My apartment community recently transitioned to Dojo Networks as our WiFi management company and I couldnt be more happy. The switch over was seamless. Tech service is quick and on point. My overall service has improved since they took over. Keep up the good work Dojo!

They’re not good. i don’t think i would call them good, but i would call them bad. they are bad. outages often. sadness often. i want to watch people live in the wilderness right now but i can’t because Dojo Networks has had their eleventh outage in the 25 days of July. we have a rabbit here. no wifi. no connection. no thing. nothing.

Dojo is who our apartment gave us as the internet provider. I work from home so I upgraded to the 200 MBPS network speed. I did a speed test today at 3 PM and my device was at 6 mbps speed. I even tested it again and got 2 mbps. Living room the speed is doable, but my room next store the wifi is awful and i can’t even attend meetings without it cutting out.I pay $50 extra a month to get 2 mbps of speed. Awful company.

I have been s customer with Dojo since 2017. I just spent a pleasant hour with the guys in technical support as they once again fix a problem for me .All system have problems at times, but not all system have professionals that are present, efficient and kind. I am happy to recommend them.If you are looking for real people doing and great job these are your guys.Oct 4, 2021I just want to add to this review .I had another problem so I call .It wasnt typical and as it turned out it wasnt Dojo equipment but my router .They worked with me for 2 hrs and even sent a guy out to fix the problem.Cheerfully .You just dont see customer service like that much anymore and I am Happy to say these guys are the BEST!

Our complex has been using Dojo Networks for a little over a year now and were very happy with them. The initial transition was very smooth, installation was quick and residents had no down time. Setting up and deactivating residents is also a very easy process, and they have 24/7 customer support, which is great. The price is reasonable and residents are given the option to upgrade if needed.

Somehow, they always blame the internet being down on a “car accident.” Internet cannot even stretch from the router in the living room to my room which is about 20 feet away. Currently using cellular data to type this review LOL. I’m sure someone is going to comment telling me to call support, but calling just leads to an unhelpful automated message.

Was having issues with setting up my router in the apartment and had a technician from Dojo come out within 30 minutes and had the router running almost instantly. Super helpful on the phone and in person. Highly recommend using them.

One of the worst network company i ever seen. i believe the rest of the people who gave 5 stars to them are their relatives.edit: funny that they even background check me. sounds like you can solve everything but cant solve single thing.

Got an email saying we need to disable our router and that we are not allowed to have one. We have lived there for 15 months and no one ever said we had to connect to the complexes Wi-Fi. Got a nasty email after all this time and it had a password for the complex. The first time I have ever heard of any of this and the first time we got a password. They say they will block our router if we dont disable it. Shame I like my place and the internet has been good. My rental agency will lose a loyal customer because of this.

I had an issue with the service and they have been very responsive with my request to fix the streaming issue I was having. The in-person technical support was great but the initial online support was lacking. So, 4/5

Very helpful. With online college classes this year, our old wifi wasnt cutting it and my 4 roommates and I couldnt all do our classes in our apartment. Dan M helped me find our problem and fix our wifi very quickly.

Miss one payment and they say theyre gonna shut off your entire internet even though the base level is provided for free with the apartment. I get taking it down to the base level or stopping the upgraded service but getting rid of all of it just because you are fighting with the bank on a deposit you put in on Friday is ridiculous.

We have DOJO Internet service in several of our apartments in Downtown State College (Penn State). Their Internet speeds are as advertised. Their fiber Internet backhaul is far superior to typical ISPs. They are proactive with customer service and able address any issues in a reasonable time frame. Students are happy with Dojo’s Internet service, we get very few complaints. We also have their Internet at our offices so I can personally attest that their Internet speeds and uptime are excellent. Considering they provide Internet service to thousands of students, the few bad reviews on this google review site is definitely not indicative of the experience we have had with their service.

Dojo Networks provides internet and managed Wi-Fi for most of the properties in my organizations portfolio. They have phenomenal customer service and work directly with us to provide the best experience for our residents and make customer service a priority. If you are looking for an internet provider, I highly recommend them! Great value, and great service!

Would rate 0/5 stars if possible. My apartment supplies the internet service and recently switched to Dojo. Now I can’t even stream without losing connection on every other device. Not to mention, the port to connect is in the absolute worst location inside my apt. Dojo sucks!! It keeps booting me on multiple devices and refreshing the connection which should NOT be happening.

The company is unwilling to admit that they have severe network saturation problems at peak hours, which makes streaming and gaming impossible and makes even browsing and sending e-mails difficult.If you call for support on the issue, they say theyre going to elevate your service request to higher support and that you will be kept updated though phone call or email. Generally, you never receive any updates, but if you do itll be an e-mail saying your ticket has been resolved multiple hours later when their network is no longer saturated.I suggest not renting from anyone that had Dojo Networks/getwireless supplied as part of your rent. It is just a way to gouge you to pay more in rent for no usable service.PS: I also only have 1 ethernet port in my whole apartment, which is between the front windows and the heating board in the living room. Not only is it a fire hazard to have wires near the heater, but the wi-fi is even worse than directly hooking up into the wall.

Truly some of the worst internet I have ever had to deal with. Abysmal upload and download speeds, everything I stream looks like a powerpoint presentation. Absolute sham that a company can charge money to provide this service.

For the last month the average speed has been .25 to 1.5 Mbps in the evening. Two tickets have been submitted, but it seems to simply be a case of Dojos business expanding while leaving their capability behind. I would recommend any other network over theirs, as other reviews are all too accurate

Support was incoherent from the start. Submitted a ticket a month earlier, but support wasnt able to help because I wasnt registered despite knowing my address. Later had the ticket dropped because the reference number provided to me was a T number not a N number, whatever that means. They managed to drag the issue on for a month and Im still waiting for them to even identify the problem.Speeds are slow and extremely inconsistent, you wont be able to stream video on a single device during peak hours. Also I experienced straight up network drops for hours multiple times the past month.If possible Id choose any other ISP.

The only reason I am giving this horrible service one star is because I cannot post it with zero stars. If you are living in an apartment that provides Dojo, be ready to spend a little extra money on a competent provider like Verizon or Comcast. May be another expense, but its about the value, not the price. Dojo is DoNO.

Quite frankly the worst WIFI experience I have ever had. Ive never experienced a powerpoint taking upwards of 20 minutes to download. DOJO, if you care about your customers experience PLEASE fix these slow speeds. I have never heard of internet this bad in the year 2019.

Pay for 100mbps, get 1-10 mbps. No router provided. Youre at the mercy of this company. If this is an apartments only wifi provider, find a new apartment.

So upset with this company. My apartment just switched to Dojo. The internet never ever works. I have asked to fix it to the support team since the last month. I have contacted several times and several hours, but still not working. The tech came just once and could not fix it. Some of the supporters said please wait and 20 min later, just hung up?! Can you believe I live without the internet for A MONTH?! Why Google doesnt have 0 star. Stupid

There is no support. I was on the phone for 2 hours with nobody answering.**Updated to 2 stars because they fixed the issue but here is why the rating is still low:- I understand there can be high call volumes, but a company touting 24/7 online/phone support should be able to handle this. 2 hour call times is completely unacceptable.- They told me they would give me updates. Untrue, I had to email for a status update.- The service is wonky. Sometimes the wifi speeds are good, other times my Skype calls get dropped. Why is this an issue when the service is literally supposed to handle building wide wifi?
