I went and got my phone fixed and and a crack appeared in the screen the same night I went and took it back the next day and they replaced my screen and screen protector that was great. A week later the same crack in the same exact spot re appeared and I took it back to them thinking it was a crack in the gator glass that they recommended but I was told my screen was cracked underneath , I hadn’t dropped or damaged my phone in any way since it was last fixed but I was told I would have to pay $200 plus tax again to get my phone screen fixed they only offered $20 off because the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage. I don’t understand why I would be charged the cost of a whole screen because of a defect in their screens because there is no way it should be a crack in this brand new screen especially with the screen protector.

I shattered my phone on the job and needed a new screen ASAP. The staff at both locations (Starkville and West Point) helped me out in my time of need! Great staff and amazing turnaround on my phone. Couldnt have been more thankful for the Gators team!

This is the cheapest repair place in Starkville. I have a 11 ProMax and everywhere else I went to get my phone fixed was almost 500 dollars to do it. Gator only charged me 200 dollars. They are the best. Everything is neat and professional.

Went to get my screen fixed and the tech ended up making the phone unresponsive. Did not pay for the service, obviously, but was offered to pay for the price of the screen and they would take the phone for two weeks and see if they could fix what they messed up. No thanks! Wouldn’t recommend

Brought in my iphone 7 to have the cracked screen fixed. They somehow messed up my home button to where it was unusable. Then they put in a new home button that still messes up and charged me an extra 40 dollars to fix a problem they caused. The home button is still messed up and doesnt work half the time i press it. Il be taking my phone somewhere else. Unprofessional and charged me extra to fix a problem they made. I suggest going somewhere else.

The best phone repair store in the Starkville area. I was in and out within minutes after having my iphone x screen replaced. The cost was surprisingly low and the quality of the screen they used is as good as apple quality.

My laptop fell off my very high bed in my dorm and the screen wouldnt turn on at all, and I thought that Id have to get a new laptop, or at least a new screen. I took my laptop here and they were very nice and friendly and told me that theyd have my free estimate the next morning. About half an hour later they called with the estimate to fix it (which was $30 less than Best Buy would charge to look at it) and that itd be ready the next day! Great service, very professional and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have an LGG2 Verizon phone. I had my phone 4 days and dropped it on the face of it and it cracked the screen. I thought this place could fix it. I brought my phone in and paid for the services up front. Like I said I only had the phone 4 days. It was brand new. Well after they had my phone for a week I went to pick it up, well my phone was far from fixed. They tried to blame it on the adhesive they use but I have since called several other places, including Verizon, and was informed that they just simply did not do it right. They kept my phone another week for absolutely nothing. You can look under my screen it is NOT in my phone correctly, probably because it looks like they tried to pry the old screen out with a screw driver. I am now having to purchase a new phone because they have messed it up to the point that another screen cannot be put in. All four edges of my phone was COVERED in scratches. They refused even a partial refund, even though they damaged my phone. I have spoke to two or three people who have used them and apparently had the exact same problems. They give poor service, and even worse customer service. I would NOT take any device I dont plan on having to completely replace back to these people! Do your research before entrusting this business with anything you plan to continue using!Owner or whatever rude person representing Gators how about you READ my review. Never asked for a cracked screen warranty. You could look clearly under my screen. You do crap repair work and have even worse customer service. I recommend everyone I come in contact with to steer clear of your piss poor business. Hopefully itll go under soon so people dont have to tolerate such ignorance.

I couple of years ago I took my Blackberry here because it wouldnt turn on. I asked the guy how much it would cost and he said he wasnt sure and that he had to figure out what was wrong with it first. That was totally understandable and I didnt mind that. When I came back my phone was on and working. I asked the guy what was wrong with it, he said he didnt know, hadnt really looked at it and had just left it plugged in overnight and it turned on. I assumed that I would be paying him $10 or so, just for his time and I wouldve been fine with that. However, he charged me over $30 just to plug my phone in, and a week later it started doing the same thing. I know its just $30, but as a broke college student, that couldve bought me a lot of groceries. I wont be going back.

Excellent service! They fixed my broken screen, and a month later I had some other problems occur with my home button not working. Not only did they fix my home button but they replaced my screen again because they noticed a default in it, all free of charge! I couldnt be more satisfied and would definitely recommend them highly!!

Wow, I was going to bring my computer in, but after reading these reviews I dont think I will. I only gave three stars because there were no 3 or 4 star ratings so far. I called these guys several months ago about my phone and the guy on the phone seemed irritable... Id just assumed he was having a bad day. Guess not😯 Man, Im glad I read these reviews. Id rather do business locally, but going to take a pass this time.

My son, who lives overseas and was here visiting took his iPad 2 here to have the screen replaced. I had been there when a man named Rick worked there and was very pleased and had sent lot of customers to them. My son made three trips trying to get the work done properly and it never was fixed. He was charged $100 plus tax and NO offer was made for even a partial refund. He had the iPad repaired in Huntsville, Ala. where he was working and they fixed it right the first time. The owner said he would personally take care of any future repairs I might have and give me a discount. Well, he wont have to bother because I will never go there again and never send them anymore customers. Money is more important to the owner than good will for the customers!! This was in April 2015 when my son had this bad experience here.

My husband and I went in on June 22nd to get our screens on our iPhone 5cs fixed. It is now less than 2 weeks from then and both screens have cracked! The same day it was fixed mine already had a small scratch on it and I had done nothing to it to make that happen! I think the materials they are using are cheap knock-offs. If they were using good material and putting it on properly There is no reason our screens should already be cracked. When I called to see if there was anything they could do the guy that answered the phone was very smart with me and said there was nothing they could do.

I went in 20 min before closing on a Saturday and was greated cheerfully! I had a messed up screen on an iPhone and it was fixed and like new in 15 min!! Plus they had the best price of any of the other repair places in town! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I brought my phone in with what I thought was a simple repair. I had a broken screen and just needed it replaced. I already had the replacement. They were slow to repair it and when they did the SIM card was no longer recognized. The employees running the shop were disorganized, they took more than a week to try to fix the SIM card problem (couldnt figure it out) and the the owner, William refused to compensate me for having broken my phone or even reimburse me for the $50 screen repair.The headache wasnt worth arguing more with them. I bought a new phone and an intense looking case and screen protector.I would never go back to these people.tl;dr They broke my phone and refused to reimburse me or replace it

DO NOT ORDER INTERNET SERVICE FROM THIS HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS (Starkville)Over two months ago I called and set up service for a family friend. We were informed of the process and all needed steps in terms of payments, installation, and products that were coming with the service. First problem was the installation happened at my friends home and the service stopped working the same day. The free Firestick was not delivered on that day either. So I called the company and was told that it was a dealer issue...fine! I called, requested a call back never got one for the last three months. In the meanwhile, service issues continued and then finally it just went off. I called yet again because they are older adults and was told the whole internet system has a issue and also they hadn’t taken a payment because of a billing error requiring them to double bill...yet again fine. Another month goes by and it becomes slower and slower, called spoke with Mark waited month for a return phone call. Fast forward to today, my friends let the service go because one it never worked properly and they never got the products associated with it. Requested to speak to William directly at this point because I yet again encounter Mark who sincerely seemed upset over the matter but yet couldn’t explain why for more than a month he could not return my call that I requested for information in regards to the issue. Repeatly, I was addressed as a Ms when I am Mister and he comes back and tells me without a doubt William will not talk to me in regards to issue and no one can explain to me why none of the billing or the products were ever right. Normally, I do not bring race into the conversation but this is one of those times when I will do so. As an African Americans household that ordered this service and made repeated phone calls about it, it shows the respect and care he has for his customers. As a man, after repeatly stating name and still being disrespected as a female, it shows they do not listen. These glowing reviews can truly make you think you are dealing with a respectable business do not be fooled. I was going to waste my precious time with a drive over to request the products in person but it is not even worth that. This is a permanent record of the horrible service and customer service in regards to Gators. And I see the stellar replies you give bad reviewers. I stay ready for disrespect as you have shown today by not coming to the phone to deal with a customer directly and sending Mark back to tell me you would not speak to me. Happen to take my phone in one day guy fixed it just fine. Came in few months later and a new guy is working . I trust him to fix my phone. I get it back and half the screen is blurry like its a faulty screen. So once again I take it back and then when I get the phone back its completely broke. Screen Ill not come on or anything. The little pins on the motherboard where the video cables plug in are all bent

The staff there was very helpful and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my phone and what needed to be done. Theyre prices are also great and they help you in anyway they can.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I was having revit issues on my pc. I had recently updated my pc to the newest version of windows 10. Revit wasnt compatible with that version. To preface this the day prior I was having the same problem and called Microsoft customer support. Microsoft support temporarily solved my problem however the next day revit would not open. Unfortunatly, autodesk custumer service only takes calls Monday thru Friday 6am-6pm. Luckily, Richard at Gator Computers in Starkville helped me. He stayed an hour and a half after closing to help me. Even offered to loan me a computer if he couldnt get revit to work on mine. Amazingly, after an hour and a half he got revit to run on my computer, something I didnt think was gonna happen till Monday. I highly recommend Richard at Gator Computers, he did an amazing job at solving my computer issues. Best customer service I experienced through this whole situation

Best service Ive found from a computer repair place

Brought my phone in to a guy named William a couple weeks ago. Everything seemed fine until I got my phone back and went home. When I got back home my phone stopped working completely. I took the phone to Apple and they said that whoever installed the screen did a horrible job and was sloppy. I asked him how they could mess it up if it looked fine. He told me most companies like these dont have any training and can leave out screws and other necessary parts. Also I took a Business card and the guy William Kirk gave his own company a fake review on google. Hopefully google will take down his false reviews since I have had them reported for conflict of interest.
