Great customer service. If you have a choice. Ask for Alex he is very helpful and will do everything he can to get you what you need. He is very professional and will work with your schedule no matter how hectic. Coming from my personal experience. Very satisfied

First I would like to say thank you to Melisa Keller. This is the first time that I have been able to talk to someone concerning my Student loans and getting . some clarity. She was extremely professional , helpful and knowledgeable about all the processes needed to be in compliance and repayment of my loans. The telephone consult was easy, factual and to the point. She continued to help me online (while on the phone) guiding me to a successful outcome. Again shes very prepared and helpful with this endeavor. I wish all customer service agent were like her. Again Im very thankful for the help and clear understanding of my obligations and ability to contact her personally a plus. Great employee

Can anyone tell me from there own experience if your student loans got paid?

I wont lie the first time that they call me, I legit thought it was a huge scam you know there many companies out there that do this type of stuff to trick you. After a few days dealing with them, and them explaining everything even what will happen and my different alternative I give them the chance so happy I did!! they been reliable on everything and the communication is amazing. If it was another company I would have to wait for hours upon hours just for some small question I had.To top it all they made the processes fast everything was done in like a month that this type of stuff normally will take a few months to do. The guys are professionals and they always keep in contact with you about everything that is going on. they are straight forward they no go with lies or anything they tell you how it is and how will work they don’t go hiding stuff to trick you or anything this is the legit thing!!! if anybody is reading this I want you to know they are the best choice.

I have been dealing with student loan debt for the past 9 years. I had at one time been presented with the Student Loan Forgiveness option by another 3rd party loan consolidation company; unfortunately this other company allowed my account laps and I was then in more dept than when I started paying off my loans.I was skeptical answering the call from Processing Assist, given my previous experience, but knew I needed to do something to get ahead of my student loan debt. I couldnt be any more satisfied with the level of professionalism and the treatment Id received while talking to Alex. He was excellent, truthful and very transparent regarding my options to help me with my student loan debt. RUN!!! THIS IS A SCAM This company is not real. Ive been trying to contact Alex Castillo and Samantha Orloff all day about my account and I couldnt even reach a operator. this is a scam US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION has no such thing as this type of forgiveness.
