Best gym!! I used to weight train and I wasn’t getting the whole package (training + cardio) mainly cause I was trying to do it by myself. In a gym with others and trainers constantly pushing you is def. the move! It’s affordable & fun :) 10/10 recommend,, especially if you’re looking for something different but still beneficial to you + your health :)

LOVE THIS PLACE! The instructors are so nice and always push me to do my best. I get a killer workout and burn a ton of calories for a 50 minute class. I have gotten 3 other friends to join and they love it just as much as me. I would recommend it to anyone!

I love attending the classes, I try to go 3 days a week and the classes are a great way to mix up your gym routine or a good way to be able to start a routine up as all you have to do is show up and not worry with planning your own workout. Great cardio, circuits and bag work, 10/10 recommend.

I moved to Starkville a couple months ago and I was searching for a place to relieve stress from being in a professional program. After a long day in the classroom I could not ask for a better place to go release stress, anger, or even to add to a great day! The trainers are wonderful along with the people that attend classes! It’s a friendly, go at your own pace, nonjudgmental atmosphere! The hours are perfect. I can always make it to a class! I love this gym and plan on being a member until I graduate!
