get my nails done and the male nail tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ive never had a nail tech be so rough when handling my hands. He was literally squeezing my fingers. I would recommend requesting one of the other techs if you choose to go to this location. Lets just say I WILL NOT BE BACK.

My nail tech (Nga) who did my red to black ombre acrylic nails for Halloween is really sweet and talented. Even giving recommendations for other styles that would suit the customer :) Its my first time there and I was not disappponted. Now I have beautiful nails to go with my costume!

Poor sanitation

I just got my nails done and had a very average bad nail salon experience. I went in with my mom and we did not get sat together. I got gel polish and the color i picked was not the color she gave me, it was a similar color. I have some discoloration on one of my finger nails from where i closed it in a door and im still able to see it through the pain job. Finally when she was putting lotion on my hands she was very ruff with it and it hurt kind of.

Waited an hour, just for a fill in. I was still not serviced. Too many people that came in after me were serviced, and didnt even sign in. I will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else.

The first time my daughter and I went to Ruby Nails Salon was the Friday before Easter. I expected a long wait due to the holiday. The ladies were very apologetic about the wait. I got a gel manicure and my daughter had her nails and toes polished. The staff was very friendly so I planned to return. Two weeks later, my daughter and I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon. Once again they were busy but not as busy as the first time we visited. I opted to get a pedicure and my daughter got her nails and toes polished. I waited about 20 mins before I was placed in the pedicure chair. Once I was in the pedicure chair, I waited another 20-30 mins before a technician started my pedicure. My daughter, however, was only getting a polish and she waited an hour for this to be done. Other people came in after us and they were serviced before my daughter. After noticing this I asked the technician when my daughter would be serviced. She replied, “Ohhh the others had appointments”. I seriously doubted that everyone walking into the establishment had an appointment. I do, however, think customers are serviced based on what salon services they are getting. My daughter was only getting a polish to her toes and nails so I guess that wasn’t a high a priority or a highly profitable service to the nail technicians. After spending two hours in the nail salon for my pedicure and my daughters polish to be applied, we finally leave. Later that evening, my daughter advises me that the polish on her nails was gone. To my dismay her nail polish was completely gone as if it had been cleaned with nail polish remover. I had never seen anything like that before.The next day we returned to the shop to let them know what happened. My daughter didn’t even have her nail polish on for an hour and it was completely gone. Once we arrived, as usual, they were busy. In fact, so busy, no one greeted us when we walked in the door. My daughter and I sat and waited. Another lady and her kids walked in the door, no greeting from the nail technicians. After having sat for ten minutes with no acknowledgement from the Staff, I got up and walked towards the door. Then I was stopped and asked what service did I want. I proceeded to let the lady know that my daughters nail polish came off in less than an hour after leaving the nail salon. She then says, Oh, we’re busy can you come back?We will NOT be back. If you value GOOD Customer Service and quality products take your money and business elsewhere.

Owner was rude and terrible to an unsatisfied customer. He was arguing with her all the way out the door. Poor girl. Wont come back. Bad look for management

I went here yesterday with my daughter for our first mother daughter mani pedi. Pros-very clean. The polish looks good and my daughters flowers on her nails look great. They obviously remember their regulars and treat them well.Cons-long wait time. Not enough technicians. There was no massage with the deluxe spa pedi. A customer left while I was there because she felt others were put at the nail counter ahead of her and the staff talked abour her for 10 minutes after she left. Overall it was OK, but we will be looking for another place for our next girl day.

First time: Got the works for my Va-k, got one shoulder massaged - and not very well at that. Leg massage - not really. They did the mani and pedi at same time; not relaxing at all as the gel drying machine kept going off and I had to keep hitting it; felt like a pretzel, this hand crossing over that one while this foot in, that foot out, blah, blah, blah. With all that, the french mani-pedi came out pretty good.Second time: I opted to get mani-pedi one at at time. Found out that all of the ladies aret good - went for the french again, asked that only one nail be cut down, they were not as long as they usually are and I wanted to keep the length one the rest. When she put on the white tip and it was almost 2/3s, if not more of my nails which were not that long to begin with, asked that they be made more narrow. Ok, she did that, then I saw that they were crooked, she tried to fix them and could not get it right. She asked another lady to try, she couldnt fit them either and asked if I wanted to try - jokingly - really? Then the first one, in an attempt to fix them CUT THE SIDE OF A FEW OF MY NAILS OFF - WTF!!! I said forget it and went for a plain color. To get the gel off she buffed the top of my nails off thereby thinning the nails. Can you say not a good idea!!!!Proceded to get the pedi with another lady, who knew what she was doing and did a great job. Meanwhile the first lady did the single color (which I took off when I got home) and proceeded to massage ONE shoulder. When I got home I noticed that all of my nails had been filed down to the top of my fingers. Not happy!!!!Third time - I got a few recommendations from some of the ladies there and will give this place one last try.I must say that these women WORK VERY HARD. They work 7 days a week!!! and very long hours and they still dont seem to make a decent living. The place is clean and attractive, the ladies are very nice, but you need to find the ones that will give you consistent well-done job. There is a man there, I think his name is Tuk and I will give him a try, but 3 strikes and theyre out.
