Regarding the previous 1 star review. That happened under the former ownership. The assets and name of VideoMagic1 were sold to a different owner in 2014.

This is definitely a review rooted in delayed anger and from a former employee.I was hired to do administrative work. Unbeknownst to me, the owner didnt tell his wife and I experienced hostility from his wife and the former employee that I replaced...who was hanging around.I received an Applebees gift card as an apology for the wifes misplaced anger.I then received a phone call from the husband the day after New Years in 2010. I was expecting to be told when to come into the office, and instead was let go over the phone. I was told there wasnt enough funds to keep me on. I told him I understood, but it left me in crisis mode. It was just after the holidays and I needed the money.I guess they forgot that I had items at the office, so I stop by the next day to get them. Lo and behold! The former employee that I had replaced was rehired! The owners saw me, went into their offices, and closed the door! No hello. No explanation. No thank you for your work.Months later they saw me hustling at a restaurant and had the absolute gall to say that they were so happy seeing me do so well. They left a horrible tip.I am doing quite well now in my current position and I use my experience at this place of infancy business over and over again as a cautionary tale of leaderships failure to develop a healthy work culture based off clear communication and transparency and understood ethics and values.
