No one answers the phone, even you leave message, they wont return your call. And also even you pay in full for your debt, other collectors will keep calling you to collect the same debt.

These people sent an e-mail to my mom about an unpaid debt she had and told her to call a number. When she called they claimed to be a law firm, that her debt had been sent to collections, and that they had been trying to track her down for years to settle. They used an actual debt that she hadnt paid on from more than 10 years ago (the statue of limitations is 4 years on an unpaid department store debt). They also knew her last 4 digits of her social security number and used that information to make her think they were legit. Beware of these people.

Scam! They call from a random number with your area code trying to get money out of you. Beware......this is not real.311-3633 with your area code. They will tell you to call an 866 number and if you give them trouble they will give you an 855 number. They will send a fake mock docu sign that resembles an actual professional docu sign. Be aware!!

Company calls and threatens family members of deceased parent and threaten to have them arrested for trying to resolve an issue. Conclusion, the company is a scam and use threats to keep their fraudulent company going.Will not be surprised if this company is tied to a terrorist group.
