I have been going to the same H&R Block office to do my taxes for the last twelve years and it is always great. I wouldnt have my taxes done with anyone else. The people there are always nice and professional and get my taxes done very quickly on the computer. They are great! I hope they continue to be there and I will keep getting my taxes done with them every year! I even convinced my mom to go and have them do her taxes for her, even though she already knew how to fill out the forms and knew everything. They answered her question quickly and were very nice and professional about it. So, thank you for helping us out!

It was super fast and easy! Overall nice place and doesnt cost to much. Easier than being a college student attempting tax filing on my own.

My preparer, Glenn Freeman, was curteous, knowledgable, and very helpful with any questions I had. As I have been having Mr. Freeman prepare my taxes for the past several years, and because he has been consistently helpful, etc., I will continue to return to H&R Block to have him prepare my taxes.

TL;DR: Find someone else to do your taxesI went the H&R Block at 806 Mississippi Hwy 12 to file my taxes for the first time. Initially I was wasnt satisfied with the customer service because my representative kept telling me, We will see whenever I asked him a question about fees or the refund amount. I filed within the first week of April, by the 8th the IRS had sent my taxes back to H&R Block with a discrepancy. I wasnt informed that my taxes were in limbo until June when I called asking why I havent gotten a refund from federal or state taxes. No one ever attempted to contact me! The manager was nice and attempted to wave all the H&R Block fees, but that still left me in a bad way. I had planned on having a nice refund but instead I OWED money to the IRS. As a low income college student this was devastating. I had bills piling up and I had to redo my Fafsa which really hurt the money I was going to get for school.
