Very professional and love the work! Easy to book appointments and walk in if needed. Have been using them for a while and have not been disappointed at all. I get lots of compliments on my hairstyles.

The managers Linda cut my hair she did an excellent job I told her how I wanted my hair cut I showed her a picture of a style I liked and she cut it just like the picture I always go to smart style now thanks to Ms. Linda shes nt styles

They are very unprofessional and talking bad about other employees and the terrible job they did on other clients. One acted like a little girl when my wife finally agreed to let her do highlights after she had been pestering her about how good it would look for 20 minutes. We then found out she had no idea how to do it... I asked for a simple hight and tight and like everyone else in this town, I got a fade. 😠

I walked in on Black Friday and received immediate service, and a great haircut.

Linda is fast, fun, and warmly welcoming to ALL. She has great conversation and and she is quick but not rushed when styling hair. And my hair came out soft,flowing, and smelling great (they use nice products).

Highly unrecommended. The girl Kimthat did my hair was an absolute sweetheart! With that being said I stayed in this salon all day long!! From 12-4:30 or 5:00! She cut my hair and put highlights in.. my problem was with the wait mainly. But I paid 132.00 dollars and my hair looks the same way it did before. I also got my eyebrows waxed while I was there which she didnt tell me was gonna cost 10$ more! Then finally I got my hair braided after it was all done I got 4 cornrows on the side! I think she charged me 15.00. Anyways my problem is I paid 132.00$ for barley any color change.. then I get home to see my hair is gapped up... So I had to even it out... Im not saying this to bash them but my Experience was terrible. I wont be back.

Decent price for location. Quality of haircuts arent great, sometimes straight out bad. Had crooked bangs because I wasnt willing to lose anymore hair.

One of the worst experiences ever! I have natural hair and this was the first time straightening my hair, so I called and asked if they did natural hair, they said yes. First, the lady that was doing my hair was really rough with my head, by the time she finished washing my hair my neck was killing me. Second, when she blow dried my hair she didn’t use the comb piece to the dryer so when my hair dried it was super tangled and dry. Third, she tried to detangle my hair while it was dry and she burnt me at least three times. I told her to stop and I’ll just pay for the wash, so I left with half of my hair halfway done and I’m sure I have heat damage.

Well first off giving two stars for the friendly ladies but the bad part was having someone who has apparently just graduated cosmetology school cut your hair and you have to show her how to finish your cut. Not mad at her she has to learn somehow but not on my head need to train staff properly.

Never get a haircut here. I got a terrible cut and then waited 1 hour for them to fix it and I still had 5 people in front of me. I left my name and number and the manager never called me. All they told me was we have a 1-800 number you can call. I rate this place -10.
