I love working out with family & friends, and p3 gives me the opportunity to do that. The trainers are always encouraging and open to give any advice and knowledge about workouts, nutrition, supplements etc. Plus, they can modify any exercise to fit your level of fitness. I have been doing p3 for 2 years and do not regret trying it. I can always count on p3 to give me a good workout!!! Highly recommend it to anyone.
