Ed was a life-saver when I got myself in a computer jam. He quickly helped me solve that problem and then helped me get the maximum set up for a pesky old wifi extender. (In the meantime, he sped up an old computer while we were waiting for things to reboot.) It was also very helpful that he lives in North Stamford and has to deal with Optimum like the rest of us!! I highly recommend his services and will certainly use him again for computer issues and advice.

My son has a pretty expensive Samsung PC that is good for gaming. Samsung hasgreat PCs and televisions, but is not known for having good support.The PC had a fatal disk problem shortly after the warranty expired. Ed couldhave charged me a substantial amount of money to get it going again, but instead,he helped me negotiate a free repair by Samsung. At that point, I had all ourfiles back on a new hard drive, which was good. He then helped me finda solid state disk at a great price, and we upgraded the machine so that itis incredibly fast.I could have spent $400 to get the laptop repaired, but spent half that andgot a far faster machine back. Whats not to like?
