I took in my wifes car for what I thought needed a total break overhaul and was expecting to pay an arm and a leg. Instead, they fixed only what needed to be repaired and the car stops much better than before.

I am a student at Mississippi State University. Was suggested by another business to come get work done on my window. My window needed a regulator. The window had fallen off between the cracks. I went to Tri-Starr Muffler Brakes & Lube LLC this morning around 9:30. The staff is very unfriendly and werent welcoming. I was charged over $300 to replace my regulator. A new regulator only cost under $40 online. I would not suggest this place. Their prices are over-expensive. Paid a lot of money and had to deal with a very unfriendly staff. Overall bad customer service, had to take my vehicle back for them to fix a mistake they made and they made me seem like I had done something wrong. Overpriced and bad customer service, go to William Wells, much much better auto shop.
